She's a really good counselor also. The staff down at inpatient needs reevaluated and they need to give them UAS. If they want their clients to stay clean down there they shouldn't let their employees do meth. If I wasn't so serious about my recovery and If it was early in my recovery I'm sure I would have walked out and got high but by the grace of God I'm 106 days sober today. My family has began trusting and supporting me as well and I know if it had not been for cfr I would not be where I am at today. There were a number of individuals at CFR crucial in my successful recovery. Starting with all of the residential techs guiding me through my initial withdraws and struggle I endured while in residential. Successfully graduating me from that program. Knowing I had a battle ahead of me cfr enrolled me into there IOP program where I'd like to give a shout out to the staff of all cfr. Nancy, Ronda, Hailey, Weller, and Lori you all have changed my life and I am forever grateful... I am 90 days sober today and happier than I ever thought possible. Ryan J 7 months ago After one year of being on a self pay recovery program where the Dr only cared about money and keeping patients on an extremely high dose to keep them addicted, I was referred to this program. I actually FEEL like a patient instead of a client and there's a HUGE difference between the two. My counselor, Dr, nurses, and the entire team all work together to help you achieve goals to be successful during recovery. Like any program, it only works if YOU want it to. You will only maintain sobriety if YOU want to. No one can force you to get sober, that's a decision you have to make for yourself. This place offers groups, job training, and other resources to make recovery as smooth as possible. Counselors check in with you on a monthly basis but are available for you every day the clinic is open. Wether you just need to talk or increase/decrease your dose your counselor is there to help. The Doctor is very kind and ethical when it comes down to doing what's best for you and your long-term recovery and success working your way through the program. All of the nurses and staff have become like a 2nd family to me, helping me with any andn everything I need. I've never had one bad experience on this program and I feel deeply cared for. If you are considering medical assisted detox/recovery I highly suggest giving Trillium on Rochelle a go! There is a wait list, however it's worth the wait and if you are pregnant I know they will expedite the process of getting you in as quickly as possible. I will soon be finished with the program and it's bittersweet as I've grown so close with everyone but I am extremely confident in maintaining my sobriety with all the tools and coping mechanisms I've learned this past year. In closing is like to thank my (2) favorite nurses (you know who you both are❤️) Doctor, my sweetheart counselor whom I will miss dearly, and my girl at the receptionist counter❤️ You all have played a pivotal role in the success of my recovery and rebuilding my life and each of you have a special place in my heart always. The five stars I'm giving is only for the outpatient part. Rachel is a great counselor and knows her stuff. I learn a lot from her. Jessica Hartz is the best employee at Adds. She bent over backwards to get me into inpatient. She is truly a blessing. She's a really good counselor also. The staff down at inpatient needs reevaluated and they need to give them UAS. If they want their clients to stay clean down there they shouldn't let their employees do meth. If I wasn't so serious about my recovery and If it was early in my recovery I'm sure I would have walked out and got high but by the grace of God I'm 106 days sober today.

Very happy with the care I’ve received here. Seth Mendenhall really takes the time to listen to you and doesn’t dismiss your concerns. He’s professional, but compassionate and very knowledgeable when it comes to medications. He’s pretty easy to talk to and I never feel any judgement when I’m honest about what’s going on. He values your input when it comes to medication adjustments and actively works to include you when making decisions. He’s also great at making you laugh even when you don’t really feel like you want to. His nurse, Destinee is also very sweet and very responsive to voicemails or messages you leave at the office. They both truly just want the best for you.

The level of care here is unmatched. Michelle has been my provider for several years now, and I have never felt more respected or seen from a mental health provider. The quality of care that she provides, how she listens, and how she makes me feel safe in her presence. She always reminds me how far I have come and I truly look forward to my appointments with her. My experience here has been 💯, start to finish. From the front desk, to the neuropsychologist, this place has provided a wonderful team of people. They are kind and empathetic, patient and supportive. If you are having trouble with knowing when your appointments are, make sure that you are set up with their text and email notification system. As someone who has been to several treatments, The Abbey is the only place that, after going, I’ve been able to maintain my sobriety. The staff is brilliant and very kind. The building is beautiful and usually you get your own room and bathroom! Also, the food is great. I’d recommend this to my own family and to anyone struggling with addiction.

