I am not sure i can properly put into words how important my time at footprints was. I do believe they helped me save my life. The entire staff is full of love, care and kindness. They were professional and diligent in my treatment. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone facing struggles with mental health and addiction. I read a few negative reviews before deciding to check myself. I am so grateful i ignored them and checked into footprints.

This place saved my loved ones life. Seriously. He was Deep in addiction when he got here and I was fearful because of the reviews and because his addiction was just so bad I didn’t know if anything was going to help. Before footprints, I was planning to bury my loved one. He is now healthy, clean and sober and has a career. I can never thanks footprints to recovery enough. All the staff was very kind to me when I went to visit and drop stuff off for him. The only reason we’re missing a star is because my loved one had some issues with a staff member named Quan(?) who was being weird to patients. Other than that, amazing experience for my loved one. Thank you guys for saving his life and brightening up mine.

Being hopeful, heard a lot... From many and within... Physical health etc... the many lies, make so much up. We have a voice! But you can't!! Seen many good people.... The despair, trying to improve... Why??? Just for saying what's going on here, taken advantage of, false promises, came back here in good faith like many.. put forth so much to rebuild etc... new health conditions, put down for a certain one..

I stayed in Crisis Residential for a month (I got an extended week) and I learned so much and had SUCH a great time, I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're in need of a timeout. Lots and lots of groups, very well structured, the rules are really easy to understand and follow, and the staff genuinely cares about how you're feeling during your stay as well. You get to see your psychiatrist once a week to make sure your medication is helping, and the psychiatrists they have on staff are wonderful, as well as your therapist and if you're in the substance abuse program, they're kind too, from what I've heard. Once again, thank you Ecker, for helping me learn to manage my anxiety and various other symptoms. You've done a great job for a lot of people! 10/5 stars!

I came to LSSI back in 2019 & I didn’t care for my counselor but everything else was great! Everyone was very caring the counselor just didn’t seem to truly understand or care to try. But besides that it was amazing. I didn’t stay sober unfortunately but I did end up getting officially sober and never had to see another rehab again. I got for real sober February 14th 2022 and got back with my husband & he got sober we both got our own house now up in Danville il & I have both of my kids back & got custody of my son back from his abusive father this past January, the son I lost right before going to LSSI. Thank you for everything, without the things I learned here and my time here I would have never been able to succeed! God is so good & WE DO RECOVER! God is good all day every day as we used to say! 💖 this is us this passed fall. Forgot to add I had another baby which is the little girl 5 years ago haha. Few years after I got out of LSSI!

I didn't know what to expect when trying this therapy but it has turned out to be helpful to me. I just basically need someone w/some knowledge and experience to listen to my problems and any input or advice or even just listening to me is comforting. No one personal is willing to hear or deal w/me but this therapy will. Thankful for that. BTW my therapist is Stephanie and she is wonderful.

Suncloud has been a life saver. The staff was and is always welcoming and caring. One of the things that has been the most helpful for me has been the aftercare, follow ups and continued connection I get with them. It has become part of my family now and its a lifestyle. One of the things I lost in my life was a sense of being part of my community and having that desire to isolate from people. I dont feel that way anymore because of Suncloud. Now I have friends and people I really trust. Which is huge to me with my trust issues. Suncloud taught me that I cannot do this alone and showed me that I wasnt alone. This is a lifelong journey and my life is better now because I chose to do something about it, and Suncloud gave me the tools I needed. The Work Flex is great And Henry love is terrific always with the smile and willingness to accommodate any request. Five stars for him. The fact that we’re getting medicine at night between 1030 and 11 is brutal as we’re expected to wake up at six in the morning per your schedules, which goes against your other directive of getting eight hours of sleep. I also had my wife bring two ply toilet paper and it was rejected, which is a joke. No one should have one ply and I bet whoever is reading this uses two ply. I’d like to get that sent to my cottage ASAP. They also took a small tube of gorilla glue, which I was trying to help my roommates with to fix a pair of broken glasses and that wasn’t even recognized on the old held yet it wasn’t in my bag of goods I received either. Even though I’m able to use my phone during work, Flex, I think it’s unfair to the rest to not be able to use their phones for at least a half hour a day. At times feel like prisoners. Regardless of my complaints still fabulous recovery experience. Thank you.

This facility is just amazing! Truly felt like everyone cared about me, and I can honestly say I trusted everyone in there. Trust is very hard for me, but the adult program and the staff allowed me to be myself with no judgement. I'm trying so hard to follow the rules and not name any staff but will give a broad review. Right when you walk in the staff is friendly, always smiling which in turn made me smile. The supervisor is amazing; the head of the counselors who leads the group therapy is one of the best people I ever met. The staff that lead the groups cared about me, and it was genuine, and they are so smart and fun. From the psychiatrist to my therapist everyone was on the same page. I just want to say thank you to everyone there from the bottom of my heart!

