Great place to make a change in your life. Pay attention so Mr. Phillips can help you all the way through with what you're going through for he actually cares unlike other establishments. Going to Changes Place greatly helped me with what I was personally going through and I'm grateful I made the decision to come here. Thank you Mr Phillips

Great people! If you're in need of the services they offer. I would stop looking now and just give them a call. Jack is amazingly personable and was easy to talk to. His daughter Trisha is professional, wears a huge smile and is very friendly. They are a down to earth home grown facility that will help you get what you need done. Highly recommended.
I recently completed my DUI class with Renee Luthe, Colleen Stebbins at the Foundations Center, and I can’t express enough how invaluable the experience was. The information and guidance I received are things I can carry with me for the rest of my life. Although I know I still have key decisions to make moving forward, the Foundations Center has helped me see myself in a new light and understand what I’m truly capable of when I’m not in my addiction. I’m eternally grateful to Renee, Colleen, Chris, and the entire team at the Foundations Center. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to better themselves.
