I came here at the age of 14 when they were on strike and had to leave due to a lack of professionalism and consistency but I have to say I am very impressed with how much better they’ve gotten under new management, I don’t necessarily agree with the policies of services and the grounds they have for termination but they are fair and understandable nonetheless.

I was able to take him in before work, they had a team of 5-7 Hospital staff to help hold him down and get the blood drawn VERY QUICKLY. They were all very nice to him but firm and did what needed to be done. It was a perfect experience, from check in to out the door quickly with my kiddo. :)
This could have been an extremely traumatic experience for him, but because the staff was so prepared and good at their jobs it was in and out and I'm very thankful, so I wanted to leave a review.

This place pulled me outta a dark spot. I came in feelin’ like death 🤕, but they knew exactly what to do. The detox part? Rough. But they had me in a clean bed , checking on me non-stop. Charleston Detox had my back when things were at their worst. The crew there didn’t just treat me like another case — they treated me like a real person. Straight-up support, no judgment, and they kept it honest the whole time. The detox itself was rough, but they made it bearable. Nurses checked on me constantly, and the counselors actually listened. I felt like I mattered — and that helped more than anything. I didn’t just detox my body; I started clearing out my head too.
