What a great experience in 2018 thru 2019 counseling and groups n/a prefer the old building. Such a humbling experience I must say so, sober since 2018, woot. But anyways unable to get records from old building, for my certifications , anyways needed record as to why there was a release of info from rock county to green county wi, odd. But hey they never tell you that anyway. Most valuable intuition you know is the ones who do a 360 turn around for multiple years on end due to multiple losses and extreme grief all within the same time frame, but ya live and move on. Amazing medical crew every doctor i've seen in this hospital has made sure to explain to me everything that is going on in a detailed yet easy to understand way and never failed to help me find solutions to my problems and it is the only hospital that i've ever been to, where the crew does not actually make me feel stupid or not knowing the pain that i'm talking about

I had a total knee replacement in January. I am now pretty much back to normal activities. I want to thank the following, Dr Patel. My wife and I were impressed with him at my first appointment. He did an amazing job with the replacement surgery and has excellent bedside manner and he always had the time to talk and listen.I also want to thank Kelley Hesseling at the New Glarus Branch, because she took the time to do an extra test, a blood clot which I had no symptoms of was found. This allowed me to receive the proper treatment. I want to thank Brooke Hoesly at the New Glarus Clinic. She was always very understanding and was able to get my blood pressure back to normal after I had issues with lab numbers. And I want to thank Physical Therapist Amanda Haglund also of the New Glarus Branch. She was also very understanding and had me do the stretches and exercises needed. Due to her illness and my blood clot I was about 2 weeks behind but in about six weeks she had me ahead of schedule. She also has helped me in the past with feet and shoulder/neck issues. I would strongly recommend each one of the outstanding professionals.

I was just passing through Freeport, Illinois, when this building caught my attention. It stood out enough that I decided to stop and take a closer look. There's something about its architecture and presence that makes it hard to miss. I didn't spend a lot of time there, but I'm glad I stopped by. It's one of those places that adds character to the area and makes you curious about its history. If you're driving through Freeport, it's definitely worth a quick look.

Excellent professional service, AFFORDABLE evaluation price, great staff, next day appointment, unbiased assesment, and much more offered at this location. The counselor, Jack Phillips, evaluated me on 1/15/2019. We talked for about an hour and he DID NOT recommend additional treatment or classes. He was attentive and listened to what I was saying about what and why I was ordered for an evaluation. $$$$ WAS NOT his motive; an accurate assessment was his focus. Jack thanks again for the job recommendations and I appreciate your services. Ashleigh (the receptionist) was VERY helpful!!! She gave me plenty of copies of the evaluation assesment, and even faxed proof of the evaluation to the concerning parties. I could not be happier with Changes Place and its business; I was treated like a person not a customer or dollar sign!!!! Thanks again, your the BEST!!!

William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital Where the Watch Continues Some battles grow quiet, but never quite end, they follow us home and wait round the bend. Some wounds wear a bandage, some hide out of sight, some ache through the morning and march through the night. Here veterans gather from country and town, some walking in steady, some nearly worn down. From old wars to new scars, from body to brain, each carries a story through memory and pain. The uniform’s folded, the boots put away, but service still echoes through each passing day. The mission has shifted, the cadence has changed, yet healing takes courage when life feels rearranged. Inside these long hallways, the next watch begins, with nurses and doctors and warm, patient grins. They listen, they measure, they mend what they can, then help an old soldier stand steady again. There are scans for the body and words for the mind, new roads toward relief when the old roads unwind. From medicine, movement, and mental-health care, the load becomes lighter when someone is there. The forms can be many, the hallways can wind, and waiting can wear on an already tired mind. But beyond all the numbers, appointments, and charts, are people still serving with capable hearts. William Middleton served both the soldier and science, with duty through war and a healer’s reliance. A doctor, a colonel, a teacher of care, his name still stands watch over veterans there. Since nineteen fifty-one, through each season and year, these doors have stood open for those who served here. Not promising miracles, not erasing the past, but helping us carry, recover, and last. So here’s to the workers who answer the call, from clinics and kitchens to each hospital hall. To the hands that bring comfort, the ears that still hear, and the veterans who enter despite doubt and fear. For asking for help is not waving defeat, it is one more hard mission on battle-worn feet. A brave forward movement, a difficult start, requiring the strength of a soldier’s own heart. At Middleton Memorial, the colors still fly, for those who came home but still wonder sometimes why. The war may be distant, yet service stays true, and the watch now belongs to the healers and you. Rest easy, old soldier. Unbuckle the load. You carried the country. Let us share the road.

