My health returned thanks to these guys but my heart was stricken with hurt. I'm not sure if that's a good trade off but I believe in helping rather then not. 5 stars if you feel how I feel.

This place saved my life

I have a new therapist at a different practice for another purpose, but Tara at PCMH was the first therapist that was able to genuinely help me. I learned a lot with Tara’s help and was able to make strides. The few interactions I had over the phone with other staff were pleasant, never had an issue. Mainly reviewing to recommend Tara if you’re needing a good therapist.

My experience with this place has been amazing. You walk in and are greeted by the most friendly receptionist. I see Janet for guidance, and she is just absolutely amazing. She’s so kind hearted and positive and friendly. She makes you feel absolutely at home, and totally comfortable to talk openly about concerns. I can’t recommend her highly enough. They are so well organized and so professional. They are a wonderful place to go!

From the time I received directions until I left the Center, I was very impressed with the high quality of professionalism I encountered! The receptionist at the front desk was SO friendly as well as the therapist I spoke with. I don't remember ever receiving this magnitude of service! Way to go!

Just like any place you go, you get what you put in. If your not willing to get better and actually want to, no program is going to work. Rick is a lovely person and I have always had good councilors. The nurses are friendly and helpful. Treatment can save your life. 👍

MY wife is a patient here and she's absolutely loves the counselors and staff! She also used this facility for her in patient rehabilitation and thankfully and graciously by the grace of God she is still sober to this day! She recommends fully anytime she can or someone is questioning about where they can find help in or around Springfield Illinois.

I have never had any issues what so ever and I've been going here for 2 years now. I still am clean going on 5 years total now. Zero relapses. Sophia has gone above and beyond when it comes to my care. even seeing me when I just walked in the door today without an appointment. I've been lucky to have such amazing care. If all Dr.s and Nurses acted like her I think addiction in this country would be almost non existent.

Like I love everyone here been going for years especially my doctors and the nurse that I always get for Janelle Chalmers but for some reason when I call alot of times it does a fax machine noise and I like REALLY need to get through today I tried Friday too.

This place felt like a second home. Everyone was extremely friendly, willing to listen/give advice strategies, and seemed to know everything about anything I asked. It was exactly what I needed, and I appreciate these pepople so much.

This is a 5 star facility. The staff, the counselors, & the medical team made this the best experience of my life. I honestly don’t know how they do it. They addiction education and treatment is amazing. I’ve learned so much, this place has changed my entire outlook on life. Shout out to employees TAYLOR, GENESIS, LINDSAY, JUSTINE, SHANIA, KARA. You guys are phenomenal. Please keep doing what you’re doing, you guys don’t get paid enough for the work you do. If you or a loved one are going through addiction, THIS IS THE ANSWER. they helped me with my physical health, mental health, and legal troubles. I would be in jail, or dead, without this place.

I used to go to the Hines VA in Chicago now the Springfield clinic. I have never had a problem with either! The Springfield VA/ Danville are so good. It makes me feel guilty to go there. They really care.

My daughter just finished treatment there a few weeks ago, and I can't rave enough about her counselor, Shannon. She always listened intently to everything my daughter said, helped her understand the issues she was having and assisted her with finding the coping mechanisms and outlets that best suited her. The front line staff were always helpful and courteous from the first moment we walked in to the facility when my daughter was in crisis mode.

They have always been helpful, caring, and compassionate.

Fantastic people, I genuinely mean that. They never make you feel like a number and are very sincere. They made my situation so much better and turned what could be looked at like a chore into a delight. You'll end up leaving every meeting in better shape than you were before it. They actually care - a rare thing these days.

I have utilized the services of Accent Counseling twice in approximately three years, and both experiences have been very rewarding and fulfilling to say the least. I see a couple people complaining about wait times at this facility. That’s laughable if you have ever been to any other clinic where the lines are out the door wrapped around the building. This is the fastest most efficient clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff works with you on everything, and the only wait time is sometimes early in the morning when there are about 10 ppl waiting at the same time so they can go to work. I’ve never waited longer than 30 minutes and that’s only been a few times first thing when they open and that’s nothing compared to the 2 hour wait times at other clinics I’ve been to. My usual visits r about 10 minutes long. Staff is great, facility is clean, nurses are always quick and thorough and super kind. Anyone who works, will have a hard time going to a doctor office every morning which is why they offer “take homes “ to people who have consistent clean drug screens. Otherwise, you will have to go daily. The program works, if you work the program. Thank you to the awsome staff!!!

One of the best clinics I’ve been to. Transferred easily. The staff is the best I’ve seen at any clinic. And they help with your needs and they actually care. If you’re planning on going somewhere go here. You won’t be disappointed!

This treatment center has helped me To see life can be good. The team as a whole are great the counselors doors are always open you can talk to them about anything with out judgement. The nurses are phenomenal they truly care about their patients I look forward to seeing them every 2 weeks. If you are looking for A MAT program look no further. Mark Peterson

Cory and Lauren we're great. Both very understating, and easy to talk with. Prices were affordable.They helped make an uncomfortable situation comfortable. I never felt judged, even coming in for a 2nd dui. Cory has also successfully helped as a counselor getting my license back twice. 10/10 recommend.

Hey I 42 years old now but I use to live in kemmer village. I wish I never acted up when I stayed there because this was one of the best places to live in.

This residential facility is amazing. Set on the grounds of farmland. They have their own school, church, equine center, gymnasium, tec center and great cottages for the kids to stay. The staff is friendly, kind, and caring. Highly recommend.

It's a great mission project for residents and foster children.
