Wood Violet truly changed the entire trajectory of my life in the best way possible. When I arrived, I didn’t think there was any hope for a way out of the horrible life I was living. Wood Violet changed my whole way of thinking and showed me that it is possible to live an amazing, sober life. I could not be grateful enough or say enough to explain how thankful I am. The staff was incredible from the moment I arrived making sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect. You can tell these are people who truly love their job and care about helping others. The facilitators and counselors are amazing at what they do. Josh and Abby were two people who made a bigger impact on me than they will ever know. They probably don’t know it but they taught me valuable life advice I would never get from anyone else. I really respect the amount of effort and time they clearly put into giving clients amazing group sessions. Overall, I would recommend Wood Violet to anyone struggling with mental health/addiction because they give you the tools and skills to not only enjoy sober life there and at home, but also know how to cope with tough challenges in life. Thank you to all staff at Wood Violet for giving me a second chance at a happy and fulfilling life!! You guys are seriously the best!

I recently completed my stay at this rehab facility, and I truly can't say enough good things about it. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. The staff is absolutely incredible—so kind, compassionate, and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels seen and heard. The kitchen staff deserves a special shoutout too. You can tell they genuinely care about what they’re doing, and the meals reflect that care and attention. What really sets this place apart is the culture. It’s positive, respectful, and empowering. Melissa, who leads the facility, has created an environment where residents are treated like adults. She trusts people to make the right choices and supports them along the way, which makes all the difference. That trust and mutual respect create a space that’s not only healing but also enjoyable and even fun. I’m so grateful for my time here. It truly helped me grow and heal in ways I didn’t expect. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels safe, supportive, and genuine.

Wood Violet by far exceeded my expectations. I have been to another Sunshine facility in the past, but WVR surpassed that experience by leaps and bounds. I admitted on January 2nd and they had only been accepting clients for about 45 days or so. Even though they were "new," the staff and facility operated as if they had been open for years. I cannot stress enough the personal feel you get as a client at WVR. Their customer service was awesome. I hope I never have to return, but if I do WVR will be the place I head to!
