I haven't had any of those issues with Sinnissippi. I have been sent away, over money, by several clinics, but I'm not having problems here.
My therapist is wonderful and the staff is always friendly, even though I'm broke.

Excellent professional service, AFFORDABLE evaluation price, great staff, next day appointment, unbiased assesment, and much more offered at this location. The counselor, Jack Phillips, evaluated me on 1/15/2019. We talked for about an hour and he DID NOT recommend additional treatment or classes. He was attentive and listened to what I was saying about what and why I was ordered for an evaluation. $$$$ WAS NOT his motive; an accurate assessment was his focus. Jack thanks again for the job recommendations and I appreciate your services. Ashleigh (the receptionist) was VERY helpful!!! She gave me plenty of copies of the evaluation assesment, and even faxed proof of the evaluation to the concerning parties. I could not be happier with Changes Place and its business; I was treated like a person not a customer or dollar sign!!!! Thanks again, your the BEST!!!

I had a total knee replacement in January. I am now pretty much back to normal activities. I want to thank the following, Dr Patel. My wife and I were impressed with him at my first appointment. He did an amazing job with the replacement surgery and has excellent bedside manner and he always had the time to talk and listen.I also want to thank Kelley Hesseling at the New Glarus Branch, because she took the time to do an extra test, a blood clot which I had no symptoms of was found. This allowed me to receive the proper treatment. I want to thank Brooke Hoesly at the New Glarus Clinic. She was always very understanding and was able to get my blood pressure back to normal after I had issues with lab numbers. And I want to thank Physical Therapist Amanda Haglund also of the New Glarus Branch. She was also very understanding and had me do the stretches and exercises needed. Due to her illness and my blood clot I was about 2 weeks behind but in about six weeks she had me ahead of schedule. She also has helped me in the past with feet and shoulder/neck issues. I would strongly recommend each one of the outstanding professionals.

I had knee replacement surgery one year ago. Leading up to the surgery, physical therapy after surgery and my most recent year folliw-up has been a pleasant experience. I got into my appointments on the scheduled times and many times even early. The Doctors, nurses, and support staff all were very caring and concerned. Highly recommend Stoughton Hospital.

For the adolescent substance abuse program the clinicians are organized, fair, but above all skilled. Thankful to have such a good organization close to the Chicago area. Also, my teen said the food is good. Thank you, Rosecrance.

I can only attest to the counselor Becki that worked with our adult son. Otherwise my husband and I cannot comment on our son’s time there because he was released yesterday. Becki was responsive when I’d call. The first evening my son was there he hadn’t received his belongings and was worried and contacted us. I tried to get through to the facility but they were closed. The customer service line was inconsistent with their responses on how to handle this. A couple of customer service representatives told me that we’d get a call back from staff that evening and to no avail. We were exhausted and concerned about our son. The next day Becki the counselor contacted me. She listened to me and told me that our son was safe. She was patient, kind and respectful towards me. Our son thinks highly of Becki as well. Becki is absolutely the best at what she does and Rosecrance is blessed to have her on staff as one of their counselors. While my son was there, they experienced a Covid outbreak. There was apparently staff out so Becki filled in wherever there was a need. We hope that Becki is recognized by her commitment to those entrusted to her and that Rosecrance upper management will favorably acknowledge Becki for her outstanding work ethic and commitment to not only those in recovery who are fortunate to have her as their counselor, but her responsiveness with family members as well.

In all honesty people may talk down on greendale staff and the place that gave them a place to lay there head because they don't like rules which if they can't handle the rules and feed back that would help them out in life then that's on them and I wasn't too crazy about coming here seven months ago and I'm going on my 8th month and wanted to leave on my 2nd month but if you give the staff a chance to talk to them and interact with them then you would think twice about listening to others how horrible it is here which it isn't at all. I actually learned a lot here. I learned patience which I had none at all well very little when I got here now I can stand in line at a gas station for a hour and don't mind but what I'm trying to say is greendale helped me a lot and the staff does listen to your needs and concerns and everyone handles things differently in a positive way of course. Also they made me look at everyone isn't all bad people and everyone does things differently it's just that you want to change or be stuck at the bottom and they honestly opened my eyes and made me see the glass is always full and ever half full anywhere u go there's going to be that person who doesn't like something or someone well guess what that's life and if you want to change and I was very stubborn person words goes in one ear out the other and as time went on isnt like that for me anymore here not to kiss butt well put this if you want the help and want to stay clean and sober greendale and greendale staff is here 24/7 for who ever also the residents is pretty cool too.

