I’ve been in many treatment centers before in the last few years, but the community and structure here is unlike anywhere else - the staff and recovering addicts that come in and out of here, the building and activities that we get to participate in, are all amazing and beautiful. This facility is just amazing! Truly felt like everyone cared about me, and I can honestly say I trusted everyone in there. Trust is very hard for me, but the adult program and the staff allowed me to be myself with no judgement. I'm trying so hard to follow the rules and not name any staff but will give a broad review. Right when you walk in the staff is friendly, always smiling which in turn made me smile. The supervisor is amazing; the head of the counselors who leads the group therapy is one of the best people I ever met. The staff that lead the groups cared about me, and it was genuine, and they are so smart and fun. From the psychiatrist to my therapist everyone was on the same page. I just want to say thank you to everyone there from the bottom of my heart!

I had a wonderful experience with my program! Everyone was amazing and i truly wouldn’t be in such a good place in my life without the help from this facility! Life feels beautiful again and i couldn’t be more thankful! Brad is a wonderful human and you can really feel how much everyone there cares. Really caring staff that create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for patients. They provide lots of quality education/resources for behavioral health, along with making sure patients feel heard. A great choice for modern mental health services.

When I first came to Care Addiction Center, I’ll be honest, I arrived pretty much kicking, screaming and non compliant. I was in a very dark place, but what I found was an organization filled with people who truly care from my counslers Alice and Tori, to my fellow Group members . From the moment I walked in, everyone was accepting, kind, and understanding. Even when circumstances were working against me, like my insurance trying to force me to go elsewhere despite the clear progress I was making, the staff never gave up on me. Matt, who is genuinely dedicated to helping people heal, reassured me not to worry and even offered me a scholarship to continue. His only concern was that I continued to get better. The compassion and support I experienced at Care made all the difference, and I am deeply grateful. The care addiction center is a Life changing, Life saving orginization.

A wonderful place filled with compassionate, professional and sincere supportive staff. A balanced and structured program that offers an excellent opportunity and experience for anyone interested and willing. A true place to call ‘home’. If you’re in need for this structure, I could not recommend this place enough - from the first phone call you will also feel that instant connection (I have heard this experience from several others as well). This was my first attempt at asking for help for my alcoholism after 5 decades of drinking. This program is excellent , the counselors are the best at explaining our disease and giving us the tools and knowledge to live a life of sobriety. The manager of Care Addiction is always their to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I definitely suggest this program if you are having issues with addiction to drugs or alcohol. They will sincerely help you and if I can do it there is definite hope for you. I must add the key to becoming sober is listen to the counselors , do what they ask of you and I promise you will be on the road to sobriety! And it is a wonderful feeling and life is awesome!

I came here misguided in 2017 Mitch my mentor taught me valuable lessons and I fell back into my ways when I came out but never forgot what I was taught. Used to wipe windows on street corners , I’ve purchased my 7th car today 2 years clean & I work for the governor now. You can change if you want to , but this place was the reason I didn’t end up like the rest of my friends fortunately. Thank you gateway, figure I leave a real honest review with no sugar coating.

Gateway Foundation changed my life. Dont let these bad reviews deter you from changing your life. The 1 star reviews are losers who never stood a chance anyway. This place will get you clean if you check your baggage at the door.

My dad was brought here for continued care, and I can confidently say this is the best LTACH we’ve experienced. Most of the employees here are incredibly compassionate, attentive, and genuinely caring. The staff overall are truly GREAT! Starting with the 3rd floor Nursing Manager, Joshua — an exceptional leader. He is understanding, a great listener, and was consistently supportive. He made a difficult time so much more bearable for our entire family. We are truly grateful for his presence and professionalism. A big thanks also goes to the night-shift Nurse Supervisor, Chris, who was equally outstanding and always on top of things. The nursing team deserves major recognition as well. Sylvia is top tier, and Andrea, Brigitte, Fidaa, Bosky, Jennifer, Dorian, Ritchie, Rincy, and Agaa were all excellent and deeply caring throughout. Respiratory Tech Joby stood out for his professionalism and kindness, along with team members like Vikram, Mercy, Billy, Benzie, and Anna. Unfortunately, I have to give 4 stars instead of 5 due to one very poor experience with a tech named Sheena, which did affect our overall impression of the respiratory department. I also want to commend the wonderful security team at the main entrance — Fedle, Bob, and Jerry were always warm and helpful. Special shoutout to Jasimine for her positive attitude. There are many more staff members whose names I can’t recall, but they all contributed to a truly positive experience. If you’re considering this facility for a loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend it. You can bring your family member here with peace of mind knowing they’ll be well cared for.

The providers at this Hospital are extraordinary! They are highly skilled professionals and I will go as far as saying over qualified. To my “TEAM” thank you so much for being there for me and being committed to my treatment and recovery. My family and I will forever ever be grateful!

It's great if you know the naming system of the entrance, exit, weird names of elevators, floors, and Clinics. An example; Rose or Star Elevators, Forest Clinic. What was wrong with elevator #3rd floor, Eye Clinic.
