My experience here has been 💯, start to finish. From the front desk, to the neuropsychologist, this place has provided a wonderful team of people. They are kind and empathetic, patient and supportive. If you are having trouble with knowing when your appointments are, make sure that you are set up with their text and email notification system. You won't find a better place for your mental health needs. Dr. Sanchez is the absolute best there is! I can't thank him enough for all he has done, and continues to do for me. He takes his time, really listens, and cares deeply about his patients. I have worked with a couple of the therapists. One, Rob, is no longer there, having gotten more education and moved away. He was amazing! Mike is awesome, and I am so thankful to have him on my team. He really cares, listens, and is just great! The nurses are also caring, compassionate, and really take an interest in you personally. The office staff is also the best. They work hard to see that your needs are met. As you can tell if you've read my entire review, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Great River Mental Health for ALL you do!!

I had a great experience here. More restrictive than other places, but if you're serious about recovery I think it's necessary. Staff was great even though they're short a counselor. Everybody there really cares about each and every person.

I love coming to Heartland in Pekin for my checkups and visits for any gynecological things. Dr. Maddie is the best. She gentle, caring, patient and thorough in all of the work that she does. As a patient of TMS for only 10 sessions now, I can say this is slowly changing my life. I recommend this treatment through Vera French to anyone that is struggling with medication management and is struggling with their depression. I've tried so many medications for my depression that have not worked for me and felt this may be an option. I also work in one of the facilities and find that both being a patient, and a worker of this company is very helpful and fulfilling. Please consider TMS with Vera French as a highly recommended solution for hard to cure depression. It truly is amazing!!!!!!

On August 16th, I delivered my twin boys, Ozzy and Jameson, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Dr. Summers expertise and calming confidence made it possible for me to have a natural delivery, even with my second twin arriving breech. His skill and judgment ensured a smooth and safe experience, and I could not have asked for better care. Couldn’t be more thankful for the amazing birth experience I had. The nurses and doctors are genuinely the best. Dr. Goodejohn provided me with so much peace throughout my entire high risk pregnancy, L&D, & am extremely blessed she delivered my baby.. Dr. Summers is just as great & is very calm & reassuring. Nurses are very respectful and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, are very respectful about coming in for checks throughout the night, and privacy. My sister had came through the er because of severe gallbladder pain. She was told she had to have an emergency gallbladder removal surgery and moved to the Peds unit because she is younger (20) yr . At the time she was 3 hrs away from me and has no family out here. Until I was able to get to her the nurses and surgical team talked her through everything they were doing. Made her feel at home and safe. Kandace was her nurse twords the end of her stay till her discharge . She was very informative, super supportive, knowledgeable, helpful, and just an all around amazing employee. I couldn’t thank this hospital enough for how they helped my sister through this because i know it was scary not having any one out here at the time. Each time I have a reason to go to Genesis West, I am treated with respect, efficiency and given great attention from the physician and medical staff. The nurses, tho busy do an extremely good job of performing their duties. The x-ray technicians and others are quick to get you through your test and are extremely respectful of you privacy and your immediate needs. I wouldn't select any other hospital besides for Genesis West and East.

I have been going here for 2 years, for regular counseling and group therapy. I've been to other places, but this one really has been helping me. Not only are the counselors friendly and educated, but they are up on their resources as well. They gave me a book to read about what I was going through, they have reccommendations for jobs which is how I got my current job. They are really there to help you! But you have to want to help yourself as well.

This place changed my life.. I’ve been in many treatment centers before in the last few years, but the community and structure here is unlike anywhere else - the staff and recovering addicts that come in and out of here, the building and activities that we get to participate in, are all amazing and beautiful.
