Avenues was a life saver. They will come and pick you up the very day you want to go which is just amazing. They allow you to get away from life and focus on rebuilding yourself. Having their very own medical staff to help with medications. Group every day allows for schedule practice. Also, allowing the first week for relaxing and detoxing. The staff have been in our place, most have been in these exact seats. So it goes without saying that they know how we feel. They are so sweet. Avenues has made a huge difference in my life. Absolutely love this place. I actually called to get clarity on paper work and the receptionist heard in voice something was wrong. She talked a min and got me in for an appointment. And I seen Yolanda and she is fantastic. She listens she has such a kind heart but will tell me if I’m doing something I should. She builds me up and makes me pro Ise to stop putting myself down. She is absolutely amazing and the fact that they heard the hurt in my voice when I called and got me on schedule for the next day is amazing. My children also go to the same place and their therapist is amazing as well. He listens to them as individuals. So anybody needing someone this place worked wonders for me and my kids. My kids see Nick and he’s one in a million for my kids. They are love going.

I have been working with Grant for a while, and he is the best I have had in the many years of getting mental health help, Sean and Trey have been helpful with getting my appointments scheduled, I have never had to "wait months" to get an appointment set with Grant.

Stayed here for about a month in December 2023. Terrific people from the two captains who ran this place on down. Unfortunately, I don't remember many of their names. Shoutout to Dr. Katrina Pace, an outstanding woman with a strong faith. Was so blessed to able to stay here.

There are people that care here, both residents and staff. I'm 7 years sober today. Because of grace. In order to overcome many addictions you have to separate. Salvation Army allows you that and finding self worth in work. Not many places offer that. Above all its centered on truth. CHRIST. I give it 5 out 5 stars. Quinn Dieterle

I have been a witness to the great work they have done in our community. I've met a lot of people that have become sober after being here. Thank god there is a place for these boys to seek help.

So far in my experience everything has been fantastic. The entire vibe is great and safe, the front desk staff are angels, and both my psychiatrist (Leah Sands) and therapist (Amber Gibson) have been very respectful, intelligent, and very good listeners. I can't wait to continue my healing journey.

I have been a patient at Bowen for almost 4 years. In those four years I have been seeing Michelle Para and Shannon Walter-Harvey. Both are true assets to the company. From the receptionist, to the medical assistants/nurses to the providers I have always received compassionate care. I’ll admit it hasn’t been perfect, some wait times go over but they are always there. I have never felt judged or let down while going to Bowen. They have helped me during some of my most unlovable times and saw me through my sobriety and for that I thank you! Mental health is a difficult beast to deal with and takes time and I feel people don’t always realize that. If you are looking for quality and compassion this is an excellent resource. Thank you for all you do!

Everybody's generally friendly! Sometimes the staff have off days but for the most part they really go above and beyond! Kind of wish you'd get a greeting when you walk in the door or even a wait here sign would be nice. Regardless they've really helped me!

Many people give this place negative reviews but that's only because they're struggling with their own personal mental problems. I have been here twice and both times I was treated with love and compassion many of the nurses there are very kind and caring and I even made friends amongst the other patients. Please don't let your own personal struggles allow you to judge this place too harshly. I don't know where I would be without PBH.

Went here a couple months ago. Food was great. Staff helped when I need medicine. Were always willing to listen to me when I needed someone to talk to. Only downside it's kinda boring . Beds were comfy tho

Dwight is a really good counselor. he saved my life, he makes you understand what you’re going through a lot better. he helps you and understands you. The nurses were great and the techs were okay too. The food was horrible and the rooms were horrible the blankets and pillows too. The group counseling was great and the groups were a good way too talk too someone. The bad part was the patients there was this one patient that was just horrible he would touch himself in front of us at group counseling and no one would say anything.

I left .. on good terms, I graduated baby 🤭🤏🏽💞

I've been an addict since the 90's and the great team they have were able to get me back on track. I recommend Northern Path to anyone that is ready to change. The facility is like brand new and the food is great. 5 stars all around

I was scared to even ask for help, but they made me feel safe and respected. The outpatient schedule worked with my family needs, which helped a lot. Staff were kind and patient every time. I just wish there were more cultural or language support for people like me.