I was just discharged from there today. I came into the ER, was admitted, and then had my gallbladder removed. From the moment I arrived there, it felt like most hospitals used to feel. It felt like a place where they would do everything they could to get you feeling better. These types of hospitals seem to be getting harder to find. There were so many excellent doctors, nurses, and staff that I interacted with over the 4 days I was there. Especially nurses Gwen Kay, Rose Whitehead, and the doctors in my surgical team. Everyone was great, but I'm terrible with remembering names so please forgive me. Anyway, please keep doing what you're doing. It was about as great of an experience as one could have while still walking away missing an organ. Thank you for everything!

As far as psych unuts go, this one is *TOP* of my list!! The food is AMAZING, the people are WONDERFUL, the programs they do and the support they provide are absolutely the best I've had (and, I'm not ashamed to say I've been to *many* different inpatient units over my lifetime. 😅 Being able to go in when you realize you're out of sorts or not feeling safe is VERY important!! We don't talk enough about mental health in the world, and it's just as important as physical care!) Anyway.... 10/10... HIGHLY recommend! (And no, I'm not getting paid yo say this! 🤣)

Although I have nothing to compare this program to, I found my care to be top notch. Okay, the beds are a bit hard but the doctors, social workers and the nurses (almost forgot to mention the OT folks) were incredibly kind and effective. In my opinion, the inpatient program is as successful as the work you put into it. There is no magic cure; just need to pull yourself up by the britches and dive in. Oh- the food is quite good as well! I would highly recommend this inpatient psychiatric programming!

In all honesty people may talk down on greendale staff and the place that gave them a place to lay there head because they don't like rules which if they can't handle the rules and feed back that would help them out in life then that's on them and I wasn't too crazy about coming here seven months ago and I'm going on my 8th month and wanted to leave on my 2nd month but if you give the staff a chance to talk to them and interact with them then you would think twice about listening to others how horrible it is here which it isn't at all. I actually learned a lot here. I learned patience which I had none at all well very little when I got here now I can stand in line at a gas station for a hour and don't mind but what I'm trying to say is greendale helped me a lot and the staff does listen to your needs and concerns and everyone handles things differently in a positive way of course. Also they made me look at everyone isn't all bad people and everyone does things differently it's just that you want to change or be stuck at the bottom and they honestly opened my eyes and made me see the glass is always full and ever half full anywhere u go there's going to be that person who doesn't like something or someone well guess what that's life and if you want to change and I was very stubborn person words goes in one ear out the other and as time went on isnt like that for me anymore here not to kiss butt well put this if you want the help and want to stay clean and sober greendale and greendale staff is here 24/7 for who ever also the residents is pretty cool too.

Wood Violet Recovery, located in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, provides residential services to women seeking healing from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. We like that they treat a broad range of substance dependencies including alcohol, opioids, and barbiturates. It’s in a secluded wooded area. To access care at Wood
Woodviolet recovery is a wonderful place to go for mental health reboot! It helped so much to ge things straightened out in my head and realize it’s no my fault that I feel do and say the things I do it’s my depression I just need to stop think and redo! And we are like a plant we need food water and sun to flourish and without one of those we don’t perform well!!! I have met so many great people and the people that work here really really care they give thier all!!! But I have to say my therapist is just wonderful!! Let’s start with Melissa W. Melissa. W is the best. She’s kind and has a lot of patience and works very hard. Anytime someone needed to speak with her she opened her door right up. She does kind things for people and goes out of her way to make sure a client is comfortable. She always smelled like a breath of fresh air. So that’s why I’m shocked to see a review from Bri Marie below that states she was the total opposite. I want people to know what Bri stated isn’t true at all. In fact Bri should know that making false complaints to a state agency about someone or a facility is illegal. Bri you have one person to back you up but Melissa has a whole army to back her up. We know what the real truth is. Second, Therapist Tammy.K be aware of her. She’s bad news, and it’s sad I didn’t come to my senses about her true character sooner. She victim shamed me in our last session. I was talking about the trouble teen industry and read her my narrative from my journal and she victim shamed multiple times she told me I’m the reason why I arrived there, I’m the reason they drugged me up on medication and even justified them putting me in seclusion for a week. Then she will turn around and say you don’t take responsibility for your feelings or behaviors. She’s a sick woman. Please be careful if you have her as a therapist. Third, My discharge didn’t go as planned and it was a little odd and made zero sense at all. It’s a little fishy because I don’t know who’s telling the truth behind the reasoning of my discharge and who’s not. But I will never forget this place. Made new friends and learned a few things and majority of the staff were very kind. Fourth, The nurses section omg some nurses are great but I’m not a fan of them filling meds behind my back, then putting my pills in another persons bag. The nurses station has a lot of work to do.

Great place to stay with a caring team of professionals to assist in your recovery! A little unorganized in the mornings due to short staffing with the team but otherwise a good experience!
