They have been there for me through everything and never gave up on me or kicked me out of therapy for my behavior, which is improving thanks to my new treatment plan with Dr. Patrick Z. I realize that mental health therapy takes time and not everything is going to work right off the bat. Maybe its a breakthrough i've had while in treatment, or maybe it's me finally growing up. Roudebush VA Medical Center ER. I was seen in under 10 minutes after walking in and hooked up to an EKG about 5 minutes later, which honestly helped calm my nerves right away. Nurses Jenny Myers and Jenna Nicoletti, along with Dr. William Spanenberg, were amazing. They took the time to really talk with me about what I was feeling, asked the right questions, and kept me informed the entire time about what was going on. It never felt rushed or dismissive. We even laughed a bit, which made a stressful situation feel a lot more human. The only thing I wish was different is the situation that brought us together.