This is my first time experiencing an addiction recovery program. But I can honestly say I've never been part of any program (of any kind) that has counselors and leaders with bigger hearts! I was recommended this place by my therapist, and can honestly say it was not only the best decision I've ever made but the most life-changing decision I've ever gotten to experience. As soon as I started, I could instantly tell that the counselors and leaders weren't just there to do a job but genuinely cared about every patient who entered their program. It was amazing to not only get education and tools on how to go through recovery but also how to cope with life outside of recovery with a tailored made schedules for each individual. This program also has amazing outside events for its patients in recovery, such as game nights, movie/book club nights, and more. Care Addiction Center is more than a program; it's a beating heart that saves & changes lives! I can honestly say it saved mine! If you're looking for a program that can get you to that next step when every other programs or every other solution has not worked, I promise you if you follow their advice and tips, you definitely will. I'm grateful to have met every single person a part of this program! I don't think there is a better recovery program that really exists; especially for its affordability. I know I'm biased, but there are many who would back that! I'm genuinely so grateful for these counselors and leaders and the many I've met who joined me in the program along the way!

BEST EXPERIENCE!!! This center was perfect for me because I am not a very social person and the small group sessions were perfect. Also, the small group allowed for me to learn more and get the most from the program. The instructors are very well versed and knowledgeable about addiction. I looked forward to going every day. Our group became very close knit and we do activities together outside of class. If you do not want to be just a seat filler and actually get something out of your recovery journey, this is the place.

I choose to take part of the Symetria program voluntarily and it was one of the best decisions of my life! Not only are the staff like family, so are the individuals that pick Symetria too. Now days, customer service is pathetic and people are rude and most push you out the door, but not here. This place has the warm feeling like "The door is always open", and "how can we help you", We are here for you, it doesn't matter the time or the day, we care about you. You're a shining star and a success, not a failure. This place is secure, confidential, clean and has several options to help you along your journey. You are able to volunteer your time, make new friends and can help save a life, change a life and feel proud of who you are. Brian and John from Naperville are excellent group leaders (you are lucky if you get to meet them), and (Chris from Vernon Hills is a great counselor, who will make the time to ensure your needs are met). Symetria creates an environment where people feel safe, supported, and valued. The morning IOP group supported me through the hardest part of my life and I will forever be grateful for the amazing people I met. I think each one of us in the group looked forward to our time together in that healing place. Our counselor Brian is an expert in his field. He led our group through many difficult topics and conversations and did so with enormous compassion. Individual sessions with Brian were always insightful. Brian has a unique way of making each of his clients feel good about themselves. So I want to let anyone know who is looking into treatment Banyan was such a fantastic experience for me. I owe them such a debt of GRATITUDE. I am a middle-aged woman with kids who was struggling with drinking - life was just sad for me due to some pretty terrible trauma-I knew I needed to make a change and I came to Banyan. I was scared & ashamed. They treated me with such kindness. The program was well structured & professional. The financial obligation was manageable. Everyone there continues to check on my progress. I have completely been sober since I left and have a completely new life - A+ Banyan. I continue to have great friendships from my time there. Here is one thing i say to people who ask me about getting sober. I have not met one person -not one single person -who regrets getting sober. I’d like to start out saying thank you Ascension Saint Lexington Brothers elk Grove Village hospital. My experience this time around at this hospital was really good Nice and clean and easy to get to. The hospital stay for four days was very nice. Third floor room 3107 very clean and nice. I gotta say the bed was pretty comfortable. The day shift staff was very nice and on top of everything. The Night Shift staff was very kind and nice . One thing the hospital patient chair when not in bed needs to be updated. The handles on the arms on the chairs were rickety and dirty and beat up not very comfortable. Overall, I would come back to that hospital again to have any other procedures done. I do recommend this hospital.

Staff is warm, helpful, competent, attentative in conversation, patient & responsive in registering, processing, diagnosing & treating. A+ .. admitting in ER was simple & quick. Err medical Staff was efficient, professional, sensitive & pleasant working with me. The STAFF AT EVERY LEVEL WERE MORE LIKE A WARM FAMILY THAT A BUNCH OF IMPERSONAL WORKERS AT A COLD JOBSITE. I had a complex serious illness which mimicked a STROKE but was quickly Medically Assessed Corrrectly by MEDICAL TRIAGE , using IMAGING SCANS, BLOOD CHEMISTRY ANALYSIS & A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT MEDICAL DOCTOR with a Serious Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) requiring ImmediateSERIOUS IV ANTIBIOTIC TREATMENT & QUICKLY ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL WITH TREATMENT BEGINNING… THE NURSING STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD. VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY SUPPORTIVE AND QUICKLY RESPONSIVE. This hospital quickly access the last 20+ years of my medical records from my prior hospitals in Tennessee. So they knew all of my conditions and all of my medical issues in addition to what they were treating. PS: The food is prepared by a chef, I was able to order from a menu which included vegan vegetarian food. It was delivered hot individually, not as part of trying to feed every person in the hospital at the same time it was restaurant quality food. I have never had such good food in hospital.

My son is on his way to remove a tube from his stomach and Samuel came by to inform us that he will be back to get him that was very nice of him I'm really impressed with his kindness and caring ways he really knows how to prepare patients before hand so that they are at ease before their procedure ....we need more people like him around here he's a prime example of what good kind gentle help should be like .... Holy Family is lucky to have him here bringing patients up and down to their procedures safely Thank you for all that you do young man....
