This is by far the best detox place for at least alcohol. I have been in and out of centers like this since I was in my early 20s. I am 38 now. I went here before I went to Gateway rehab in Springfield. Made the withdrawals almost non existent. Program is Only 3 days!!! Staff is amazing!!! They give you the right medication to ease ALLLL the pain. The other places do not give IV Ativan like this place if you need it. Last time I just did oral Ativan. If your thinking about it. It s 3 days of your life to be sober or at least a chance to stay sober without the pain and agony that comes with WITHDRAWALS!!!! I am a professional alcoholic. You get your own room and you sleep most of the time. This place is like a little secret. Ativan has been a miracle medication to me. Also helps with your anxiety.

I came here at the age of 14 when they were on strike and had to leave due to a lack of professionalism and consistency but I have to say I am very impressed with how much better they ve gotten under new management, I don t necessarily agree with the policies of services and the grounds they have for termination but they are fair and understandable nonetheless.

I have worked with Many different providers here and they are pretty awesome! Ann Hocking, and Dr Grant have helped me and have really been so good to me. I have also deal with Melissa from mental health that has taken the time to follow up with me to make sure I got what I needed. I have been a client with Heritage for over 15 years. As many people know, sometimes it takes a person several rehab stays before getting it right and being able to remain clean and sober. After many years of heroin addiction, and multiple attempts at sobriety with several relapses along the way, I can honestly say I owe my life to Heritage Behavioral Health. Even though I was a returning client more times than I want to admit, I never felt judged for returning. The staff truly care about the clients and go out of their way to help in any way possible. I gained different tools and coping mechanisms from each and every counselor, nurse, tech, and group that I attended. I can't put into words the gratitude I feel for having the opportunity to attend rehab at Heritage and get my life back in order. Just a few years ago I was homeless on the streets, but now I have a home, a car, a full time job, I have my children back, and I'm going to school to become a counselor. Thank you Heritage!

Amazing! There is help and CRC is a part of it. I ain't going to sugar coat it. Nothing is for everyone. There was a lot of down time for me I struggled to fill. It could be different, but more importantly I should have done more. They showed me the beginning of recovery and I am very grateful for that. I fell a few months ago and was taken to the ER by EMS. EMS was very compassionate even on an icy winter day. The ER doctor, Dr Baum, was great, as were the ER staff. I was admitted and that staff was great also. So thankful that in such a small town we have a hospital, even if it can only stabilize and transfer in some cases. We are blessed!
