I have been client here for over a year and a half. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I see Dana and Kristin regularly and they have helped me so much. Kathy, Lisa and Chris in the office are wonderful. New director Monica is very approachable and helpful. I was a client at Cummins for several years and left because of constant staff turnover and felt like it wasn’t working for me. Grateful for Hamilton Center.

You guys have been a very important part of my recovery and I must say my experience from the psychiatrist to the therapist and the group facilitator are all wonderful at what they do and I want to move to another state but I don't think I will find the level of care and professionalism I've received at midtown.

The lodge has an incredible staff of counselors and techs that absolutely cares about your recovery in a woodsy and relaxing environment that has access to a gym and 24 hour availability to people who can help with any issue that you might be having with recovery and access to food 24 hours a day ( so watch the belt line ) . Although the schedule is demanding they have a way of making seem that it is not over bearing ... They changed and saved my life and I know the staff can do the same for you if you want it ... This place is like an oasis in the desert, if you have been struggling with substance use, and you have a desire to get yourself to a better place in the future. Unlike other rehab centers I have been to in the past, everyone here has treated me like a human being as opposed to a patient. I can feel the love in this place which helps heal my spirit. Also the physical food is good and readily available anytime one is hungry, or not. I don't think they will let me stay here forever but I here they have some really good after programs to help those that may need it.

Last month, I had the pleasure of attending Harbor Light IOP's Graduation and I was moved in so many ways I truly felt obligated to write a review about my experience. At this graduation, the valedictorian's name was Henry. He read a speech to the members in the audience and after his speech, he read a break up letter to the drug that had him in bondage for so many years. In this letter he reminisced on the good times they experienced, the great times with the women and the important life events he missed while being under the influence of this drug. The saying "all good things, must come to an end" was evident while he read this letter to the crowd. Henry decided that Harbor Light Center was going to be his home to assist him with obtaining and maintaining his sobriety. He thanked the caring and loving staff for they way they made him well welcomed on his first day. The Harbor Light Center is the truly place for New Beginnings, and I was honored to witness that Henry and the rest of his graduating class achieved their New Beginning at The Harbor Light Center. A place filled with love, compassion and support! I will continue to make referrals to the HLC! Please continue doing the rewarding work that you do, as YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE!

I had a great experience at Harbor Light Center, Salvation Army. I was so determined that this place would not help me or me turn my life back around but you know what after detox for a week and a couple of weeks after I started to feel normal again I learned that I could not get better in a couple days. HLC changed my life around it’s been going good and strong for 5 years now I feel amazing I want to thank them. From the facilitators (Kennedy, Joy, Cat, Rose) program (Jake from state farm) and clinical (Madelyn) director to the techs, (Reagen the stallion, Jamie, Ashley, Naomi, & Jamie #2) case managers (Mr. Brady, Kolby) and therapist (Taylor gang, G-reg, Courtney, Stephanie) every person I interacted with genuinely contributed to such a positive and high-quality treatment experience. I felt supported, heard, and cared for throughout my time there. The women’s house was absolutely amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like a safe place to come home to after a difficult day. One thing that really stood out to me was that many of the techs are also in recovery themselves. The lead techs, Carla, Cece, and Theresa made such a difference for me because there was a level of understanding and relatability that made the environment feel more like home. I never felt judged or like I had to explain myself to someone who couldn’t understand what I was going through. The outreach coordinator (Jay) was also incredible. Every two weeks, he would come to the house and bring restaurant food for everyone, which was such a thoughtful touch and gave us something to look forward to. More importantly, he made an effort to build genuine relationships with us while we were in the program. Because of that, reaching out for support after leaving didn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable—I already had a relationship and felt comfortable contacting him when I needed help. Overall, this program gave me so much more than treatment. It gave me a sense of community, accountability, support, and connection. I am incredibly grateful for the people who poured into me during my time there and helped make what can be an incredibly difficult chapter feel a little less overwhelming. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone who is ready to take recovery seriously and wants to be surrounded by people who genuinely care.

ICFR Caramel is undoubtedly an amazing blessing. From the moment I decided to seek treatment there. They’ve helped me all the way through. The intake staff, was very informative and took care of everything. Once at the facility, Pam Is a godsend. She’ll take care of every need. The groups are a nice size, so you’re able to discuss your issues and the therapist stay on topic. Carmela is amazing! She will work with you, to let you talk about what you’re going through and has so much wisdom it amazes me how she is able to encourage individuals in the group. I think we have one of the best nurse practitioners I’ve ever met, her name is Eve.. She takes the time to get to know you and really cares about how you’re doing and what your needs are. She’ll work with you if there’s anything you need. I highly recommend ICFR Carmel.

Paige and Heather have both been instrumental in my life. Today I go in there and am told that Paige has been let go for no reason. This is very triggering and upsetting for me. I guess Heather was not happy about it either. Like how could you guys get rid of Paige? She’s the sweetest. Please let Paige stay, she has been so helpful on my road to recovery is a big reason why I have stayed sober. Honestly I can’t believe they let her go just before the holiday season. Such a shame. She was one of the people who really gave me the belief that I could make it in recovery. It’s not right totally unfair treatment.
