I have never had any issues what so ever and I've been going here for 2 years now. I still am clean going on 5 years total now. Zero relapses. Sophia has gone above and beyond when it comes to my care. even seeing me when I just walked in the door today without an appointment. I've been lucky to have such amazing care. If all Dr.s and Nurses acted like her I think addiction in this country would be almost non existent.

I successfully completed the IOP portion of my treatment and truly valued the insight gained during that time. While I have transitioned into Continuing Care, I find myself hesitant to move toward graduation because of the invaluable support I receive from my counselor, Mechelle. Her ability to listen deeply, provide practical coping skills, and offer genuine understanding has been a cornerstone of my progress. Her guidance makes the recovery process feel manageable, and I value the therapeutic relationship we have built.

The front desk staff is very professional understanding and friendly. These people really are there to help without any judgment. Believe me they have seen and heard it all so if you find yourself in a situation where you should see counseling do not hesitate to be open and honest with them. I went in with one attitude and came out a completely different person for the better. Big shout out to Kaitlyn and Jeff. The staff were compassionate and caring. The doctor was kind and listened to my concerns. The nurses, Jennifer and Esther are constantly on the run to ensure patients needs are met.These ladies made me feel safe and would always listen to my concerns when they got a moment. Amy, the charge leader went above and beyond to ensure my discharge went smoothly. The downside was some of the patients were frightening to be around.

I have a new therapist at a different practice for another purpose, but Tara at PCMH was the first therapist that was able to genuinely help me. My experience with this place has been amazing. You walk in and are greeted by the most friendly receptionist. I see Janet for guidance, and she is just absolutely amazing. I know it's weird to say that I would miss this treatment facility Residential Heartland/Gilman. I would not be honest from the very beginning. Staff was attentive and warm towards shame and guilt. Shout out to The Nurses and Bht's, kitchen staff. If it weren't for this place who knows. Silas, Maggie Mike and Heather. And Kevin, Kimber. Kayla. Ash,Ty, Christian. And Todd. I had a great experience at Banyan Heartland, upon going in I was struggling very much but gained hope and confidence quick. I loved the people and the housing and food was great. Heather the case manager, and Randy the therapist were the best and very helpful. Banyan also helped my family learn and understand recovery and improved all our relationships

Treatment was very well, the therapist Kevin was very helpful and the overall setting was very good. It’s a calming experience and a good place to detox. I felt very comfortable with staff and colleagues. I recommend anyone who needs help to this place. You are not alone and the support here is immense.

This place pulled me outta a dark spot. I came in feelin’ like death 🤕, but they knew exactly what to do. The detox part? Rough. But they had me in a clean bed , checking on me non-stop. Felt safe for once.They don’t sugarcoat things, but they don’t treat you like garbage either. Just solid care, real help, and a team that actually gives a damn .

Charleston Detox had my back when things were at their worst. The crew there didn’t just treat me like another case — they treated me like a real person. Straight-up support, no judgment, and they kept it honest the whole time.The detox itself was rough, but they made it bearable. Nurses checked on me constantly, and the counselors actually listened. Sadly the doctor I originally was scheduled to see wasn't there but I had another doctor Dr. Magee. He seemed very relaxed, detailed, he let me sit and explain everything going on wasn't rushed not long of a wait in the morning. They are genuinely pretty cool so far but this was just my very first appointment.
