I only had a slight issue with one RT person, but she could have been having a bad day? My only issue was with the heating & cooling systems. I had a room in ICU and PCU that would be like an ice chest at night but warm during the day. I eventually had the staff leave my room door cracked open to try and balance out the temperature. I went under self submission and they made me feel like I was home. Everyone that I spoke with was nice and wanting to help the group sessions were very nice and helpful for me although I wanted more 1 on 1 they didn’t have a lot of people that were there. There was never any pushy aggressive behavior towards me as a patient. They have a zero tolerance for aggressiveness! I learned so much in such little time. The doctor was amazing as well! Very kind and very helpful! Madi needs a raise she is such a sweet person! Side note: they don’t allow smoking but do allow nicotine gum. Some places do not allow or allow too much. I believe this is a happy medium! You aint in there fore a vacation. You are there for treatment. Ive been twice. Staff are awesome...every one of them. Food os great. Big screen TV & about 150 movies, books, private rooms.
