It's my first time going, and I'm very satisfied to have visited the place!First of all, my English is not very good, and the staff was very patient with me and they even gave me a translator. The doctor who treated me is Indian. I don't remember his name, but he was very attentive and kind. He explained my medical situation to me in great detail. ! And he paid close attention to what I said! The truth is I'm happy and I think I'll go back there...They still haven't told me how much I'm going to pay since I don't have medical insurance! I really had a positive, uplifting experience with Countermeasures & Mz. Kim! I was able to be myself and freely talk about my experience with my DUI. Kim was very informative & made me realize things about myself I really didnt know. I admire her for facing such negativity from people on a daily basis. They have done an incredible job at Countermeasures, making sure everyone gets through the program and gets what they need to get done done. The instructor/director is firm but really wants you to succeed so please be patient with her when you are there. I have never met anyone else in my life that has wanted the people in those classes to succeed and get their lives back as much as she did.I can't thank her enough

I see a couple people complaining about wait times at this facility. That s laughable if you have ever been to any other clinic where the lines are out the door wrapped around the building. This is the fastest most efficient clinic I ve ever been to. The staff works with you on everything, and the only wait time is sometimes early in the morning when there are about 10 ppl waiting at the same time so they can go to work. I ve never waited longer than 30 minutes and that s only been a few times first thing when they open and that s nothing compared to the 2 hour wait times at other clinics I ve been to. My usual visits r about 10 minutes long. Staff is great, facility is clean, nurses are always quick and thorough and super kind. Anyone who works, will have a hard time going to a doctor office every morning which is why they offer take homes to people who have consistent clean drug screens. Otherwise, you will have to go daily. The program works, if you work the program. Thank you to the awsome staff!!!

I had to complete a lot of hours in a not-so-long amount of time, and with their help I was able to do so. Were there a few inconveniences along the way, sure. But ultimately it was my own wrong doing that put me into the situation itself. Kim may be tough at times but overall she is only there to help. Do I ever plan on going back? Well, most likely not because that would invoke that I got in trouble again and that's something I will never let happen again. Overall I am glad it's over on my end for the most part, but I would recommend their services. Just have patience, don't be in a hurry because of your own wrong doing, be polite, and they will help.

I have also deal with Melissa from mental health that has taken the time to follow up with me to make sure I got what I needed. I've been coming here for 4yrs. The counselors here are very compassionate and understanding. They treat you like a human being and not a write off of society. Get ready for this might be lengthy. I have been a client for 2 years and I have mostly good things to say. I have had the same counselor the entire time and she is absolutely fantastic. There are some policies and procedures that I would change but then again that is not my expertise.I was previously at Rose Medical for 2 years and comparatively speaking Peoria treatment center with his light years Beyond Rose Medical.If You are in search of medication-assisted therapy then I would highly recommend using PTC. Dr George shattick is it a wonderful human being and he is always willing to work with you to determine what is your best course of action

My best friend had been in and out of treatment facilities one right after another for over a year. She never got the treatment she needed at the other facilities due to overcrowding, time limits on stays or insurance saying they would only allow her to stay for so long even though, we as parents could see she wasn’t ready. I have been a client with Heritage for over 15 years. As many people know, sometimes it takes a person several rehab stays before getting it right and being able to remain clean and sober. After many years of heroin addiction, and multiple attempts at sobriety with several relapses along the way, I can honestly say I owe my life to Heritage Behavioral Health. Even though I was a returning client more times than I want to admit, I never felt judged for returning. The staff truly care about the clients and go out of their way to help in any way possible. I gained different tools and coping mechanisms from each and every counselor, nurse, tech, and group that I attended. I can't put into words the gratitude I feel for having the opportunity to attend rehab at Heritage and get my life back in order. I have never had any issues what so ever and I've been going here for 2 years now. I still am clean going on 5 years total now. Zero relapses. Sophia has gone above and beyond when it comes to my care. even seeing me when I just walked in the door today without an appointment. I've been lucky to have such amazing care. If all Dr.s and Nurses acted like her I think addiction in this country would be almost non existent.

Like I love everyone here been going for years especially my doctors and the nurse that I always get for Janelle Chalmers but for some reason when I call alot of times it does a fax machine noise and I like REALLY need to get through today I tried Friday too.
