First time at the clinic it was easy to get to a the service was great going to see if I can get my primary care transferred to here.

From day one all the staff have been concerned about my comfort. They listen attentively and make sure you're comfortable talking about any subject. They truly want you to get well!

Just started here, and it is the most gracious treatment I've ever gotten in mental health. I feel treated like a whole human rather than a task to get through. Being able to switch an in-person appointment to a video call on short notice makes a huge difference, and it's an option I've never been given elsewhere. Getting at least a little therapy even if I'm very late means so much to me. I feel like the appointment policy was written with an understanding of people like me who struggle but still show up as much as we can, and it has changed how I feel about therapy in general to be met where I'm at by the office staff just as much as the providers.

The first program to actually work for me. I've been through programs.. so many of them throughout my life, yet this is the one that changed me. There aren't enough stars on the options for me to post publicly for the gratitude I have to the amethyst House and all the people associated. I can only hope that someone out there reading this, can use my personal experience with, and reference to the Amethyst House to save more lives. #ForeverGrateful

Alyssa Gatz (Director of CRT), and her staff at CRT are by far the most amazing group of people that I have ever encountered. The CRT staff goes above and beyond to help any individual who wants to change their life for the better. The staff is always available and always ready to lend a helping hand anytime out of your 24 hour days. There's never a question that cannot be answered, and if there is the staff again will go above and beyond to get you the correct answer. The 90-day program provides structure and discipline to an individual's life who wants to make a positive change and continue to live a full sober life displaying the best version of yourself. At the end of the 90 day program Ms. Gatz and her staff will provide each individual further recovery by helping the individual who wants to say sober and continue to live with further housing. I moved to Bloomington in January 2024, I had never stepped foot in Bloomington, Indiana and I knew absolutely nobody. The staff at CRT helped me get all the correct documentations that I will need to get a job, driver's license, birth certificates, any other documents that I needed to further my life and Recovery. After the 90-day program and I moved on to a different sober living being Courage to Change the staff of CRT was still more than willing to help me with any other things that I needed or had questions for. Also after I graduated CRT I used to think the staff on the consistent basis for saving my life. They assured me that I saved my own life and they were just grateful to be able to give me the tools the structure and the discipline to change my life so that I can save my life. Me myself I can go on and on about CRT about all the wonderful things that they have to offer but I know 100% that there is not enough time in one day to speak on all the great experiences that I had at CRT. I would recommend to anyone out there who wants to make a change in their life and is willing to make the effort to meet CRT at least halfway to contact them you won't be disappointed believe me when I tell you. Again thank you to the staff of CRT I appreciate everything I love you guys and God bless you and your office.

I went to CRT and my experience is you couldn’t find a better rehabilitation program. The staff truly care, making your stay very individualized. Recovery isn’t a one size fits all we are all very unique and different in the things we need and the CRT staff approach this amazingly. They do a great job at preparing you for the next step in your life. If i could give them a better rating i would. Definitely recommend!

The staff deserves applause and cheers for their extraordinary work and the doctors too! Everyone here is very good at what he does! Recommended!

3-31-25 the doctor and everyone were very nice and concerned. Asked questions and talked a long time. This was my yearly physical. I did expect to be checked out from head to toe but I guess she did what was necessary

Linda Morse has taken good care of me; listened to my concerns and got me the help I needed. Best provider I’ve had at Bloomington VA. The nursing staff has always been great. Hope Linda has a wonderful retirement and I hope the next provider is as caring as her.

I always feel comfortable and well cared for here. If only all American citizens could recieve this kind of medical care. It's sometimes hard to get through by phone but this may be a system wide VA problem. Don't mean to gripe though, otherwise I'm grateful.

I found your classes incredibly informative and thought-provoking. The people that led classes were so knowledgable and it was good to have examples of successful recovery. I would recommend it to anyone especially if they don't find AA meetings beneficial.

This is a place that people who have experienced a lot of trauma from their drug addiction can receive the help and care that they truly deserve.

Advantage Counseling is a great place to go and get help, all the people in this place are understanding, I truly feel surprised by the quality of the service they gave me. The education I received taught me the damage that drugs cause to the people.

Yes I am a past client we are moving back too Plainfield and we need family counseling I know Paul Schiender there and Dr. Z my husband and I and my son we need counseling services and my husband needs to see a psychiatrist there his anger issues is out of hand . I can't keep putting up with it my last name was different then I have known you for years when Marsha Carr was a counselor . Shame she isn't still there I been very quiet now I had anger issues but since I been loving in Hamilton county it's been an awlful experience living up here. We need someone who is nice and understanding and who doesn't take sides I have put up with this at all the counseling centers we have been too that is one thing I won't put up with that. A good therapist doesn't take sides you can't tell my husband nothing he is right your wrong you will see I still say something happen too him when he was little abuse that went on in the home . Can't wait too get back there and come there too see someone.

These people gave the tools I needed to be able to gain a full recovery. Since day one I felt improvement and that is why I encourage you to come and be treated here.

The staff were polite and answered any questions I had. The wait for my walk-in appointment was not too bad. The only negative thing I can say about the visit is that they were "not allowed" to turn on the television, the receptions told me that there had been arguments started over it in the past. I'm not sure if they were over the contents of what was being aired or something else. They also had no magazines to look through while you wait. Maybe, someone could make a donation. Not everyone has a phone to stare at while they wait.

Registration is a bit of a pain, but they are a great resource, and they've helped me a lot.

My kiddos used Adult and Child through the school, which no longer exists at our school so we now do outpatient. We drive to Greenwood for services. We haven’t done many appointments outpatient yet, but so far it’s been really good. I have 3 kids going to therapy here. They have in person and virtual. Two of my kiddos see Kat and so far she’s just been really kind, helpful, and understanding.

This facility is all encompassing. They are quick to respond. The provider I work with is very knowledgeable about a lot of mental health coping programs and goes out of his way to help.

I only had two sessions with my therapist due to insurance issues but the staff were very nice and understanding. My therapist helped me out greatly and I love how kind she was, hopefully I. Am able to continue seeing her in the future
