Stepping stones has really been a blessing to me and my life …the people I have met there have truly impacted my life for the greater good and are a major part of my life and my support system. Truly grateful for them especially at the main office !

This is a nice quiet place. My son loves the fact there are toys and nice play areas.

It's all in the name "Recovery home". . Rosecrance recovery home is one of the smartest decisions I've ever made. Woodstock is one of the cleanest buildings I've ever been in. If staying sober is your goal, this place is second to none. There may be a lot of rules but nothing out of control. The rules are quite simple by comparison to having a lifestyle that was out of control. Everybody here is very helpful as far as the staff goes. Not to mention the intelligence of some of the staff is amazing. Life skills are very important. Rosecrance recovery home put you on a healthy path for everyday living. Woodstock recovery home is run by caring attentive staff. The homes are beautiful and kept nice and clean. Anyone looking to establish a network of good people in the sober community should consider this program. I waited a couple weeks for a spot to open up and I’m so grateful I didn’t look elsewhere .I’ve been here a little over a week and I’m happy and more hopeful than I’ve been in years. 🥰👍👍👍

This is a great sober living home The staff is really like family to me Structured Needed environment My counselor is Jay and It’s hard to find the perfect words to express my gratitude for him He’s an amazing human being With solid recovery experience, AA program focused, caring person. I’m grateful for my higher Power Grateful for Rosecrance and it’s staff Extremely grateful to Jay It’s been an amazing journey here And still going...💖 And one year late in Nov 2021.. Having a great time and new life Getting so much support from the staff here at Rosecrance! They have been my family , my biggest support.. My counselor Jay, couldn’t be any better, he’s absolutely the best counselor I’ve had in my life It’s hard to find the right words to describe Everything he’s taught me, his professionalism, and at the same time I’ve experienced and benefited from everything he gives of himself, My life today wouldn’t be the same without him . I truly appreciate Jack and his program he has to offer. He is super knowledgeable of DUI and Other resources if needed, and truly wants to see progress for everyone!! In all honesty people may talk down on greendale staff and the place that gave them a place to lay there head because they don't like rules which if they can't handle the rules and feed back that would help them out in life then that's on them and I wasn't too crazy about coming here seven months ago and I'm going on my 8th month and wanted to leave on my 2nd month but if you give the staff a chance to talk to them and interact with them then you would think twice about listening to others how horrible it is here which it isn't at all. I actually learned a lot here. I learned patience which I had none at all well very little when I got here now I can stand in line at a gas station for a hour and don't mind but what I'm trying to say is greendale helped me a lot and the staff does listen to your needs and concerns and everyone handles things differently in a positive way of course. Also they made me look at everyone isn't all bad people and everyone does things differently it's just that you want to change or be stuck at the bottom and they honestly opened my eyes and made me see the glass is always full and ever half full anywhere u go there's going to be that person who doesn't like something or someone well guess what that's life and if you want to change and I was very stubborn person words goes in one ear out the other and as time went on isnt like that for me anymore here not to kiss butt well put this if you want the help and want to stay clean and sober greendale and greendale staff is here 24/7 for who ever also the residents is pretty cool too.

I moved into greendale after a 30 day inpatient stay at rosecranse. Greendale helped guide me! The structure and accountability was detrimental to my life.The staff was amazing and were always there to help me! I'm extremely grateful for this program!

For me, you were the light in the middle of darkness. You gave me hope when I was about to give up and you showed me that life was worth the living. Thank you Rosecrance!!!

The staff here are very Kindhearted, Respectful and much more! I always look forward to my appointments at the clinic. This place feels like if it were my second home. They DEFINITELY know how to treat Veterans right!

Registration staff are great. Nurses are caring and professional. The doctors I’ve had are awful. Dr D T. Does not listen when I explain why I have come in she literally waves me off and says stop worrying, you’re ok. And I’m on my way. I have met with Dr. V. R. About severe pain in my left shoulder. She listens very kindly. Never looks at the site of pain where there is large lump. I got second opinion at UW and neurologist referred me to physical therapist because of swelling and pressure on nerve. This is starting to help and give me relief.

Overall I felt that it was a good experience. At first I didn't understand why they called an ambulance for me. But I complied with them and I went to the hospital. I assumed that they knew what was best for me and them because earlier I had informed them that I have been thinking about checking out of this life. Also I hadn't taken my medication for that last 3 days. I am now taking my medication on time daily. I believe that Rosecrance is a very good place for anyone who needs help and hopefully they will accept me now that I am medication compliant.

The doctors and medical professionals at the Sycamore office are compassionate and thorough meeting the needs and concerns of patients.

My son has been going there since his was born and is now 5. Dr. M Morker is amazing. Her nurse (Kelly I do believe her name is) is always so kind and so good with my son. Today I called to receive a copy of his physical from last year and Ruby helped me on the phone and she was just the most pleasant person I've had the pleasure of dealing with! She was so positive and really a genuinely kind person. Keep up the good work I'm so pleased with my services.

Everyone has been very friendly and supportive here, and it really does feel like a judgement-free place.

This place is really helpful. I told them my situation and they are willing to help me get things done, and actually the people that work there are good counselors. This isn’t my first time going through Nicasa and I don’t have a bad thing to say about this place. Do what you’re suppose to do and be honest. They really aren’t all about money like everyone is saying! There is really place that are bad. People just expect that this won’t cost a thing. In my case duis are an expensive thing. Don’t drink and drive and life will be simple.

They are all about money, don’t care about helping anyone. I had gotten an incorrect link to group and later a correct one. I wasn’t aware it was an honest mistake I tried connecting with the incorrect link and it didn’t work. This was yesterday, I called today explaining that what occurred. They didn’t care. They told me to pay another $140 if I wanted them to reschedule and good bye. It really sucks because it’s not like I missed a class in between. It would have been my first class.

This place helped turn my father in a completely different direction, I never would have thought he could be the man he is today. Thank u rosecrance
