I have a new therapist at a different practice for another purpose, but Tara at PCMH was the first therapist that was able to genuinely help me. I learned a lot with Tara’s help and was able to make strides. The few interactions I had over the phone with other staff were pleasant, never had an issue. Mainly reviewing to recommend Tara if you’re needing a good therapist.

My experience with this place has been amazing. You walk in and are greeted by the most friendly receptionist. I see Janet for guidance, and she is just absolutely amazing. She’s so kind hearted and positive and friendly. She makes you feel absolutely at home, and totally comfortable to talk openly about concerns. I can’t recommend her highly enough. They are so well organized and so professional. They are a wonderful place to go!

I felt my son was receiving great care while he was there... The staff was great about keeping me informed with issues, my son expressed that the facility was nice, the food was good and the staff was nice. Unfortunately he didn’t complete the program and only stayed 16 days. He has since relapsed and is talking about rehab again. I hope if he goes that it works this time.

I checked myself into gateway back in July 2023 I'm now almost at my 2 years sobriety. I also started my bachelors in psychology because I now know what I want to do with my life and my future. I want to work at gateway or any rehab facility for those struggling with alcohol and drugs. Matt the counselor at gateway really made a difference in why I stayed there and why I now have the confidence I have. He believed in me and his words still resonate with me today. The staff all around was the best really. They made me feel safe and made me feel special outside of my alcohol abuse.

The moment I walked through the door I had an overwhelming feeling that I was going to be ok and I was just where I needed to be. Mr. James sits at the front door. This is a 5 star facility. The staff, the counselors, & the medical team made this the best experience of my life. I honestly don’t know how they do it. The addiction education and treatment is amazing. I’ve learned so much, this place has changed my entire outlook on life.

I always looked forward to the next meeting, Amy helped me understand more about the night my daughter, Shannon took her life! My daughter just finished treatment there a few weeks ago, and I can't rave enough about her counselor, Shannon. She always listened intently to everything my daughter said, helped her understand the issues she was having and assisted her with finding the coping mechanisms and outlets that best suited her. The front line staff were always helpful and courteous from the first moment we walked in to the facility when my daughter was in crisis mode.

I see a couple people complaining about wait times at this facility. That’s laughable if you have ever been to any other clinic where the lines are out the door wrapped around the building. This is the fastest most efficient clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff works with you on everything, and the only wait time is sometimes early in the morning when there are about 10 ppl waiting at the same time so they can go to work. I’ve never waited longer than 30 minutes and that’s only been a few times first thing when they open and that’s nothing compared to the 2 hour wait times at other clinics I’ve been to. My usual visits r about 10 minutes long. Staff is great, facility is clean, nurses are always quick and thorough and super kind. Anyone who works, will have a hard time going to a doctor office every morning which is why they offer “take homes “ to people who have consistent clean drug screens. Otherwise, you will have to go daily. The program works, if you work the program. Thank you to the awsome staff!!!

To see life can be good. The team as a whole are great the counselors doors are always open you can talk to them about anything with out judgement. Cory and Lauren we're great. Both very understating, and easy to talk with. Prices were affordable.They helped make an uncomfortable situation comfortable. I never felt judged, even coming in for a 2nd dui. Cory has also successfully helped as a counselor getting my license back twice. 10/10 recommend.

This residential facility is amazing. Set on the grounds of farmland. They have their own school, church, equine center, gymnasium, tec center and great cottages for the kids to stay. The staff is friendly, kind, and caring. Highly recommend.
