From the time I walked in the door to the time I was discharged everyone was so kind and caring and the counselors were Great. I have to give Big shout outs to my main counselor Magda and to Kathy, Jeremy, Ally, Katasha, Kat and Danita(sp) as well as the rest who really helped me out!!! Love you all!!

I'll never forget the feeling that I had when I walked into gateway in Springfield il. I was in terrible condition. The moment I walked through the door I had an overwhelming feeling that I was going to be ok and I was just where I needed to be. Mr. James sits at the front door. He's the most polite, well mannered, welcoming, man I've ever met in my life. My heart was so happy to see him. Nicest man I've ever met. From there it just kept getting better. I met Josh Ronan. He truly cared about me. He made me feel like I belonged. I finally belong somewhere. And that is a feeling I can't describe. Then I met James on the men's unit. He is a thors hammer of a man. He was wonderful also. He made my heart happy. My counselor was Rhonda. She went above and beyond to help me with all my needs. I highly recommend gateway in Springfield il to any and all needing assistance. This place helped to save my life. They gave you all the tools you need to recover. But they also give you time to do the real work yourself. Thank you gateway. My heart belongs to you.

Beyond thankful for the support, care, and attention given to my loved one in treatment. They supported and encouraged him through heavy loss and lasting grief. His counselors and support staff were excellent. Nothing matched the energy and care that is shown from the moment you enter the door by James at the first desk. This residential facility is amazing. Set on the grounds of farmland. They have their own school, church, equine center, gymnasium, tec center and great cottages for the kids to stay. The staff is friendly, kind, and caring. Highly recommend.

SPTC now MedMark has been a true blessing for me and my significant other. Every person has a different path in recovery and I’m truly blessed to have the support of all the staff (Lindsay, JoAnn, Jill, Darell, Blaine, Jen, and Laurel)on mine. I have gained something from each of them and know there is nothing that would make them second guess the part they play in my recovery. Amazing! There is help and CRC is a part of it. I ain't going to sugar coat it. Nothing is for everyone. There was a lot of down time for me I struggled to fill. It could be different, but more importantly I should have done more. They showed me the beginning of recovery and I am very grateful for that. I found my first real sponsor being there and they were more than willing to accommodate to my S.M.A.R.T recovery program as well. They will help you. Thank you, CRC.

I came here at the age of 14 when they were on strike and had to leave due to a lack of professionalism and consistency but I have to say I am very impressed with how much better they’ve gotten under new management, I don’t necessarily agree with the policies of services and the grounds they have for termination but they are fair and understandable nonetheless.

My girlfriend took me to HSHS Good Shepherd ER in November of 2023, I was nauseous and in severe pain. They immediately got me in a wheelchair, then to a bed. They were very kind , did ct, bloodwork and urine test. Diagnosed me with 2 large kidney stones and a UTI. Hooked me up to an IV with antibiotics and meds for pain and nausea. Within 3 hours I left the hospital with a diagnosis and feeling so much better. The ER doctor and nurses were very caring, empathetic and efficient. This is an excellent small hospital!!!

Dr. Guaglianone is an Oncologist that comrs to the specialty clinic at HSHS Good Shepard EVERY Monday, Where the MEDICAL center pharmacy use to be. It is hard to take the prison and criminal mindset out of thr institution but staff does their best to counsel and help individuals in custody that truly want help. Individuals in custody also earn time off their sentence for being in the program. They earn day for day time so that is an extra bonus. People who truly want thr help receive the help they need.

Went in for a minor surgical procedure. Staff was very friendly, addressed all of my questions, and I did not have to wait hours like you do in a larger hospital. My wife and I parked and were inside the hospital in less than a minute. The smaller facility made the experience much less stressful. Highly recommended.

I was born in this hospital in 1968. Since then I didn't have much contact, but recently I supported my Father as he went through a knee replacement surgery. Due to his age, he struggled quite a bit, which led to him being here for 10 days total. From the very beginning until his departure, everyone we dealt with was exceptional. I do write this review with sincerity of heart as it is difficult to watch your loved ones go through something like this. From the doctors, to the nurses, to the CNA's, to those that came in to clean and bring his meals to him, and, finally, the priest who shared prayers and encouragement with him numerous times. I want to say, "Thank you!" Our experience with St. Mary's was nothing but positive. Also, do not want to forget to mention Sheena that handled the behind the scenes situations between hospital, insurance, and rehabiliation facilities. I do not know what goes into all of this, but she went above and beyond any expectations I had. She represented the hospital well.

I think people get frustrated with IL SOS process to get your IL drivers license back, which is out of Solutions Counseling's hands. If you want to get it done right, you go to Solutions. All the reputable lawyers I've had in the Springfield area told me go to Solutions Counseling or they wouldn't help me; there is a reason for that, professionalism and attention to detail. No freebies, you have to put in the work and attend classes.

This is by far the best detox place for at least alcohol. I have been in and out of centers like this since I was in my early 20s. I am 38 now. I went here before I went to Gateway rehab in Springfield. Made the withdrawals almost non existent. Program is Only 3 days!!! Staff is amazing!!! They give you the right medication to ease ALLLL the pain. The other places do not give IV Ativan like this place if you need it. Last time I just did oral Ativan. If your thinking about it. It’s 3 days of your life to be sober or at least a chance to stay sober without the pain and agony that comes with WITHDRAWALS!!!! I am a professional alcoholic. You get your own room and you sleep most of the time. This place is like a little secret. Ativan has been a miracle medication to me. Also helps with your anxiety. ❤️
