These women and men are unbelievably in touch with the recovery process. There's no doubt that they have and are still pouring their all into helping others in their recovery process. I get a moment to speak not just about the process, but also I'm given time to just let any and everything on the table...minus any judgment. Ashlee and Lora are two women I would go to bat for. I was here in 2020 and stayed about a week, the place fore the adults was nice had a roo to myself with no roommates which was good. The had a sensory room for adults and asked to go in there cause one if the patients there was screaming and throwing things causing me to go into a meltdown judt like covering my ears and stuff I asked to go in cause i wasnt liking the noise and the staff was kind enough to let me be in there until things settle down. There was this one nurse who was with me when I was ready to be picked up I cant remember his name but he also enjoyed My hero academia when I told him about it so that made my day. Im just one of the few wbo enjoyed being here to get away from it all.

I have been client here for over a year and a half. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I see Dana and Kristin regularly and they have helped me so much. Kathy, Lisa and Chris in the office are wonderful. New director Monica is very approachable and helpful. I was a client at Cummins for several years and left because of constant staff turnover and felt like it wasn’t working for me. Grateful for Hamilton Center.

Went in for Appendicitis. They had me in surgery a few hours later and got my appendix removed without any complications. The only bad part was dealing with the bill. I had no insurance and had to utilize Indiana Medicare. That experience was awful. Took almost a year to straighten out.

I've had to go there on multiple occasions. They were very nice and they tried to help me so much, though I am super stubborn when it comes to therapy, but regardless of how I am. They always try to find ways that'll work best for you when needing something to change for the better. My occasions, that I truly remember, were for major depression and how to healthily cope with it. Sally was my therapist for both times I went, and loved her. The 1 star review below was left by someone who likes to do that to businesses for the hell of it.

This place is like no other facility I’ve been to tons of freedom not locked down to a specific hallway. Has a full gym basketball court arcade 2 bowling alley lanes pickleball courts barber and more. Staff is incredibly helpful friendly and most are in recovery as well so they truly understand what we’re going through I recommend ICFR.

Centerstone has been one of the best providers put into place for me. I do therapy with Centerstone, have a sober coach that is amazing and also now a peer specialist that are almost like family to me. they make sure that they meet my needs by any means. walking into Centerstone the front desk people are very welcoming and engage with the clients that come through their door.

The Willow Center has been such a positive experience for our family during a very difficult time. From the moment my son began treatment, we could tell the staff truly cared about helping not only him, but everyone involved in the recovery process. Carissa especially has been incredible. She is so understanding, approachable, and compassionate. She takes the time to listen without judgment and sincerely wants the best outcome for both the individuals in treatment and their families. Alyssa Gatz (Director of CRT), and her staff at CRT are by far the most amazing group of people that I have ever encountered. The CRT staff goes above and beyond to help any individual who wants to change their life for the better. The staff is always available and always ready to lend a helping hand anytime out of your 24 hour days. There's never a question that cannot be answered, and if there is the staff again will go above and beyond to get you the correct answer. The 90-day program provides structure and discipline to an individual's life who wants to make a positive change and continue to live a full sober life displaying the best version of yourself. At the end of the 90 day program Ms. Gatz and her staff will provide each individual further recovery by helping the individual who wants to say sober and continue to live with further housing. I moved to Bloomington in January 2024, I had never stepped foot in Bloomington, Indiana and I knew absolutely nobody. The staff at CRT helped me get all the correct documentations that I will need to get a job, driver's license, birth certificates, any other documents that I needed to further my life and Recovery. After the 90-day program and I moved on to a different sober living being Courage to Change the staff of CRT was still more than willing to help me with any other things that I needed or had questions for. Also after I graduated CRT I used to think the staff on the consistent basis for saving my life. They assured me that I saved my own life and they were just grateful to be able to give me the tools the structure and the discipline to change my life so that I can save my life. Me myself I can go on and on about CRT about all the wonderful things that they have to offer but I know 100% that there is not enough time in one day to speak on all the great experiences that I had at CRT. I would recommend to anyone out there who wants to make a change in their life and is willing to make the effort to meet CRT at least halfway to contact them you won't be disappointed believe me when I tell you. Again thank you to the staff of CRT I appreciate everything I love you guys and God bless you and your office.
