First City Recovery Center is an awesome place with friendly staff, caretakers, and administrators supporting individuals through education and providing resources &to recover from the world of addiction. So I just want to start off by stating that this facility changed my life drastically and saved my butt! Quite literally. I came to FCRC a scared, shaking, & shy woman. I was a kid on the inside.
Mr. Jeff & Savannah saved me from myself AT LEAST 3 times from trying to walk out on my recovery because of issues on the outside (life continues even though we go to treatment, ya know). When I tell you I have never met a team of such caring loving & HONEST staff? I hadn’t until I walked into this facility. I graduated yesterday, with 44 days today under my belt. I had hopped on a plane from Houston TX not knowing anything but my Higher Power did. I am so beyond grateful to First City and their peeps. All the way from the Detox experience to my PHP part of my program, everyone was helpful and so kind. And that level of care? Hard to find. Aye, shout out to Bobby in PHP & IOP, that’s my boy!!! First City, thank you for giving me my life back & my children their mother back. My husband his wife. We love y’all. 🙏🏼🫶🏼🫡
I've had nothing but the upmost positive experience here. Every Dr I've seen has been so kind and caring with my son. They have done nothing but help us with the struggles and questions and have helped with answering them. They have nothing but respect and admiration from me and my son.

I had a small, but painful swelling that was getting worse. I call my doctors office and they got me in right away (due to a cancellation), I was treated with very compassionate care. I love my doctors at Witham. I have always been treated well.

This would be my second time at river bend , When faced with the decision on which place I would seek treatment at , The only place I truly knew I would get help at was river bend . The staff there are so kind and respectful. They truly understand that no one wants to be there so they do their best to make it a better experience for everyone. I spent Easter at river bend and I am so thankful for the staff who truly cared and found ways to make the day a good one. Shout out to Corey for always be a good staff and making my experience at river bend a positive one and to Mindy (not sure how to spell names) for being an awesome staff and hiding Easter eggs for us and of course Ali for being an excellent nurse and advocating for me! Also shout out Dixie for talking to me and just being an amazing nurse! Night shift tech Victoria is so kind and caring so shout out to her also . I went to the ARC program here. Which is the addiction unit and it absolutely changed my life. The staff were absolutely amazing. Some of them are still major parts of my life and my recovery. I couldn’t be more blessed for my time spent there . Such an amazing place . The therapist were perfect. The leadership was perfect. I don’t have one complaint. And I gave them a run for their money and they never stopped showing me love and support. Thank you for saving my life !❤️

Raymond Candelaria, NP is an amazing doctor. He truly listens to your concerns and treats you like a person. I highly recommend him and I'm thankful that I was scheduled with him. He is professional and thorough but treats you like a neighbor.

The home with hope literally saved my life. I don't know where I would be today, I suppose in the ground. But thank God I decided to stop at the home with hope. I mean literally they saved my life thanks and Godspeed to all in recovery.

I saw Liz Kelemen as a new patient , she was recommended by a friend and she was AMAZING. She was timely, listened to all my health concerns, and was very kind. Her medical assistant, Arturo, was also very friendly, kind and efficient. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a new family provider.
I went through Trinity house in 1988. My reviews at the time would’ve been stellar. On that note, you really need to look at all of the reviews on all of the review sites. I don’t know if Google really vets their reviews so do some really good research before you decide against this place. I’ve been sober for 37 years.

I don’t know who the negative reviews are from but some people (patients) are the because they are psychotic & out of control. Its a secure facility. You aint in there fore a vacation. You are there for treatment.
Ive been twice. Staff are awesome...every one of them. Food os great. Big screen TV & about 150 movies, books, private rooms.
Constant checking & monitoring.
I wont be back but I recommend it to anyone serious about getting better.
Like all recovery plans and half way houses success is up to the individual. You have got to want to make it happen. Once you are committed to change, this program will give you the tools to make it.

Fantastic program! I have been here for awhile and it has provided me with hope where there was none before. It is a great place if you want to be held accountable and live within the rules that are in place. It can be a good stepping stone towards a brighter future.