I moved into greendale after a 30 day inpatient stay at rosecranse. Greendale helped guide me! The structure and accountability was detrimental to my life.The staff was amazing and were always there to help me! I'm extremely grateful for this program!

I have been very happy with Dr. Garcia. I have laughed, cried, felt broken, and he always asks if I wanna talk about it. I appreciate that from a doctor. I am editing this to add that the doctors assistant is very easy to talk to about concerns or prescription issues. She is always so pleasant and understanding. I have run into a few problems with new medications and she always gets it resolved. However, I have always thought the front desk people could do better. They are gloomy and almost uninviting and come across as rude.
Edit.. 12/25 Just recently visited and no change in front desk help. They are just not friendly and can not seem to crack a smile. Walking into a help health facility, you would think it would be important to make people feel welcomed every step of the way.

Registration staff are great. Nurses are caring and professional. The doctors I’ve had are awful. Dr D T. Does not listen when I explain why I have come in she literally waves me off and says stop worrying, you’re ok. And I’m on my way. I have met with Dr. V. R. About severe pain in my left shoulder. She listens very kindly. Never looks at the site of pain where there is large lump. I got second opinion at UW and neurologist referred me to physical therapist because of swelling and pressure on nerve. This is starting to help and give me relief.

I have seen some pretty nasty things written here about remedies and just want to clear some things up most of these poor reviews are from those under the influence of addiction and are angry because they won’t follow rules, firstly I know quite a few people who have been there long term (years) with no issues, including myself after years I was sent away one day for being 10 mins late it sucked but I was ok and didn’t oversleep again I learned a lesson, they treat everyone fairly but you have to do what your expected to do being fresh at sobriety is hard and their no pajamas and being there before 9am rules seems to be a big issue for most if you can’t be responsible for your basics how can you keep yourself clean? They will help but won’t make you do anything you won’t cooperate with! This is a rehabilitation center not a place to make friends so stay clean, keep away from others and mind the rules these simple things will take you far…..

Overall I felt that it was a good experience. At first I didn't understand why they called an ambulance for me. But I complied with them and I went to the hospital. I assumed that they knew what was best for me and them because earlier I had informed them that I have been thinking about checking out of this life. Also I hadn't taken my medication for that last 3 days. I am now taking my medication on time daily. I believe that Rosecrance is a very good place for anyone who needs help and hopefully they will accept me now that I am medication compliant.

The treatment provided by both Mike and Kim is beyond incredible, they have differing dynamics of counseling that complement eachother in ways that have helped me with so much more than alcoholism rehabilitation. From my experience, if you take the classes seriously and be honest with them, you can learn more about yourself and achieve a level of personal growth greater than a counselor or medication could ever provide.

I brought my brother (who is a Veteran) to Swedish American Hospital to get cleared to return to Amberwood Nursing Home. He was treated with the utmost respect and dignity possible, by the efficient and trustworthy people in the Emergency Room. If they could clone this hospital and put one in every city in the United States....Life would be better for everyone. The injured patients enters Swedes to capable hands and caring people, they leave with all their problems behind them and a safe hand making sure their seat belt is on and they are leaving with a capable person to drive them home. I received excellent care, knowledgeable, doctors and medical staff. The Wait time was about four hours to get in a room, but besides that everything else was phenomenal. The staff understood my rare condition and treated me appropriately. The doctor even knew and explained to me things I was not aware of before. This will be my emergency room/hospital from now on.
In addition to that, I am in general a very hard stick when it comes to any type of blood work or IV. They got my blood work onto the second try, and get my IV in using an ultrasound in one try. They listen to me when I said they will probably need an ultrasound.
