Alyssa Gatz (Director of CRT), and her staff at CRT are by far the most amazing group of people that I have ever encountered. The CRT staff goes above and beyond to help any individual who wants to change their life for the better. The staff is always available and always ready to lend a helping hand anytime out of your 24 hour days. There's never a question that cannot be answered, and if there is the staff again will go above and beyond to get you the correct answer. The 90-day program provides structure and discipline to an individual's life who wants to make a positive change and continue to live a full sober life displaying the best version of yourself. At the end of the 90 day program Ms. Gatz and her staff will provide each individual further recovery by helping the individual who wants to say sober and continue to live with further housing. I moved to Bloomington in January 2024, I had never stepped foot in Bloomington, Indiana and I knew absolutely nobody. The staff at CRT helped me get all the correct documentations that I will need to get a job, driver's license, birth certificates, any other documents that I needed to further my life and Recovery. After the 90-day program and I moved on to a different sober living being Courage to Change the staff of CRT was still more than willing to help me with any other things that I needed or had questions for. Also after I graduated CRT I used to think the staff on the consistent basis for saving my life. They assured me that I saved my own life and they were just grateful to be able to give me the tools the structure and the discipline to change my life so that I can save my life. Me myself I can go on and on about CRT about all the wonderful things that they have to offer but I know 100% that there is not enough time in one day to speak on all the great experiences that I had at CRT. I would recommend to anyone out there who wants to make a change in their life and is willing to make the effort to meet CRT at least halfway to contact them you won't be disappointed believe me when I tell you. This place pulled me outta a dark spot. I came in feelin’ like death 🤕, but they knew exactly what to do. The detox part? Rough. But they had me in a clean bed , checking on me non-stop. Felt safe for once.They don’t sugarcoat things, but they don’t treat you like garbage either. Just solid care, real help, and a team that actually gives a damn .

Charleston Detox had my back when things were at their worst. The crew there didn’t just treat me like another case — they treated me like a real person. Straight-up support, no judgment, and they kept it honest the whole time.The detox itself was rough, but they made it bearable. Nurses checked on me constantly, and the counselors actually listened. Amazing experience! My baby has a febrile seizure and stopped breathing. Brought him in and an EMT took him from me and had him in the ER so fast! Every nurse came to his aide and worked quickly. I was very scared as I have never witnessed this and they made sure to walk me and my husband through everything. Doctor was awesome. Checked on him multiple times. Hands down the best ER experience.

I would give the staff here, that I have met, six stars if I could. The new secretaries are so kind and thorough. The nurses are caring, and I cannot recommend Dr Oriaifo more. I can't say much about anyone else because I haven't seen anyone else, but for the secretaries and my doctor, six stars.

Where should I start? Probably with Bloomington meadows hospital has helped me immensely. Their staff helped me in a time where I thought nothing else could. Tai'ja was able to catch me before falling victim to the judicial system. Had she not gotten my message in time then I would possibly be facing a different outcome at this very moment. Instead she reached out with concern and comfort letting me know that everything was going to be okay and that I was able to be enrolled in intensive outpatient treatment. That's when my journey began. I've had a lot of therapists in my life but there's only one therapist that I will be forever grateful for and I would like to recognize her. She is Shenise Nash. Shenise is one of the most outstanding, outspoken, well versed in the language of therapy therapist that I have ever met. One would think that doing virtual visits might not be enough, but I am here, forever a believer in her utmost educated manner of tending to patients who are at their wit's end and trying to find the light. Shenise helped me when others couldn't or wouldn't. So if you're ever in a time of need and feel the darkness closing in just reach out to Bloomington Meadows talk to Tai'ja, and have her enroll you into Ms. Nash's intensive outpatient program. I'm here having completed said program to Bear witness that it is a complete life changer. Thank you Tai'ja for not letting me slip through the cracks. And a massive thank you and God bless you to Shenise Nash. You did a good thing hiring Miss Nash Bloomington Meadows.
