I used to go to the Hines VA in Chicago now the Springfield clinic. I have never had a problem with either! The Springfield VA/ Danville are so good. It makes me feel guilty to go there. They really care.

Hey I 42 years old now but I use to live in kemmer village. I wish I never acted up when I stayed there because this was one of the best places to live in.

This residential facility is amazing. Set on the grounds of farmland. They have their own school, church, equine center, gymnasium, tec center and great cottages for the kids to stay. The staff is friendly, kind, and caring. Highly recommend.

Miss.Lee & Miss Jan are simply the absolute bomb diggity. I truly love and care about these people and, I believe it is reciprocated big time back to us. 😁🤘🐦

SPTC now MedMark has been a true blessing for me and my significant other. Every person has a different path in recovery and I’m truly blessed to have the support of all the staff (Lindsay, JoAnn, Jill, Darell, Blaine, Jen, and Laurel)on mine. I have gained something from each of them and know there is nothing that would make them second guess the part they play in my recovery. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone who is wanting a change in their lifestyle. Everyone deserves a happy healthy and whole life!

Amazing! There is help and CRC is a part of it. I ain't going to sugar coat it. Nothing is for everyone. There was a lot of down time for me I struggled to fill. It could be different, but more importantly I should have done more. They showed me the beginning of recovery and I am very grateful for that. I found my first real sponsor being there and they were more than willing to accommodate to my S.M.A.R.T recovery program as well. They will help you. Thank you, CRC.

Just like any place you go, you get what you put in. If your not willing to get better and actually want to, no program is going to work. Rick is a lovely person and I have always had good councilors. The nurses are friendly and helpful. Treatment can save your life. 👍

MY wife is a patient here and she's absolutely loves the counselors and staff! She also used this facility for her in patient rehabilitation and thankfully and graciously by the grace of God she is still sober to this day! She recommends fully anytime she can or someone is questioning about where they can find help in or around Springfield Illinois.

My daughter just finished treatment there a few weeks ago, and I can't rave enough about her counselor, Shannon. She always listened intently to everything my daughter said, helped her understand the issues she was having and assisted her with finding the coping mechanisms and outlets that best suited her. The front line staff were always helpful and courteous from the first moment we walked in to the facility when my daughter was in crisis mode.

They have always been helpful, caring, and compassionate.

I came here at the age of 14 when they were on strike and had to leave due to a lack of professionalism and consistency but I have to say I am very impressed with how much better they’ve gotten under new management, I don’t necessarily agree with the policies of services and the grounds they have for termination but they are fair and understandable nonetheless.

They are very supportive in difficult times. Personally, I love how they work, laid back but always professional. They have taught me so much about the effects of alcohol, and they have motivated me to live in sobriety.

Today was my son’s very first dental visit, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care we received. Amanda was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding—especially considering my son has some sensory sensitivities. She took the time to explain everything to him step by step, which helped ease his nerves and made the experience smooth and positive. From start to finish, Amanda was a true pleasure to be around. You can genuinely see that she loves what she does and treats both kids and adults with kindness and respect. Thank you so much, Amanda, for making his first visit such a great one!

I take my kids there every six months to get their teeth cleaned. They do all three kids in the same day. Very friendly people.

Amazing VA Clinic. My primary care is good but the biggest upside to this clinic is their mental health side. I wouldn't be here today without Cindi and Robin.

I really like this clinic. Theyve been on top of every appt. And they can make appts for me at local specialists. Very different than the way it was at bigger places years ago.

WestCare staff does a great job trying to help women in prison work through their problems and get back on the right track in life. Not all the women in the program what to better themselves so that ca create problems for individuals trying their best but staff really try and care to help the women in the program no matter what.

It is hard to take the prison and criminal mindset out of thr institution but staff does their best to counsel and help individuals in custody that truly want help. Individuals in custody also earn time off their sentence for being in the program. They earn day for day time so that is an extra bonus. People who truly want thr help receive the help they need.

They do a lot there, but they dont extract the bottom teeth, I think it is; only the top if I remember correctly.

They do a wonderful job at the Dentist here. The staff are all so respectful and helpful. I took my Nephew there today . They were still so polite.

The staff is EXTREMELY nice on the phone , makes me excited to group therapy. I haven't had an in person Visit yet, so far just my phone call/video to get ready for group therapy. It's nothing to be ashamed or afraid of. I look forward to it.
