Exemplary health care. Every American should have the healthcare the Veterans Administration gives to our veterans. There is a huge difference between Veteran Healthcare in comparison to Healthcare for Profit. Very supportive and caring staff. Everyone is attentive and helpful. Your needs are heard and taken care of. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here both times I was a client. I learned so much about addiction, coping skills, worked through trauma and personal troubles, and truly found myself enjoying my hobbies again. The group dynamic and social interaction is what really stands out the most to me. Going through everything here with strangers who are in the same shoes as you really gives you light and perspective to this disease. I couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone struggling.

Top of the world ranch has been an exceptional place for my recovery, everything from the staff to the exceptional food served! The staff really took the time to really see what was the core problem and helped me address my issues. As someone who has been to several treatments, The Abbey is the only place that, after going, I’ve been able to maintain my sobriety. The staff is brilliant and very kind. Edited Review: I had to come back and update my review after a year and a half. In my last review, I gave them one star because no one ever answered the phone. It didn’t seem like they had a receptionist or enough staff to handle calls if one person was busy. Now, every time I call, someone answers right away and I don’t have to leave a voicemail anymore, which is great! They’ve improved so much compared to a couple of years ago. Their communication has also gotten much better — they now call you back promptly or send updates through the MyChart app regarding prescriptions or when they’ve sent them to your pharmacy. On top of that, the staff I’ve spoken with have all been very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate you guys listening to feedback and making positive changes.

I have never had a problem at the Robert Young center. They are not perfect, but no one is perfect. However I really do not like talking to a television screen instead of face to face with a person. This is very impersonal like talking to a robot.

These people are amazing in helping us. You'll have your reviews that claim otherwise but those are people who don't want to follow rules or are not serious about recovery and leading a normal life. Im in a much better place because of them. Rules change but they post them and tell you. The counselors and nurses have their own set of rules to follow and shooting the messenger isn't very kind. I've had 3 counselors but one received a promotion, one moved away, and my current Pam is amazing. I get sound and useful advice from them all. They help me fix issues. They are not just talk. If you want your life back and truly want help id go here. I drive an hour and 45 minutes just to get help from them specifically. I regret none of the gas mileage...

Very happy with the care I’ve received here. Seth Mendenhall really takes the time to listen to you and doesn’t dismiss your concerns. He’s professional, but compassionate and very knowledgeable when it comes to medications. He’s pretty easy to talk to and I never feel any judgement when I’m honest about what’s going on. He values your input when it comes to medication adjustments and actively works to include you when making decisions. He’s also great at making you laugh even when you don’t really feel like you want to. His nurse, Destinee is also very sweet and very responsive to voicemails or messages you leave at the office. They both truly just want the best for you.

The level of care here is unmatched. Michelle has been my provider for several years now, and I have never felt more respected or seen from a mental health provider. The quality of care that she provides, how she listens, and how she makes me feel safe in her presence. She always reminds me how far I have come and I truly look forward to my appointments with her. My experience here has been 💯, start to finish. From the front desk, to the neuropsychologist, this place has provided a wonderful team of people. They are kind and empathetic, patient and supportive. If you are having trouble with knowing when your appointments are, make sure that you are set up with their text and email notification system. It’s great!! Thanks especially to, Victoria, Seth, Christina, and to the support staff, Cheyanna and my wonderful medical assistant that I can’t remember the name of. Thank you!!!

Rude nuse carol, she is very unhelpful, not well educated about meds, gets angery and frustrated, Dr only comes in twice a week, actually she's on video, pushes clients through quickly, prescribed wrong meds, makes clients . more sick doesn't check med interactions probably doesn't care much. They all are paid through medicare, so this maybe why bridgeway is so poor in mental health care. Nurse can't call talk to the doctor if you have a problem with the meds, the nurse will not call the doctor, told to wait until next appointment that's a month later you don't know what to do feeling more depressed on the meds they put you on. But told to stay on them until next appointment. They tell you to call 911. They wait really until you have a crisis. Very poor inadequate actually damaging health care, shut it down, don't waste government money anymore on this place. Or someone of an higher authority make extreme improvements. I also left my counselor who yawned during my sesson she yawned with being tierd and I felt she was bored with me she yawned constantly
