I have a new therapist at a different practice for another purpose, but Tara at PCMH was the first therapist that was able to genuinely help me. I learned a lot with Tara’s help and was able to make strides. The few interactions I had over the phone with other staff were pleasant, never had an issue. Mainly reviewing to recommend Tara if you’re needing a good therapist.

My experience with this place has been amazing. You walk in and are greeted by the most friendly receptionist. I see Janet for guidance, and she is just absolutely amazing. She’s so kind hearted and positive and friendly. She makes you feel absolutely at home, and totally comfortable to talk openly about concerns. I can’t recommend her highly enough. They are so well organized and so professional. They are a wonderful place to go!

From the time I received directions until I left the Center, I was very impressed with the high quality of professionalism I encountered! The receptionist at the front desk was SO friendly as well as the therapist I spoke with. I don't remember ever receiving this magnitude of service! Way to go!

I was there 19 year's ago. And I don't know what's going on now. But I'm still "HERION FREE" with a Incredibly Great Paying Job. You have to want it ( Clean) like you wanted the Drugs or Drink. But you have To Allow and Trust God for Help!!!!!

Sophia has gone above and beyond when it comes to my care. even seeing me when I just walked in the door today without an appointment. I've been lucky to have such amazing care. This is a 5 star facility. The staff, the counselors, & the medical team made this the best experience of my life. I honestly don’t know how they do it. They addiction education and treatment is amazing. I’ve learned so much, this place has changed my entire outlook on life.
Shout out to employees TAYLOR, GENESIS, LINDSAY, JUSTINE, SHANIA, KARA. You guys are phenomenal. Please keep doing what you’re doing, you guys don’t get paid enough for the work you do. If you or a loved one are going through addiction, THIS IS THE ANSWER. they helped me with my physical health, mental health, and legal troubles. I would be in jail, or dead, without this place.

I didn't catch her name - but on 1/31 at 3:18 pm, an absolute angel of an employee spent 15 minutes of her time talking on the phone with me about my health concern and shared her similar story with me. She was the kindest, most compassionate employee I have ever encountered during my entire scary health experience. She even offered advice on what she did in her case, and I am so appreciative of the time and effort she spent talking to me. I just wanted to share my experience in hopes that it encourages other people to seek out care for their own scary health experiences. In particular, it is clear that Carle on Windsor has some amazing employees who really do care.

Cory and Lauren we're great. Both very understating, and easy to talk with. Prices were affordable.They helped make an uncomfortable situation comfortable. I never felt judged, even coming in for a 2nd dui. Cory has also successfully helped as a counselor getting my license back twice. 10/10 recommend.

The groups were great. I learned a lot about myself & what I need to change for my best life. Staff was great ,very helpful. Loved them all. The Pavilion is a good safe space to get your mind clearer & getting meds adjusted. I’m glad I went, and I pray to never go back!
Great group coaches, loved them all, especially the fun ones with games. Beds aren’t very comfortable, but it’s not a hotel & they don’t want you to stay a long time & neither will you. I felt like the 7 days I was there I made great progress, and I’m able to cope with things better, and my mind is clearer. Great job to all on the main floor!
The kitchen/ cafeteria however ,was not a good experience.
The food was horrible so much salt many things like the lasagna could’ve been really good but somebody put a lot of salt in it. More food was thrown out than eaten, and the kitchen staff was extremely rude. Yelling at patients, refusing to make a sick tray when I was sick & my bp was low. Said need a drs note, which I found out isn’t even a thing there. After my nurses called & told them to make it they were pissed off apparently microwaving soup is very hard to do. RUDE.
There’s no reason they can’t make some good homemade healthier meals. They fry food way too much. They have the I don’t give a crap attitude.
If I was in charge there I’d clean house of the kitchen staff & start over.
If you hate the patients , and your job, and can’t be kind quit! You brought down moral & the yelling is a trigger for many. They are the only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5.

. nurses, doctors, techs.. Surgery department staff.. housekeeping and all other staff from the 6th floor were absolutely amazing!! It's about living in your (GIFT FROM GOD) as representatives of The MESSAGE OF LIFE!!! YOU KNOW Great Customer Service when it's presented with concerned and an eagerness to help!!! With no judgement involved. That's what I experienced today and will be forever grateful for these 2 ladies who gave me HOPE that 2nd Chances aren't deserved their given freely like (GRACE AND MERCY!!;) Chestnut Health Services got originals in the house!!!
