I left there back in 2005 to go to school but the staff were good to the consumers when I was there it's good to have community programs for people who are develope mentally disabled I haven't been there in 18 years and have since left Macomb

I could not find anywhere that could get me in to see a councilor till a friend of mine who goes here recommended me. I called and had an appointment the next day after being on countless wait lists other places. By far the friendliest and caring staff I have ever experienced and I’ve been to many places trying to find a place I am comfortable with. I will make the hour and 5 minute drive to this place so worth it! Thank you so much!

Couselers are all wonderful. Dr Pittman is very friendly and listens to paitents. He took time to explain the diagnosis and the best treatment pla . Very happy with all the staff!

Exemplary health care.
Every American should have the healthcare the Veterans Administration gives to our veterans. There is a huge difference between Veteran Healthcare in comparison to Healthcare for Profit.
The Veteran is seen as a person needing medical care and not as a billable procedure as in corporate healthcare.

This place is truly remarkable!! I have been seen by (almost) the entire staff!! The staff works as a team and EACH team member is awesome in knowledge, care and respect. I can not say enough about these people who get up every morning, come to work and deliver CARE to the veterans!! Thank you for coming along side of me!!!! I will forever be grateful!

Alma is the most passionate caring insightful staff , Finley has wisdom far beyond her years , Travis will give you a chance to change your life if your willing to work for it this program opened my eyes to more then my addiction , it taught me to develop more then just my skills for addiction

The five stars I'm giving is only for the outpatient part. Rachel is a great counselor and knows her stuff. I learn a lot from her. Jessica Hartz is the best employee at Adds. She bent over backwards to get me into inpatient. She is truly a blessing. She's a really good counselor also. The staff down at inpatient needs reevaluated and they need to give them UAS. If they want their clients to stay clean down there they shouldn't let their employees do meth. If I wasn't so serious about my recovery and If it was early in my recovery I'm sure I would have walked out and got high but by the grace of God I'm 106 days sober today.

I had a great experience. This time at least. It took me a few try’s but I never gave up and always made it back. I really admire what those people do there. They laugh when I laugh and cry when I cry. They were the rock when I needed them. I Forever love those people.

They have amazing, helpful and understanding staff and doctors. I feel blessed for this program because it encourages me to be better. I've been here for almost a year now, and I can honestly say that they have helped me to change my behavior, to improve my attitude and to have a better lifestyle. I am blessed beyond words that a hospital case worker in Springfield knew about their residential facility and program and encouraged her application. I'm so grateful that the staff accepted my daughter into their program. After almost one year in the facility the change in my daughters behavior, lifestyle, attitude is 100% improved. Soon as i walked in i was very comfortable.The staff there was very friendly they made me feel like I was at home. The lady at the front desk was funny and cute.The intake lady was also nice and very understanding.

My experience here has been 💯, start to finish. From the front desk, to the neuropsychologist, this place has provided a wonderful team of people. They are kind and empathetic, patient and supportive. If you are having trouble with knowing when your appointments are, make sure that you are set up with their text and email notification system. You won't find a better place for your mental health needs. Dr. Sanchez is the absolute best there is! I can't thank him enough for all he has done, and continues to do for me. He takes his time, really listens, and cares deeply about his patients. I have worked with a couple of the therapists. One, Rob, is no longer there, having gotten more education and moved away. He was amazing! Mike is awesome, and I am so thankful to have him on my team. He really cares, listens, and is just great! The nurses are also caring, compassionate, and really take an interest in you personally. The office staff is also the best. They work hard to see that your needs are met. As you can tell if you've read my entire review, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Great River Mental Health for ALL you do!!

Mike M. Is a very good marriage counselor. During my wifes and I’s mishaps we went to mike and he really did help us out alot. He help us realize alot of things about us the We didn’t ourselves. Since then our marriage is better than ever.

Great people who will work with you as long as you work with them as well as a lot less hopes set at some other places. Carol is a sweetheart an Jim has the experience to get the job done. Very organized they have the paperwork down an know exactly what you well need wether for Court Or Springfield. I highly recommend you talk with them before going anywhere else.

I bring my son here for behavioral therapy. Before we came here we were at Eagleview. I am so glad that I made the switch. My Son Tell me all the time how much he likes Mr. Mark. We really enjoy being with a therapist that is truly compatible with kids.
The ABBEY, has an absolutely wonderful, & amazing program, the counselors & staff are excellent, I highly recommend this center to anyone who is struggling with addiction and mental health issues. ❤️❤️
