This place pulled me outta a dark spot. I came in feelin’ like death 🤕, but they knew exactly what to do. The detox part? Rough. But they had me in a clean bed , checking on me non-stop. Felt safe for once.They don’t sugarcoat things, but they don’t treat you like garbage either. Just solid care, real help, and a team that actually gives a damn .

My girlfriend took me to HSHS Good Shepherd ER in November of 2023, I was nauseous and in severe pain. They immediately got me in a wheelchair, then to a bed. They were very kind , did ct, bloodwork and urine test. Diagnosed me with 2 large kidney stones and a UTI. Hooked me up to an IV with antibiotics and meds for pain and nausea. Within 3 hours I left the hospital with a diagnosis and feeling so much better. The ER doctor and nurses were very caring, empathetic and efficient. This is an excellent small hospital!!!

This is by far the best detox place for at least alcohol. I have been in and out of centers like this since I was in my early 20s. I am 38 now. I went here before I went to Gateway rehab in Springfield. Made the withdrawals almost non existent. Program is Only 3 days!!! Staff is amazing!!! They give you the right medication to ease ALLLL the pain. The other places do not give IV Ativan like this place if you need it. Last time I just did oral Ativan. If your thinking about it. It’s 3 days of your life to be sober or at least a chance to stay sober without the pain and agony that comes with WITHDRAWALS!!!! I am a professional alcoholic. You get your own room and you sleep most of the time. This place is like a little secret. Ativan has been a miracle medication to me. Also helps with your anxiety. ❤️

Sophia has gone above and beyond when it comes to my care. even seeing me when I just walked in the door today without an appointment. I've been lucky to have such amazing care. If all Dr.s and Nurses acted like her I think addiction in this country would be almost non existent.

My son did sober living at this facility and he learned so much and became a responsible adult that no prison or rehab ever gave him! He reaches out for help now. He works and supports himself. I can only say amazing things about how they helped him beat his addiction! Yes he still battles but he has more confidence in his ability to stay clean and sober now. He seeks out meetings that he used to refuse to go to. I am so grateful for Rosecrance❤️❤️ Thank you for giving me my son back❤️❤️❤️

I have never had any issues what so ever and I've been going here for 2 years now. I still am clean going on 5 years total now. Zero relapses. Sophia has gone above and beyond when it comes to my care. even seeing me when I just walked in the door today without an appointment. I've been lucky to have such amazing care. If all Dr.s and Nurses acted like her I think addiction in this country would be almost non existent.

Like I love everyone here been going for years especially my doctors and the nurse that I always get for Janelle Chalmers but for some reason when I call alot of times it does a fax machine noise and I like REALLY need to get through today I tried Friday too.

I didn't catch her name - but on 1/31 at 3:18 pm, an absolute angel of an employee spent 15 minutes of her time talking on the phone with me about my health concern and shared her similar story with me. She was the kindest, most compassionate employee I have ever encountered during my entire scary health experience. She even offered advice on what she did in her case, and I am so appreciative of the time and effort she spent talking to me. I just wanted to share my experience in hopes that it encourages other people to seek out care for their own scary health experiences. In particular, it is clear that Carle on Windsor has some amazing employees who really do care.

Cory and Lauren we're great. Both very understating, and easy to talk with. Prices were affordable.They helped make an uncomfortable situation comfortable. I never felt judged, even coming in for a 2nd dui. Cory has also successfully helped as a counselor getting my license back twice. 10/10 recommend.

This residential facility is amazing. Set on the grounds of farmland. They have their own school, church, equine center, gymnasium, tec center and great cottages for the kids to stay. The staff is friendly, kind, and caring. Highly recommend.

I am impressed by this facility to help families with individuals who need assistance in recovering their lives. This is my first experience with a family member and the care that my family member is receiving is beyond my imagination. To see my family member’s improvement in such a short time is tearfully joyful!!!To hear my family member no longer say, you can take a horse to the water but you can’t make him drink, to positive sayings how this facility is helping to make the changes and the love for here and the staff, especially the Counselor, Delores, whom I have met and agree is totally awesome! Delores cares for these people and their families. She is patient, kind and considerate. She talks to you and let you know your family member is in good hands. My family member agrees with that. I, also have to mention the front desk Switchboard employees, Marquita and Martinez. They are beautiful women inside and out. They were so kind to me and helpful! They assured me that anything I brought to my family member, would receive it. I don’t have the names of the other two employees but my hat is off to them too as well as the other employees who I had encounters with. I look forward to the full recovery of my family member and I have high hopes because of my experience with this facility and it’s loving employees. Thank you All so much from the bottom of my heart! I wish you all many blessings in all your endeavors as you continue to display genuine warmth and love to people you really have not known.

I believe the Pavillion is a great institution to have gone through meaning, they are extremely professional and know a lot about helping people with mental illnesses and or disabilities. Pavillion makes it very apparent that they understand how serious mental health is and I believe Pavillion needs more funding. Thank you 🙏 the people of Pavillion deserve more recognition from the department of human services and the government. Beyond grateful to have been helped by Pavillion and their amazing staff ❤️💙🙏
