Great people! If you're in need of the services they offer. I would stop looking now and just give them a call. Jack is amazingly personable and was easy to talk to. I recently completed my DUI class with Renee Luthe, Colleen Stebbins at the Foundations Center, and I can’t express enough how invaluable the experience was. The information and guidance I received are things I can carry with me for the rest of my life. Although I know I still have key decisions to make moving forward, the Foundations Center has helped me see myself in a new light and understand what I’m truly capable of when I’m not in my addiction. 6 months sober and yall were right life truly does get better :) I came all the way from St. Louis and I felt nothing but love as soon as I walked in the doors. My first time in rehab and 4 hours from home the anxiety was real. Justin, Madison & Alexander truly gave me so many words of encouragement and life advice I will forever hold close to my heart. When I wanted to turn around and walk out those doors and they reminded me it was important to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations because that’s how I would grow. My counselor Angela was also amazing. She made me feel like she was my best friend and connected with me and made sure I truly felt seen. she didn’t seem to try to hard to do that either, it was just naturally done of her. All the workers there made sobriety look so cool. I will forever thank rosecrance for giving me my life back :)

I have seen some pretty nasty things written here about remedies and just want to clear some things up most of these poor reviews are from those under the influence of addiction and are angry because they won’t follow rules, firstly I know quite a few people who have been there long term (years) with no issues, including myself after years I was sent away one day for being 10 mins late it sucked but I was ok and didn’t oversleep again I learned a lesson, they treat everyone fairly but you have to do what your expected to do being fresh at sobriety is hard and their no pajamas and being there before 9am rules seems to be a big issue for most if you can’t be responsible for your basics how can you keep yourself clean? They will help but won’t make you do anything you won’t cooperate with! This is a rehabilitation center not a place to make friends so stay clean, keep away from others and mind the rules these simple things will take you far…..

I’d rate 5 for the 5 & a 1/2 years of treatment, because it was consistent but they definitely go down for breaching hippa policy (via texting) but you know other than that can’t complain. No complaints here, good service would recommend great consistent doctors, just make sure you are properly heard and perceived for who you are. With observing treatment, know your worth and what you need. Yaayyy for solo independence and recovery! Woootttt! Recovery makes pure happiness! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY! They told me I was covered, then billed me anyway. I thought it must be a mistake. Then, when I drove 50 miles for my second appointment, they told me to get lost when I couldn't pay the bill for my first visit. I'm 60 years old. I have never in my life had a worse experience at a mental health clinic. PLEASE NOTE: all any of the negative reviews here get, is a canned response which tells you, "We do to care." If they cared, they wouldn't be treating their patients like piggy banks and responding to complaints with impersonal, canned garbage.

This was only for the ER nurse Matt and the doctor in the ER. They were the best ever?? But…..::after being admitted and they never got approval to give me a diflucan for the yeast infection in my tongue. I’m still suffering. 2 days after being released. When I called the hospital. The call center was so rude. I wanted to talk to my doctor. She couldn’t help me.. After being admitted in 6-12,-25 I got on the 3rd floor Neuro/critical care floor. my experience was horrible! I had to ask if I could try eating! I was thrashing in pain and the nurse had meds for me to take the whole time. She seemed to enjoy watching me suffer. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. Except for a quick ER visit. These nurses took more time talking and laughing with each other than they do taking care of their patients. Except for one nurse, who was of color, but she did everything she could to explain that I don’t take syboxebe anymore, I still don’t. i only had to take it for back to back hip surgeries and my body became used to norco. Under the instruction of a doctor, he told me to stop taking sub ozone 24 hours before a surgery, then take norco’s or morphine as prescribed. Stop when pain stops and after 24 hours with no norco’s in my system , I was able to take 1 sobixene again. Which I haven’t had since June 2nd prior to my oral surgery. If that nurse hadn’t stayed late to help me, I never would have gotten anything. She was on the 6 am to 7 pm shift and didn’t leave until 8:29 pm. Please be sure she reads this. And tell her thank you for caring. The rest of the nurses and the care team lady. Need TRAINING or they need to find another profession. It’s up to hospital administrators to make sure the patients get the care they need. I would like a call back from that office please or I’ll be making more calls and filing written complaints. 2 nurses and 1 doctor at emergency care saved my son’s life in 2024 during an anaphylaxis episode and I will be always thankful that ER still open. However they mentioned that they don’t have the all of the medication that’s they need or equipment to treat a lot of other emergencies, so we got transferred to the new hospital to continue for treatment once he was stabilized. WE NEED A HOSPITAL ON this side of the city or at least this doctors need to be given the medical equipment and medicine that’s they need to do do their work and most just to be left them alone on their own. They need support from their main hospital. Besides that’s they are really good doctors

For over 13 years, I struggled with addiction. Walking through the doors of Recovery Centers of America (RCA) a few months ago was the best decision I ever made. Today, I am proud to celebrate six months of sobriety. The staff at RCA are truly world-class. From the nurses, case managers and therapists to the cafeteria team, everyone treats you like family. The facilities—including the cottage living spaces and the massive gymnasium—are pristine, well-lit, and fully operational. What sets RCA apart is how they reintegrate "real life" into recovery. Beyond excellent group therapy, I participated in weekly softball games, open mic nights, "On the Other Side" milestones, and speaker events. We even had supervised outings to hockey games, movies, and bowling & pizza. These experiences proved to me that a sober life can be a full life. I want to thank the RCA team and my peers for being a vital part of my success.

Being hopeful, heard a lot... From many and within... Physical health etc... the many lies, make so much up. We have a voice! But you can't!! Seen many good people.... The despair, trying to improve... Why??? Just for saying what's going on here, taken advantage of, false promises, came back here in good faith like many.. put forth so much to rebuild etc... new health conditions, put down for a certain one..

I stayed in Crisis Residential for a month (I got an extended week) and I learned so much and had SUCH a great time, I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're in need of a timeout. Lots and lots of groups, very well structured, the rules are really easy to understand and follow, and the staff genuinely cares about how you're feeling during your stay as well. You get to see your psychiatrist once a week to make sure your medication is helping, and the psychiatrists they have on staff are wonderful, as well as your therapist and if you're in the substance abuse program, they're kind too, from what I've heard. Once again, thank you Ecker, for helping me learn to manage my anxiety and various other symptoms. You've done a great job for a lot of people! 10/5 stars!

I had to attend because of my job for substance abuse treatment and it was great, I actually enjoyed listening to ways of coping with stress and addiction, my counselor was Faith and she was really great and understanding. I would definitely recommend lighthouse to anyone struggling with any addiction or mental health problems
