Amazing! There is help and CRC is a part of it. I ain't going to sugar coat it. Nothing is for everyone. There was a lot of down time for me I struggled to fill. It could be different, but more importantly I should have done more. They showed me the beginning of recovery and I am very grateful for that. I found my first real sponsor being there and they were more than willing to accommodate to my S.M.A.R.T recovery program as well. They will help you. Thank you, CRC.

I have just recently started going here. One of my biggest fears is a dentist. (I had some pretty bad luck) I just recently had some major tooth pain and Dr. Beckman and staff worked so quickly to get me out of pain. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They truly care about you and make you feel cared for. I need a lot of dental work done and not one person has made me feel bad or out of place. They just want to take care of your teeth! I am so grateful I have found this place! Not only is Dr. Beckman amazing but ALL the staff is! Including front desk! They all work so hard and pay close attention to your needs. Truly a great place!!!

I had chipped a front tooth, and the staff scheduled me as soon as possible. The lady Dentist was extremely thorough and had mad skills! She took the extra time and effort to make sure that everything matched up, and looked as it should. I really appreciated that !

I'll never forget the feeling that I had when I walked into gateway in Springfield il. I was in terrible condition. The moment I walked through the door I had an overwhelming feeling that I was going to be ok and I was just where I needed to be. Mr. James sits at the front door. He's the most polite, well mannered, welcoming, man I've ever met in my life. My heart was so happy to see him. Nicest man I've ever met. From there it just kept getting better. I met Josh Ronan. He truly cared about me. He made me feel like I belonged. I finally belong somewhere. And that is a feeling I can't describe. Then I met James on the men's unit. He is a thors hammer of a man. He was wonderful also. He made my heart happy. My counselor was Rhonda. She went above and beyond to help me with all my needs. Great place to get help with opioid addiction Mrs. Bell the director is amazing person who truly cares about her patience. The nurses are amazing and listen and the counselors truly care all of them.( It's been three years since I left my first review of MedMark and I still feel it is an accurate review I would like to point out that there's rules that you have to follow when you're in treatment and a lot of people don't follow those rules and when they're held accountable they leave bad reviews. The rules are there to help you not only gets sober but stay sober and I can wholeheartedly say that the director Miss Bell and her staff truly care about each and every patient at that clinic. ..)

My daughter just finished treatment there a few weeks ago, and I can't rave enough about her counselor, Shannon. She always listened intently to everything my daughter said, helped her understand the issues she was having and assisted her with finding the coping mechanisms and outlets that best suited her. My brother went to the alcohol rehabilitation part of the hospital. It was rated top notch by AI. He also had COPD and had lost a lot of weight when was requiring to get a double hip replacement. so he required a little extra monitoring. They did not disappoint! Someone sat outside the room watching a monitor observing two people at a time. They had identified that he had walking pneumonia and apparently for a very long time but was never diagnosed by his normal practitioner. I can't speak for the rest of the hospital, but this part of the hospital was 5 stars all the way!

SPTC now MedMark has been a true blessing for me and my significant other. Every person has a different path in recovery and I’m truly blessed to have the support of all the staff (Lindsay, JoAnn, Jill, Darell, Blaine, Jen, and Laurel)on mine. I came here at the age of 14 when they were on strike and had to leave due to a lack of professionalism and consistency but I have to say I am very impressed with how much better they’ve gotten under new management, I don’t necessarily agree with the policies of services and the grounds they have for termination but they are fair and understandable nonetheless.

I'm an advocate in another state helping a dear friend whose daughter is in as a patient. Every time we call or have questions everyone we have spoken to is very kind, and knowledgeable. The gals that are on her floor are so nice and always a help to us. I Thank God for a place like this that houses these special needs family members and love ones.

I was born in this hospital in 1968. Since then I didn't have much contact, but recently I supported my Father as he went through a knee replacement surgery. Due to his age, he struggled quite a bit, which led to him being here for 10 days total. From the very beginning until his departure, everyone we dealt with was exceptional. I do write this review with sincerity of heart as it is difficult to watch your loved ones go through something like this. From the doctors, to the nurses, to the CNA's, to those that came in to clean and bring his meals to him, and, finally, the priest who shared prayers and encouragement with him numerous times. I want to say, "Thank you!" Our experience with St. Mary's was nothing but positive. Also, do not want to forget to mention Sheena that handled the behind the scenes situations between hospital, insurance, and rehabiliation facilities. I do not know what goes into all of this, but she went above and beyond any expectations I had. She represented the hospital well.

This is a great place to go if you need to go to take classes for a DUI and Substance abuse. It does cost a little bit of money but it is well worth it. The counselor was very nice to deal with. Sometimes we would leave early, but I really did enjoy going there it was a friendly atmosphere. You do get to learn a lot of things. She helped me a lot to get my driver's license back and I'll never forget that. I'll always recommend this place to anyone.

This is by far the best detox place for at least alcohol. I have been in and out of centers like this since I was in my early 20s. I am 38 now. I went here before I went to Gateway rehab in Springfield. Made the withdrawals almost non existent. Program is Only 3 days!!! Staff is amazing!!! They give you the right medication to ease ALLLL the pain. The other places do not give IV Ativan like this place if you need it. Last time I just did oral Ativan. If your thinking about it. It’s 3 days of your life to be sober or at least a chance to stay sober without the pain and agony that comes with WITHDRAWALS!!!! I am a professional alcoholic. You get your own room and you sleep most of the time. This place is like a little secret. Ativan has been a miracle medication to me. Also helps with your anxiety. ❤️
