Very helpful and all around amazing people

Very helpful. Very good people! 10/10. If you're serious about recovery, they WILL help you. I recommend working with any therapist, they are all friendly and willing to go the extra mile in order to help you succeed. I used to be a part of one of their programs. I only wish that I could let them know that I am truly grateful for everything that they've done for me.

It's been a long road. But with their help I've made considerable progress. Their not perfect. But who is? I really can't complain.

I would give the staff here, that I have met, six stars if I could. The new secretaries are so kind and thorough. The nurses are caring, and I cannot recommend Dr Oriaifo more. I can't say much about anyone else because I haven't seen anyone else, but for the secretaries and my doctor, six stars.

Amazing VA Clinic. My primary care is good but the biggest upside to this clinic is their mental health side. I wouldn't be here today without Cindi and Robin.

Charleston Detox made a tough process feel a little less scary. From day one, the staff was calm, respectful, and totally focused on helping me get through detox safely. They didn’t treat me like a lost cause—they treated me like someone who deserved a second chance. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt like I was just being pushed through a system.What really stood out was how steady they stayed, even when I wasn’t. They gave me room to breathe but always showed up when I needed support. The first program to actually work for me. I've been through programs.. so many of them throughout my life, yet this is the one that changed me. There aren't enough stars on the options for me to post publicly for the gratitude I have to the amethyst House and all the people associated. I can only hope that someone out there reading this, can use my personal experience with, and reference to the Amethyst House to save more lives. #ForeverGrateful

I was a resident at the women's house and completed IOP, CBT and aftercare at the outpatient facility...Amethyst completely changed my life for the best. I was finally able to learn how to live a sober life and was given a great support system, even after graduating the program. The people who work for Amethyst truly care about their clients and I am so thankful I was able to be apart of the program. I am now 15 months clean and sober and I don't think I would have made it this far if I hadn't went through this program.

Alyssa Gatz (Director of CRT), and her staff at CRT are by far the most amazing group of people that I have ever encountered. The CRT staff goes above and beyond to help any individual who wants to change their life for the better. The staff is always available and always ready to lend a helping hand anytime out of your 24 hour days. There's never a question that cannot be answered, and if there is the staff again will go above and beyond to get you the correct answer. The 90-day program provides structure and discipline to an individual's life who wants to make a positive change and continue to live a full sober life displaying the best version of yourself. At the end of the 90 day program Ms. Gatz and her staff will provide each individual further recovery by helping the individual who wants to say sober and continue to live with further housing. I moved to Bloomington in January 2024, I had never stepped foot in Bloomington, Indiana and I knew absolutely nobody. The staff at CRT helped me get all the correct documentations that I will need to get a job, driver's license, birth certificates, any other documents that I needed to further my life and Recovery. After the 90-day program and I moved on to a different sober living being Courage to Change the staff of CRT was still more than willing to help me with any other things that I needed or had questions for. Also after I graduated CRT I used to think the staff on the consistent basis for saving my life. They assured me that I saved my own life and they were just grateful to be able to give me the tools the structure and the discipline to change my life so that I can save my life. Me myself I can go on and on about CRT about all the wonderful things that they have to offer but I know 100% that there is not enough time in one day to speak on all the great experiences that I had at CRT. I would recommend to anyone out there who wants to make a change in their life and is willing to make the effort to meet CRT at least halfway to contact them you won't be disappointed believe me when I tell you. Again thank you to the staff of CRT I appreciate everything I love you guys and God bless you and your office.

This is a great place that helped me gather all the tools I needed for a fulfilling life. The staff here go above and beyond to set you up for success through out and after your stay.

I went to CRT and my experience is you couldn’t find a better rehabilitation program. The staff truly care, making your stay very individualized. Recovery isn’t a one size fits all we are all very unique and different in the things we need and the CRT staff approach this amazingly. They do a great job at preparing you for the next step in your life. If i could give them a better rating i would. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love the staff here. They are so quick to take care of us veterans. They're always doing nice things for us veterans. I love the canteen starting to carry woman veterans stuff.

My daughter just finished treatment there a few weeks ago, and I can't rave enough about her counselor, Shannon. She always listened intently to everything my daughter said, helped her understand the issues she was having and assisted her with finding the coping mechanisms and outlets that best suited her. The front line staff were always helpful and courteous from the first moment we walked in to the facility when my daughter was in crisis mode.

They have always been helpful, caring, and compassionate.

Every doctor and nurse i’ve had here have been amazing. So caring and not rushing whatsoever. Best clinic i have been to, now my primary care. Would recommend.

Today was my son’s very first dental visit, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care we received. Amanda was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding—especially considering my son has some sensory sensitivities. She took the time to explain everything to him step by step, which helped ease his nerves and made the experience smooth and positive. From start to finish, Amanda was a true pleasure to be around. You can genuinely see that she loves what she does and treats both kids and adults with kindness and respect. Thank you so much, Amanda, for making his first visit such a great one!

I take my kids there every six months to get their teeth cleaned. They do all three kids in the same day. Very friendly people.

I have a wonderful therapist, a wonderful pyschiatrist and they have options for both video appointments or in person. They also have an app that allows you to easily see when your appointments are. :)

LifeSpring Health Systems in Paoli has been incredibly helpful to me. I have found their staff and clinicians to be the MOST caring and accommodating. In my experience, they have gone above and beyond to provide care with understanding and expediency. They are professional, compassionate, and communicative. I highly recommend their services and am so grateful they are in our community.

Careing people

Good with your hours when you have a job. Also I have not run out of my meds since I've been here and I have not felt any type of negativity. this place is peaceful and my doctor is the best doctor I've had this hole time with my mental illness!

I have been client here for over a year and a half. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I see Dana and Kristin regularly and they have helped me so much. Kathy, Lisa and Chris in the office are wonderful. New director Monica is very approachable and helpful. I was a client at Cummins for several years and left because of constant staff turnover and felt like it wasn’t working for me. Grateful for Hamilton Center.

Everyone was very helpful. I met a couple nurses that will probably be my new best friends. I was very well taken care of by my doctor and the whole hospital staff. I really appreciate their efforts to make my stay there a good experience.

Alpha Omega is the best place for recovery in Vermilion County. They have outstanding customer service, professional counselors, friendly staff, and informative classes. They have helped me very much.

Been getting counseling for several years and they have helped me a lot. What I don’t like is you get use to a really good therapist that you can trust and then they end up getting a different job which just happened to me recently. I had Leslie for a counselor and I miss her so much.