The MRT, sober school, and weekly house meetings is the core of the program. Over the year that I’ve been here I have been graced to know a lot of people. I saw what worked and what didn’t. This program brought me to multiple different meetings of recovery also. In the past this may have been a different program but as it sits with me it has been directly responsible for equipping me with the tools to START a lifetime of recovery though I will have to continuously upkeep my recovery in order to make it successful but this program is a great start. It’s a nine month program but I was able to stay longer because I don’t feel quite ready to leave. It afforded me the opportunity to continue to help new people coming in and improve my own abilities. I am now coming up on one year and I can confidently say the effort is not only proportional of my own work but the thought and attention of the program that is a living organism- growing and developing when required. It’s not a stationary object never to be changed. It’s being built on continuously through a team of kind compassionate and knowledgeable folks that are open minded and willing to review things that may no longer work or might work better.
They made a huge difference in my life and recovery. I'm struggled with addiction and low self esteem. When I arrived the they got right to work helping me with helping love myself and started the heal process. I'm 3 years clean and sober. I have my children and life back. I'm so thankful for all the women there.

I am so grateful for all of the staff at Four County, they literally saved my life. I will forever grateful for each and every person there that was part of my early recovery, As of today I have continued my sobriety for over a year and I pray that I never have to live the way I did ever again
The past year I felt like I was exhausted, losing strength, low motivation and more anxiety about my health. I looked into TRT after discussing with friends (some who were on TRT) and made an appointment. After 10 months I have felt a great transformation in my health. My energy, stamina, body composition, and most other functions have significantly improved (when coupled with adequate exercise and a good diet). Dr Turners team and Nurse Ken are very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed to help me continue with improving my health. I am grateful for their service and support. Im not joking, I feel like im in my 20s again.

I have been going to Innovative Medicine for a few years now. It has been such a relief to find a place that is willing to listen and understand my symptoms of low testosterone, instead of just telling me I was "too young" to have low testosterone. Absolutely great place to seek medical attention. My doctor has always seen me at the appointment time and always treats me and others with dignity, respect, always keep it professional and private I could go on but no need to the doctor and staff there are great I do recommend it
The staff is the greatest! They make everything easier, the counselors are so comprehensive and kind. I would recommend this center for anyone who is worried about the behavioral health of a loved one.

Huge stepping stone for my life. I’ve been to a lot of places in my history of addiction/recovery and this was the one place I actually felt like I was equal. The staff go above and beyond for legit anything you need or struggle with. I never once felt alone. Most places and people in recovery are there for a paycheck, this place? The absolute opposite. Dawg this was one of the scariest yet BEST decisions I made for my recovery journey as well as myself. The love and care is endless.

A low-key Christian environment, Selah provides excellent professional medical, psychological, behavioral and nutritional guidance. Before Selah, I had several experiences at trauma centers that made me questioned if I ever wanted to get help or if my recovery was worth it.
I was admitted to Selah in Summer 2023 and 2024. I learned to advocated for myself and others. Shout out to nurse Mary Adkins and Kenzie, therapists Emily and Marice! Without them I would of left Selah. I was panicking, didn't feel heard and my dietian left for a different practice. There was so many changes that happened when I was there in 2024. But overall for me, what I gained from both experience was "trust" from the clinical staff at Selah. Trust the process. I have never had that before.

So glad to hear recently therapist Emily is taking over Christian Programming. One of the reasons I looked more into Selah was faith programming. On Sundays, I always looked forward to church in residential and php.

selah may not have been able to heal me from my eating disorder, not because their work and people aren’t great, but i believe because i have very deep internal issues i’ve struggled to work on myself for years. the program improved a lot from 2022 to 2024 (my two stays). obviously the program had its issues and iffy staff members, but overall the nurses and techs made me feel so loved. nancy, hailey, sydney, jess, christi, maggie, marcie, kati and chris the chaplain are amazing people. thank you guys for making me feel like a person.
