The information and guidance I received are things I can carry with me for the rest of my life. They treated my daughter really good here and she seemed to like it. She was in the Cherubs. I wish they had a longer-term treatment program that she could have gone to. It was an overall good experience though. Only thing I would change is the admission process is a little long and I feel like some of that could be done ahead of time.

In all honesty people may talk down on greendale staff and the place that gave them a place to lay there head because they don't like rules which if they can't handle the rules and feed back that would help them out in life then that's on them and I wasn't too crazy about coming here seven months ago and I'm going on my 8th month and wanted to leave on my 2nd month but if you give the staff a chance to talk to them and interact with them then you would think twice about listening to others how horrible it is here which it isn't at all. I actually learned a lot here. I learned patience which I had none at all well very little when I got here now I can stand in line at a gas station for a hour and don't mind but what I'm trying to say is greendale helped me a lot and the staff does listen to your needs and concerns and everyone handles things differently in a positive way of course. Also they made me look at everyone isn't all bad people and everyone does things differently it's just that you want to change or be stuck at the bottom and they honestly opened my eyes and made me see the glass is always full and ever half full anywhere u go there's going to be that person who doesn't like something or someone well guess what that's life and if you want to change and I was very stubborn person words goes in one ear out the other and as time went on isnt like that for me anymore here not to kiss butt well put this if you want the help and want to stay clean and sober greendale and greendale staff is here 24/7 for who ever also the residents is pretty cool too.

I moved into greendale after a 30 day inpatient stay at rosecranse. Greendale helped guide me! The structure and accountability was detrimental to my life.The staff was amazing and were always there to help me! I'm extremely grateful for this program!

I have seen some pretty nasty things written here about remedies and just want to clear some things up most of these poor reviews are from those under the influence of addiction and are angry because they won’t follow rules, firstly I know quite a few people who have been there long term (years) with no issues, including myself after years I was sent away one day for being 10 mins late it sucked but I was ok and didn’t oversleep again I learned a lesson, they treat everyone fairly but you have to do what your expected to do being fresh at sobriety is hard and their no pajamas and being there before 9am rules seems to be a big issue for most if you can’t be responsible for your basics how can you keep yourself clean? They will help but won’t make you do anything you won’t cooperate with! This is a rehabilitation center not a place to make friends so stay clean, keep away from others and mind the rules these simple things will take you far…..

This is a decent facility that includes professional amenities. Has a good kitchen. At least three meals a day available, activities including a gym, disc golf course, basketball court and a WALK course. Other activities include a TV room, computer lab, therpy sessions and consumers. Staff is promt with dealing with issuess. Overall this place is a safe zone while some clients cant meet the grade. 6 months sober and yall were right life truly does get better :) I came all the way from St. Louis and I felt nothing but love as soon as I walked in the doors. My first time in rehab and 4 hours from home the anxiety was real. Justin, Madison & Alexander truly gave me so many words of encouragement and life advice I will forever hold close to my heart. When I wanted to turn around and walk out those doors and they reminded me it was important to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations because that’s how I would grow. My counselor Angela was also amazing. She made me feel like she was my best friend and connected with me and made sure I truly felt seen. she didn’t seem to try to hard to do that either, it was just naturally done of her. All the workers there made sobriety look so cool. I will forever thank rosecrance for giving me my life back :)

I’d rate 5 for the 5 & a 1/2 years of treatment, because it was consistent but they definitely go down for breaching hippa policy (via texting) but you know other than that can’t complain. No complaints here, good service would recommend great consistent doctors, just make sure you are properly heard and perceived for who you are. With observing treatment, know your worth and what you need. Yaayyy for solo independence and recovery! Woootttt! Recovery makes pure happiness! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY! They told me I was covered, then billed me anyway. I thought it must be a mistake. Then, when I drove 50 miles for my second appointment, they told me to get lost when I couldn't pay the bill for my first visit. I'm 60 years old. I have never in my life had a worse experience at a mental health clinic. PLEASE NOTE: all any of the negative reviews here get, is a canned response which tells you, "We do to care." If they cared, they wouldn't be treating their patients like piggy banks and responding to complaints with impersonal, canned garbage.

This was only for the ER nurse Matt and the doctor in the ER. They were the best ever?? But…..::after being admitted and they never got approval to give me a diflucan for the yeast infection in my tongue. I’m still suffering. 2 days after being released. When I called the hospital. The call center was so rude. I wanted to talk to my doctor. She couldn’t help me.. After being admitted in 6-12,-25 I got on the 3rd floor Neuro/critical care floor. my experience was horrible! I had to ask if I could try eating! I was thrashing in pain and the nurse had meds for me to take the whole time. She seemed to enjoy watching me suffer. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. Except for a quick ER visit. These nurses took more time talking and laughing with each other than they do taking care of their patients. Except for one nurse, who was of color, but she did everything she could to explain that I don’t take syboxebe anymore, I still don’t. i only had to take it for back to back hip surgeries and my body became used to norco. Under the instruction of a doctor, he told me to stop taking sub ozone 24 hours before a surgery, then take norco’s or morphine as prescribed. Stop when pain stops and after 24 hours with no norco’s in my system , I was able to take 1 sobixene again. Which I haven’t had since June 2nd prior to my oral surgery. If that nurse hadn’t stayed late to help me, I never would have gotten anything. She was on the 6 am to 7 pm shift and didn’t leave until 8:29 pm. Please be sure she reads this. And tell her thank you for caring. The rest of the nurses and the care team lady. Need TRAINING or they need to find another profession. It’s up to hospital administrators to make sure the patients get the care they need. I would like a call back from that office please or I’ll be making more calls and filing written complaints. 2 nurses and 1 doctor at emergency care saved my son’s life in 2024 during an anaphylaxis episode and I will be always thankful that ER still open. However they mentioned that they don’t have the all of the medication that’s they need or equipment to treat a lot of other emergencies, so we got transferred to the new hospital to continue for treatment once he was stabilized. WE NEED A HOSPITAL ON this side of the city or at least this doctors need to be given the medical equipment and medicine that’s they need to do do their work and most just to be left them alone on their own. They need support from their main hospital. Besides that’s they are really good doctors
