They listen attentively and make sure you're comfortable talking about any subject. They truly want you to get well! Being able to switch an in-person appointment to a video call on short notice makes a huge difference, and it's an option I've never been given elsewhere. Getting at least a little therapy even if I'm very late means so much to me. I feel like the appointment policy was written with an understanding of people like me who struggle but still show up as much as we can, and it has changed how I feel about therapy in general to be met where I'm at by the office staff just as much as the providers. My wife wasnt in a good place mentally when I dropped her off. Blaming, heavy, burdened, joyless. I talked to her 7 days in and she was positive, light spirited, and exhibited empowerment. She has talked more about her alcoholism and knows what led up to it because Tara required her to do a timeline of life events. She seems much in touch with herself and better equipped as a result. She also had an excellent counselor that provided very pointed counseling specific to my wife’s life and needs. Based on what I learned from my wife I think everyone could use a little of what TARA has to offered regardless of whether u have an addiction or not. I highly recommend. No state pay system riders at boca, all professional tradesmen, firefighters, athletes, etc.... as far as patients. Staff if is AMAZING. So professional in every aspect. They handle every aspect from medical to mental health in addiction treatment. Legal issues are handled for you so you can concentrate on you. Day to day life is comfortable and you feel like a vip. The CRT staff goes above and beyond to help any individual who wants to change their life for the better. The staff is always available and always ready to lend a helping hand anytime out of your 24 hour days. There's never a question that cannot be answered, and if there is the staff again will go above and beyond to get you the correct answer. The 90-day program provides structure and discipline to an individual's life who wants to make a positive change and continue to live a full sober life displaying the best version of yourself. At the end of the 90 day program Ms. Gatz and her staff will provide each individual further recovery by helping the individual who wants to say sober and continue to live with further housing. I moved to Bloomington in January 2024, I had never stepped foot in Bloomington, Indiana and I knew absolutely nobody. The staff at CRT helped me get all the correct documentations that I will need to get a job, driver's license, birth certificates, any other documents that I needed to further my life and Recovery. After the 90-day program and I moved on to a different sober living being Courage to Change the staff of CRT was still more than willing to help me with any other things that I needed or had questions for. Also after I graduated CRT I used to think the staff on the consistent basis for saving my life. They assured me that I saved my own life and they were just grateful to be able to give me the tools the structure and the discipline to change my life so that I can save my life. Me myself I can go on and on about CRT about all the wonderful things that they have to offer but I know 100% that there is not enough time in one day to speak on all the great experiences that I had at CRT. I would recommend to anyone out there who wants to make a change in their life and is willing to make the effort to meet CRT at least halfway to contact them you won't be disappointed believe me when I tell you. The initial interactions to leaving with my child was nothing less than amazing. Every single person that interacted with my child even he speaks highly even they speak highly of. They said that the people cared and listened and helped them problem solve so that way when they came out, they had more skills than when they entered. I can't keep putting up with it my last name was different then I have known you for years when Marsha Carr was a counselor . Shame she isn't still there I been very quiet now I had anger issues but since I been loving in Hamilton county it's been an awlful experience living up here. We need someone who is nice and understanding and who doesn't take sides I have put up with this at all the counseling centers we have been too that is one thing I won't put up with that. A good therapist doesn't take sides you can't tell my husband nothing he is right your wrong you will see I still say something happen too him when he was little abuse that went on in the home . He absolutely loved the breakfast, the eggs were cooked to perfection. I had to call later and ask how they prepared them to make them like that for him. Haha. My Mom stayed with him and staff was super nice to both of my parents. Therapy was two hours a day, Dad worked really hard and was able to go home within about a week. I have only good comments about the care he received. Every member of their staff made us feel completely at home from the moment we walked into the reception area. He received excellent care, from rehab to nursing to dietary needs. Each and every staff member came in with a positive attitude, giving the impression that they love what they do. Whether they were delivering meals, giving him his meds, or helping him bathe, each staff member treated my husband with total respect. We enjoyed having lunch in the Bistro, where we could visit with other patients while we enjoyed a delicious meal. She lived independently before this and of course was apprehensive about moving in but she very much still lives independently but with access to so much more! There are a ton of social activities, outings, they have access to transportation to go shopping and the staff is lovely. I especially love the dining staff! They genuinely get to know the residents and treat them with respect every time they interact with them. Recently, when my mom had a fall and needed additional help, it was comforting to know she could receive it right in her apartment.
