I have a new therapist at a different practice for another purpose, but Tara at PCMH was the first therapist that was able to genuinely help me. I learned a lot with Tara’s help and was able to make strides. The few interactions I had over the phone with other staff were pleasant, never had an issue. My experience with this place has been amazing. You walk in and are greeted by the most friendly receptionist. I see Janet for guidance, and she is just absolutely amazing. She’s so kind hearted and positive and friendly. She makes you feel absolutely at home, and totally comfortable to talk openly about concerns. I can’t recommend her highly enough. They are so well organized and so professional. They are a wonderful place to go!

From the time I received directions until I left the Center, I was very impressed with the high quality of professionalism I encountered! The receptionist at the front desk was SO friendly as well as the therapist I spoke with. I don't remember ever receiving this magnitude of service! Way to go!

My son did sober living at this facility and he learned so much and became a responsible adult that no prison or rehab ever gave him! He reaches out for help now. He works and supports himself. I can only say amazing things about how they helped him beat his addiction! Yes he still battles but he has more confidence in his ability to stay clean and sober now. He seeks out meetings that he used to refuse to go to. I am so grateful for Rosecrance❤️❤️ Thank you for giving me my son back❤️❤️❤️

Sophia has gone above and beyond when it comes to my care. even seeing me when I just walked in the door today without an appointment. I've been lucky to have such amazing care. I didn't catch her name - but on 1/31 at 3:18 pm, an absolute angel of an employee spent 15 minutes of her time talking on the phone with me about my health concern and shared her similar story with me. She was the kindest, most compassionate employee I have ever encountered during my entire scary health experience. She even offered advice on what she did in her case, and I am so appreciative of the time and effort she spent talking to me. I just wanted to share my experience in hopes that it encourages other people to seek out care for their own scary health experiences. In particular, it is clear that Carle on Windsor has some amazing employees who really do care.

Cory and Lauren we're great. Both very understating, and easy to talk with. Prices were affordable.They helped make an uncomfortable situation comfortable. I am impressed by this facility to help families with individuals who need assistance in recovering their lives. This is my first experience with a family member and the care that my family member is receiving is beyond my imagination. To see my family member’s improvement in such a short time is tearfully joyful!!!To hear my family member no longer say, you can take a horse to the water but you can’t make him drink, to positive sayings how this facility is helping to make the changes and the love for here and the staff, especially the Counselor, Delores, whom I have met and agree is totally awesome! Delores cares for these people and their families. She is patient, kind and considerate. She talks to you and let you know your family member is in good hands. My family member agrees with that. I, also have to mention the front desk Switchboard employees, Marquita and Martinez. They are beautiful women inside and out. They were so kind to me and helpful! They assured me that anything I brought to my family member, would receive it. I don’t have the names of the other two employees but my hat is off to them too as well as the other employees who I had encounters with. I look forward to the full recovery of my family member and I have high hopes because of my experience with this facility and it’s loving employees. Thank you All so much from the bottom of my heart! I believe the Pavillion is a great institution to have gone through meaning, they are extremely professional and know a lot about helping people with mental illnesses and or disabilities. Pavillion makes it very apparent that they understand how serious mental health is and I believe Pavillion needs more funding. I successfully completed the IOP portion of my treatment and truly valued the insight gained during that time. While I have transitioned into Continuing Care, I find myself hesitant to move toward graduation because of the invaluable support I receive from my counselor, Mechelle. Her ability to listen deeply, provide practical coping skills, and offer genuine understanding has been a cornerstone of my progress. I was born in this hospital in 1968. Since then I didn't have much contact, but recently I supported my Father as he went through a knee replacement surgery. Due to his age, he struggled quite a bit, which led to him being here for 10 days total. From the very beginning until his departure, everyone we dealt with was exceptional. I do write this review with sincerity of heart as it is difficult to watch your loved ones go through something like this. From the doctors, to the nurses, to the CNA's, to those that came in to clean and bring his meals to him, and, finally, the priest who shared prayers and encouragement with him numerous times. I want to say, "Thank you!" Our experience with St. Mary's was nothing but positive. Also, do not want to forget to mention Sheena that handled the behind the scenes situations between hospital, insurance, and rehabiliation facilities. I do not know what goes into all of this, but she went above and beyond any expectations I had. She represented the hospital well.

This place pulled me outta a dark spot. I came in feelin’ like death 🤕, but they knew exactly what to do. The detox part? Rough. But they had me in a clean bed , checking on me non-stop. Felt safe for once.They don’t sugarcoat things, but they don’t treat you like garbage either. Just solid care, real help, and a team that actually gives a damn .

It's about living in your (GIFT FROM GOD) as representatives of The MESSAGE OF LIFE!!! YOU KNOW Great Customer Service when it's presented with concerned and an eagerness to help!!! With no judgement involved. That's what I experienced today and will be forever grateful for these 2 ladies who gave me HOPE that 2nd Chances aren't deserved their given freely like (GRACE AND MERCY!!;) Chestnut Health Services got originals in the house!!!