Group sessions helped so much, I didn’t feel alone. Staff was chill but super present the whole time. I wish there were more young people in my group. Still, it really helped me reset and refocus on school and my health.

I came here looking for help for my son, who’s struggled for years with staying clean. The staff were warm and tried their best, I felt they really cared. It wasn’t perfect, some of the communication could be better, but I appreciated how thorough they were with info. I also liked the structure. Wish they had more faith-based support, but it’s a good place overall.

The staff here are very nice, but they never answer the phone. In person they are super helpful and understanding, but it seems like they're very understaffed.

Extremely professional staff. Very caring and helpful with my issues. Made me realize that I wasn't alone with my issues. I reccomend this to friends and family.

Excellent Therapists and easy to work with.

Ive been going here for years and I always, always have a positive experience! Sharron is so kind (a bit intimidating in the beginning, but once you get to know her shes very caring) and is always on top of medications, ready to listen to anything Im struggling with and has never made me feel badly for needing to switch medications (which Ive done several times)! She literally looks at anything and everything to make sure that all the bases are covered on my health. Its very easy to access my information on the online patient portal that they use too. Very happy with them and always reccomend them to friends and family!

Thanks to this place I came to find myself and I had never been so happy to breathe different air, an air of freedom and understanding, an air where I can take responsibility for my actions. Thanks to these counselors my life changed radically.

Although wait times were longer than I expected and a follow up was scheduled pretty far out, I still was pleased with this facility. The registration staff was kind and helpful. Sean was a fantastic counselor to talk to. He was thorough and you can tell he cared. He creates a welcome and comfortable atmosphere. His recommendations were above and beyond as well.

I took the time to read some of the reviews and decided that I would leave my own. Kay is a wonderful person, compassionate and understanding. Yes she can be vary strong and opinionated. I will say that she told me a truth I wasn’t willing to accept, she pointed out the obvious thar I couldn’t see. Self can’t see self when I am caught up into what I want out of life ( relationships money social status) I like to use the term, my wiener, my wallet, my place in the pack. Whenever my basic instinct are harmed or threatened, I react poorly. I went into Kay’s office over 20 years ago, trying to fix relationship prior to getting married thank God I never married that woman. I also had alcoholism and addiction that I really didn’t recognize. Thanks to case direction. I found my way to a 12 step program which saved my life, improved my relationships, and escalated my career path. This woman treated me when I didn’t have the money for treatment. She wrote it off. She basically sat down with me on her own dime to help me and she didn’t even know me really. If you don’t know what that is, it’s called compassion, caring, and giving pretty much the opposite of some of the poor reviews. I’ve read. I’m not on here to defend her. I’m on here to say that if this is where God has brought you to, then maybe you should listen because you never know who’s carrying in the message you need to hear. I am forever grateful to wise choices and the effort she put into my life when I couldn’t even pay for those efforts that’s called being a selfless (unselfish) altruistic individual. If you’re in a toxic relationship, she’s gonna let you know that because you’re not paying her to lie to you and cuddle you you’re paying her to give you a truth. You’re not willing to see and that is true for any good counselor therapist psychiatrist. Highly recommend wise choices because of the woman she is, not afraid to hurt your feelings. And if you’re seeking help, obviously that means you’re not able to see the truth in your life and you’re asking someone else to help you. So whatever choice you make whether it’s her or some other therapist, may God bless your path and help you see the truth. I will tell you that I haven’t spoken to Kay in quite a long time but every time I see her, it makes my heart happy. She didn’t pay me to leave this review nor am I related to her or her business in anyway, I’m just a recovering alcoholic who’s living life today because Kay took the time to help me and for that I am forever grateful

I'm so happy there was a place like the Women's Bureau for me to turn to in my time in need. All of the staff show that they really care and are super friendly.
