Gateway foundation Peoria is so wonderful the staff and counselors are super friendly and easy to talk to and the facility is Super nice and clean Can’t say enough good things about Gateway it’s the place to go if you need help cause it’s definitely five star

I have gotten so much out of this program. I’m growing and learning constantly. From group to my therapist, right down to Phil who opens the door for me and handles my weekly drop to Mo who greets me and gives me the time to sign in. Gateway Peoria is doing a phenomenal job helping people battle and beat addiction. The staff here make this experience as easy and comfortable as it can be. I would absolutely recommend Gateway Peoria to friends or family.

This place quite literally saved my life and brought me closer to God by they are no way religiously affiliated. They work through groups and offer great services for therapy, other health needs. They even provide information on health insurances and programs. Tabitha is an amazing counselor. Tony who runs the facility is an amazing human being. Cam is so comforting for the patients coming is regardless of what you are there for. Christina, Chris, and Tabitha are some of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure of coming across. Mo up front is so kind. Phil, the urine analysis specialist, is an amazing part of every visit. Shellie is the best therapist I have ever had and I have tried a few. Everyone is so genuine. If you need addiction help or know anyone who does, I highly suggest The Gateway Foundation.

Before I came to countermeasures I had no confidents in myself on getting my classes done. Fortunately I had the opportunity to have Kim as my counselor!! Kim provided the tools and education in such a way I actually enjoyed coming to class. She was open and real wich made me comfortable with talking about my problems. Thank you Kim and countermeasures for helping me with this huge step forward in life!

Forced to get up an work from 5 a.m to 3 everyday for a year.. they keep all the money leaving you with nothing for when you complete the program.. but after a year will help you with job placement..at night time there could be wrestling matches in a dorm room packed with everybody with a ego.. staff take anything they want of yours in hopes of provoking you an say that it builds your ability to deal with adversity in the "real world".. took my book "The stand" by stephine king wich deals with the battle between hell and heaven on earth that I had half finished and locked it away in storage just because they're bored and many other "minor" things like that occure.. ..but all around its a good place to get your head screwed on straight if your willing to become a better person✌️stayed for 6 months an left when it was warm and was homeless for another month.. been at caterpillar for 2 years now an loving life🙏

My son has been in many recovery centers. This was the first one that he thought made a difference in his thinking. He appreciated the facilities, the running track outside, the food, the staff, and the counselors. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience here. More restrictive than other places, but if you're serious about recovery I think it's necessary. Staff was great even though they're short a counselor. Everybody there really cares about each and every person.

This place felt like a second home. Everyone was extremely friendly, willing to listen/give advice strategies, and seemed to know everything about anything I asked. It was exactly what I needed, and I appreciate these pepople so much.

WOW Where do I even start?

If you are serious about getting mental help for mental disorders this is the place to go I've been seeing Kyle for about a month now and he is a really good counselor to take advice from I will continue to be coming back for my treatment and I look forward to sharing good stories with the counselor as the future goes on.

Just took my 13 year old daughter there. Thought it was appendicitis. Turns out just constipation. All the staff was great in and out in an hour. Very professional. I’m thankful for there care.

Really caring nursing and surgical departments. Admission was a breeze and overall the level care is above and beyond :)

My experience here has been 💯, start to finish. From the front desk, to the neuropsychologist, this place has provided a wonderful team of people. They are kind and empathetic, patient and supportive. If you are having trouble with knowing when your appointments are, make sure that you are set up with their text and email notification system. It’s great!! Thanks especially to, Victoria, Seth, Christina, and to the support staff, Cheyanna and my wonderful medical assistant that I can’t remember the name of. Thank you!!!

You won't find a better place for your mental health needs. Dr. Sanchez is the absolute best there is! I can't thank him enough for all he has done, and continues to do for me. He takes his time, really listens, and cares deeply about his patients. I have worked with a couple of the therapists. One, Rob, is no longer there, having gotten more education and moved away. He was amazing! Mike is awesome, and I am so thankful to have him on my team. He really cares, listens, and is just great! The nurses are also caring, compassionate, and really take an interest in you personally. The office staff is also the best. They work hard to see that your needs are met. As you can tell if you've read my entire review, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Great River Mental Health for ALL you do!!
