I could not find anywhere that could get me in to see a councilor till a friend of mine who goes here recommended me. I called and had an appointment the next day after being on countless wait lists other places. By far the friendliest and caring staff I have ever experienced and I’ve been to many places trying to find a place I am comfortable with. I will make the hour and 5 minute drive to this place so worth it! Thank you so much!

The five stars I'm giving is only for the outpatient part. Rachel is a great counselor and knows her stuff. I learn a lot from her. Jessica Hartz is the best employee at Adds. She bent over backwards to get me into inpatient. She is truly a blessing. She's a really good counselor also. The staff down at inpatient needs reevaluated and they need to give them UAS. If they want their clients to stay clean down there they shouldn't let their employees do meth. If I wasn't so serious about my recovery and If it was early in my recovery I'm sure I would have walked out and got high but by the grace of God I'm 106 days sober today.

I had a great experience. This time at least. It took me a few try’s but I never gave up and always made it back. I really admire what those people do there. They laugh when I laugh and cry when I cry. They were the rock when I needed them. I Forever love those people.

Amazing helpful understanding staff including directors, physician, nurses, case workers, house workers, managers and therapist. I am blessed beyond words that a hospital case worker in Springfield knew about their residential facility and program and encouraged her application. I'm so grateful that the staff accepted my daughter into their program. After almost one year in the facility the change in my daughters behavior, lifestyle, attitude is 100% improved. Thank you each and every one of you for your passion for your clients.

Very happy with the care I’ve received here. Seth Mendenhall really takes the time to listen to you and doesn’t dismiss your concerns. He’s professional, but compassionate and very knowledgeable when it comes to medications. He’s pretty easy to talk to and I never feel any judgement when I’m honest about what’s going on. He values your input when it comes to medication adjustments and actively works to include you when making decisions. He’s also great at making you laugh even when you don’t really feel like you want to. His nurse, Destinee is also very sweet and very responsive to voicemails or messages you leave at the office. They both truly just want the best for you.

My experience here has been 💯, start to finish. From the front desk, to the neuropsychologist, this place has provided a wonderful team of people. They are kind and empathetic, patient and supportive. If you are having trouble with knowing when your appointments are, make sure that you are set up with their text and email notification system.
