This place has been very supportive and reliable through my sobriety. Both Jerry's (clinical supervisor and nurse) are wonderful and the others nurses are great too!! They are caring and extremely supportive with everything that has happened throughout my sobriety journey. Being open and honest had been the key to my success. I've been sober for years now and I know that without Madison West CTC, none of it would b possible. Thanks guys!!🙂

I have been at Madison west for 5 yrs now I will admit when I started the first 2 yrs were ups n downs but because of finally getting a great counselor (Molly) u was able to get in the right path n stay clean and worked myself up to phase 5 one yr later I again was moving up to phase 6 but 2 days b4 I moved up they bumped my back down to phase 3 for missing my call back witch I agree was my fault nobody else but mine I have been still clean and busted my ass to make sure I get back to my old phase. But again just last week I had another call back from this Jerry who doesn’t even work in the clinic who isn’t even my counselor called and my children answered the phone and hung up witch is my fault to deal with my children but to bump me further down because the man can’t call back again how can I come in for a call back if there was no voicemail left no answer from me what am I supposed to do if you never even called back one more time. I’m transferring to ASAP were my mother and brother also go and have nothing but great response from the ASAP clinic. I just want to say to anybody who works hard, stays clean, put in the effort, wants to do better for themselves, should not be punished for all the hard work to achieve their freedom from drugs I take responsibility for my actions but I WILL NOT TAKE BLAME FOR SOMEONE WHO CANT SEE PAST ANYTHING BUT MORE MONEY IN HIS POCKETS. I use to love this clinic but it has done nothing but work its way down to the bottom of the list of clinics, 1. My pee sits in the bathroom tray for hrs b4 it’s even moved away from others tampering with it. 2. They treat there staff like they don’t go through hell with the patience who do act like children. 3. They don’t care about you, or how far you can go if given the opportunity, by their own actions. 4. The clinic has been slowly going downhill with no real effort to improve. 5. Management doesn’t even work at the clinic and doesn’t see any of the patients in person.

If you are genuinely searching for help to recover from addiction, go elsewhere else, please. They don't care about helping you or making things easier for you. Go somewhere where you'll be appreciated for being a human being and not just for your money.

Been a transplant patient for 5 years and the nursing staff and schedules, along with Riley, are incredible in the transplant clinic. When Stepahanie sees me, she takes care of getting my appointment efficiently started. Very blessed to have been a recipient here and cant say enough good things about all those working in the transplant clinic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My daughter was 6 months when she had her surgery on her heart. They took really good care of her and made her happy. Some of the nurses need to learn how to treat the parents though!!

I only have had one session so far, But I've loved it ever since I walked in. I rate this place five out of five! My only complaint is the ocean noises. I have a fear of water and it slightly scared me. Other than that, it's a wonderful place!

Claudia Kline is the best counsoler By far. She is very compassionate & caring. I wouldn't ask for somebody better to tell my life story too. Claudia Kline if you see this. I just want to say thank you .

Became a member Nov 2024 and have volunteered a few hours per week for the last 7 months. This mental health support clubhouse has shown endless kindness and acceptance of my quirky presence. I receive 100 times what I can give in the form of enthusiasm for a deranged individual making small progress in Recovery from a misguided life. This collection of wonderful people show limitless support for somewhat troubled people. This place is great for socializing. I love this place because all of the people there are cute. Please visit sometime, I want to see more people there.

This is the best councilling center ever! Shelly absolutely saved my life and to this day I think of her fondly. I would still be going here if I lived in Wisconsin.

Great people! They have helped me a lot through excellent therapies. All the staff, in general, is very nice.

Everyone we have worked with at Uplands has been so helpful and a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them enough. Their madison office is comfortable and inviting. The office staff is also helpful an accommodating.

Polly worked with myself and my husband to help us communicate better. I found her insightful, empathetic and responsive. I’m hoping to return to seeing her regularly.