Could not ask for a more welcoming, knowledgeable and EXPERIENCED backed program. Gateway Jacksonville's residential program is at the very top in every aspect. From the curriculum, structure for maximum opportunity, to the amazing dining and living corridors- Gateway takes the cake. Their 90 day sober living is such a blessing, and NOW insurance funded (before was still only $145/mo, which you don't find any place to rent that cheap as far as I'm concerned) but the best part is- EVERYTHING and ALL the help is still right here. Thank you to all involved to make this place so great.

This is my second opportunity to see a counselor for brain health. Thank you to everyone I have worked with over the past two years. The therapist I see is a beautiful human being. They listen & hear me & call me in when I need extra guidance. I also see a psychiatrist for meds and they are also caring & kind. The staff for both professionals is top notch! Cfr has literally changed my life in such positive ways I never thought were possible. I was an extremely lost and addicted individual. After 21 of my 34 years of life being helplessly addicted to a number of drugs and gambling my life away, I received a call. The lady on the phone said her name was Shea and asked if I was ready to get help. I don't think I went after that phone call but it got me thinking about my life and the second time she called I knew I needed to at least try, as I was literally on the brink of death. So I did I called my sister and had her take me to guide links. Cfr saved my life that day and started me on my journey to living a sober life filled with happiness and endless support. My family has began trusting and supporting me as well and I know if it had not been for cfr I would not be where I am at today. There were a number of individuals at CFR crucial in my successful recovery. Starting with all of the residential techs guiding me through my initial withdraws and struggle I endured while in residential. Successfully graduating me from that program. Knowing I had a battle ahead of me cfr enrolled me into there IOP program where I'd like to give a shout out to the staff of all cfr. Nancy, Ronda, Hailey, Weller, and Lori you all have changed my life and I am forever grateful... I am 90 days sober today and happier than I ever thought possible. I attend church every Sunday and also continue my recovery in eop through cfr. I have found happiness and sobriety thanks to all of you at CFR and only hope anyone out there struggling with addiction can also find you guys and receive this gift of a good life as I have. I love you all and if there is anyway I could help in any way it would be my pleasure. God bless you all, and thank you for giving me the tools I needed to succeed in my journey to sobriety.

After one year of being on a self pay recovery program where the Dr only cared about money and keeping patients on an extremely high dose to keep them addicted, I was referred to this program. I actually FEEL like a patient instead of a client and there's a HUGE difference between the two. My counselor, Dr, nurses, and the entire team all work together to help you achieve goals to be successful during recovery. Like any program, it only works if YOU want it to. You will only maintain sobriety if YOU want to. No one can force you to get sober, that's a decision you have to make for yourself. This place offers groups, job training, and other resources to make recovery as smooth as possible. Counselors check in with you on a monthly basis but are available for you every day the clinic is open. Wether you just need to talk or increase/decrease your dose your counselor is there to help. The Doctor is very kind and ethical when it comes down to doing what's best for you and your long-term recovery and success working your way through the program. All of the nurses and staff have become like a 2nd family to me, helping me with any andn everything I need. I've never had one bad experience on this program and I feel deeply cared for. If you are considering medical assisted detox/recovery I highly suggest giving Trillium on Rochelle a go! There is a wait list, however it's worth the wait and if you are pregnant I know they will expedite the process of getting you in as quickly as possible. I will soon be finished with the program and it's bittersweet as I've grown so close with everyone but I am extremely confident in maintaining my sobriety with all the tools and coping mechanisms I've learned this past year. In closing is like to thank my (2) favorite nurses (you know who you both are❤️) Doctor, my sweetheart counselor whom I will miss dearly, and my girl at the receptionist counter❤️ You all have played a pivotal role in the success of my recovery and rebuilding my life and each of you have a special place in my heart always. I 🙏🏾 this program continues to receive the funding it needs to stay active for years to come as it is an asset to the community, especially those who are looking for help to recover from whatever they may be struggling with. I am beyond grateful to finally have the strength to maintain my sobriety for myself and my family after years of struggling. God bless you all❤️
