I have a new therapist at a different practice for another purpose, but Tara at PCMH was the first therapist that was able to genuinely help me. I learned a lot with Tara’s help and was able to make strides. The few interactions I had over the phone with other staff were pleasant, never had an issue. My experience with this place has been amazing. You walk in and are greeted by the most friendly receptionist. I see Janet for guidance, and she is just absolutely amazing. She’s so kind hearted and positive and friendly. She makes you feel absolutely at home, and totally comfortable to talk openly about concerns. I can’t recommend her highly enough. They are so well organized and so professional. They are a wonderful place to go!

From the time I received directions until I left the Center, I was very impressed with the high quality of professionalism I encountered! The receptionist at the front desk was SO friendly as well as the therapist I spoke with. I don't remember ever receiving this magnitude of service! Way to go!

This is a 5 star facility. The staff, the counselors, & the medical team made this the best experience of my life. I honestly don’t know how they do it. The addiction education and treatment is amazing. I’ve learned so much, this place has changed my entire outlook on life.
Shout out to employees TAYLOR, GENESIS, LINDSAY, JUSTINE, SHANIA, KARA. You guys are phenomenal. Please keep doing what you’re doing, you guys don’t get paid enough for the work you do. I didn't catch her name - but on 1/31 at 3:18 pm, an absolute angel of an employee spent 15 minutes of her time talking on the phone with me about my health concern and shared her similar story with me. She was the kindest, most compassionate employee I have ever encountered during my entire scary health experience. This place is great, people need to understand just because you decide to quit and seek help it doesn't mean people have to jump or you don't have to wait because you want it right that second. It's about living in your (GIFT FROM GOD) as representatives of The MESSAGE OF LIFE!!! YOU KNOW Great Customer Service when it's presented with concerned and an eagerness to help!!! With no judgement involved. That's what I experienced today and will be forever grateful for these 2 ladies who gave me HOPE that 2nd Chances aren't deserved their given freely like (GRACE AND MERCY!!;) Chestnut Health Services got originals in the house!!! Luv ya TARA AND EVELYN!!! and I probably will never see there faces BUT I felt their genuine concerned and eagerness to help and in the end that's all that matters!!!

This place pulled me outta a dark spot. I came in feelin’ like death 🤕, but they knew exactly what to do. The detox part? Rough. But they had me in a clean bed , checking on me non-stop.
