I have been an outpatient and/or an ER patient several times at this hospital. Labs and imaging are always quick and easy. ER staff listens to my problems and makes me feel as comfortable as possible. My 4-year-old had to get lab work once, and he didn't even cry!! The lab is awesome!

I have just recently started going here. One of my biggest fears is a dentist. (I had some pretty bad luck) I just recently had some major tooth pain and Dr. Beckman and staff worked so quickly to get me out of pain. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They truly care about you and make you feel cared for. I need a lot of dental work done and not one person has made me feel bad or out of place. They just want to take care of your teeth! I am so grateful I have found this place! Not only is Dr. Beckman amazing but ALL the staff is! Including front desk! They all work so hard and pay close attention to your needs. Amazing! There is help and CRC is a part of it. I ain't going to sugar coat it. Nothing is for everyone. There was a lot of down time for me I struggled to fill. It could be different, but more importantly I should have done more. They showed me the beginning of recovery and I am very grateful for that. I found my first real sponsor being there and they were more than willing to accommodate to my S.M.A.R.T recovery program as well. They will help you. Thank you, CRC.

This place was all about helping others get to the starting point in your life to see there is life out there without drugs if you want it that bad you can have it . Even though I left there and I relapsed 4 years ago that was my choice that I made because I wasn't ready then . Now I'm thriving ,sober ,have my kids back in my life ,and a new baby girl . This place made a big impact on my life that's why I'm writing this review 4 years later after I left. Some of the staffs inspiring stories and words is what got me to where I am today and I'm very thankful for that. Recovery will only work if u let it and it's hard work but yout have to put in the work to get in life you want to go . Don't give up . I would be lieing if I said recovery is easy but one day u will wake up and realize it gets easier u just got to.want it and put 100% in to get it

Although I have not personally needed their services, I have acquaintances who were very fortunate to have been helped by ARCA. I was also lucky enough to have been invited to the premiere of the movie Antagonist. I love this place, because it helps me love myself. get to know myself. it's really a growing spot people can really grow here( spiritually , mentally and physically) when you're on drugs you know you stuck! now you lie to yourself and you don't even know it. you know they help me recognize my lies in me. the way you think backwards sometimes you know; I used to think they were good and I like them in the matter is that are not good for me and they never had been. it' s taken relationship my friends my kids . They teach me how to gain my dignity back my respect for me and others. how I can be balanced I'm learning not to drink from my lower self but my higher self as like what would your God. It's about being a better person that I was contagious for and keep that going and growing.

I honestly don't believe any of the negative reviews, those are from people that do not have the ability to be pleased.The facilities are for helping people in need of the resources they supply and the resources are excellent. At least once a year we get to come over to this clinic for annual wellness exams. I've always found everybody here to be downright helpful professional courteous and efficient. It may have time seem like there's a lot of folks in the waiting room but they move along pretty swiftly, and you can always count on good conversation while you're waiting 😁

My experience with the 4th floor staff and Genoa pharmacy has been top notch from my first day. Charissa, Steven, tom, absolutely exceptional at what they do. They all have been instrumental in providing the care, and tools that keep my life on track. They're very respectful and if you truly do your work, they go above and beyond for you! Although I have not personally needed their services, I have acquaintances who were very fortunate to have been helped by ARCA. I was also lucky enough to have been invited to the premiere of the movie Antagonist. It really opened my eyes to the work they are doing to try and transform the way addiction is handled and better ways to treat it.

From a support perspective: The person I was with was an addict so my perspective is one from a supportive role as opposed to a person in need of services. Comprehensive Connections was truly a godsend imo. They worked with us multiple times getting us a detox bed , trying to make sure that the afflicted was supported in every way possible. I will never forget their kindness, the time they took to help the afflicted , feel comfortable, safe and secure to even leave the vehicle. I had never been through a situation like this before and they took the time to answer my questions, to take my calls whenever I was worried and to encourage both of us to continue the fight. I wish the staff all the luck in the world because you deserve so much more. I hope your paychecks triple and even then , it probably still wouldn't be enough. If you or a loved one are considering getting help for your addictions you need to know that it's always going to be hard. Whichever road you choose is going to be hard, be it sobriety and recovery or continuing down the path that you're already familiar with. The great news , though , is that you get to pick which difficulty you want to live with. I hope you choose yourself. I hope you choose love and life and peace even if it seems scary at first. And if you are a support person who has a loved one with addictions, please make sure you also get help. It is insanely lonely and difficult and I would not wish it on my worst enemy. Find support. Be mad. Get help. Fight for yourself.

Helped me in multiple stages of my life! Went when I was 18 and again when I was 28 and both times was able to be sober afterwards! They have great people who work there and is a rehab that works as long as you commit yourself to gaining something from the program! Great place to get help with opioid addiction Mrs. Bell the director is amazing person who truly cares about her patience. The nurses are amazing and listen and the counselors truly care all of them.( It's been three years since I left my first review of MedMark and I still feel it is an accurate review I would like to point out that there's rules that you have to follow when you're in treatment and a lot of people don't follow those rules and when they're held accountable they leave bad reviews. The rules are there to help you not only gets sober but stay sober and I can wholeheartedly say that the director Miss Bell and her staff truly care about each and every patient at that clinic. ..)
