Tara offers lots of services for their clients & guests who are in some of the hardest times of their lives, I personally have come to the center to offer haircuts to guests and a style to lift their spirits. The staff were polite and answered any questions I had. The wait for my walk-in appointment was not too bad. The only negative thing I can say about the visit is that they were "not allowed" to turn on the television, the receptions told me that there had been arguments started over it in the past. I'm not sure if they were over the contents of what was being aired or something else. They also had no magazines to look through while you wait. Maybe, someone could make a donation. Not everyone has a phone to stare at while they wait.

Before Hickory I’ve never experienced any sort of rehabilitation. In ANY aspect of my life. I was WRECKED. So my expectations were very “surfaced”. The tools and practices the staff, therapists, BHT’s and even the front desk and office staff provide go beyond just the addiction part. Even when some of us are at our absolute lowest and have lost sight of everything and everyone else…. It’s impossible, even then to lose sight of someone making us feel GENUINELY cared about. I’ll always remember the time we spent together Hickory!!! All 3 times of them.

The staff is very friendly and supportive in your recovery journey. The group facilitators are highly educated and always discuss very relevant information in group about recovery. The food is also really good, big shout out to the guys that cooked for all of us here at RVI. They also have many recreational activities such as ping pong, basketball, and a gym. Great place to rest and focus on your sobriety. I highly recommend this place to somebody who is trying to get sober.

My experience from the moment I walked through the front door to begin my journey toward my goal of sobriety was nothing short of amazing. Their entire staff "SEES" you." They "HEAR" you. They want the very best for you. For your journey. It was my first and prayerfully the only time. I left better equipped to identify things that are detrimental to my whole well being. I love what the Harbor Light Center is doing for our community! I know several people who have gone through this program and they have been transformed by the incredible love and care they received there. Stayed at this places for 4 months and will never forgot it. Unfortunately everyone in there with me that I had numbers from has relapsed and died from Heroin. I had no want to get clean, just tried to get my mother off my back. This was in 2012. November 15th 2017 I wanted it for myself. Went to a place here locally with a bag of clothes and a moped. Worked the steps. Went to 12-14 meetings a week (no joke) fell in love with recovery. After looking back, I seen some great people there. The counselor Sid really seemed to care and told it how it was. Wish I would’ve got it together then but God had different plans. I now have bought my own house, have my license and 3 different cars. Bought more property to make my yard bigger and build a new house on. Everything in my life has gotten better doing the next right thing. Getting married in October. Wish I would’ve done more step work but I eventually got it done. Much love ya’ll. A lot of them called me Big Country or Flacco. I guess it means white not in Spanish? lol I had a lot of fun and Holy Spirit interactions at this place

I've been a patient here for over 6 years and have had some issues here and there but it took me a while to realize how much this place cares about their patients. They have been there for me through everything and never gave up on me or kicked me out of therapy for my behavior, which is improving thanks to my new treatment plan with Dr. Patrick Z. I realize that mental health therapy takes time and not everything is going to work right off the bat. Maybe its a breakthrough i've had while in treatment, or maybe it's me finally growing up. If you're willing to be patient and put the time and effort into your therapy, you'll get alot farther than you would just by taking pills and calling it a day. I'll always recommend this place! I am BEYOND happy with the treatment I receive from Tasc!! This place is TRULY AMAZING!! The people here you will NOT find anywhere else on this planet!! My peer recovery coach, Kelly, ALWAYS willing to lend a hand and guide me to resources to continue my recovery and help me through the obstacles life throws at you everyday.. When I first pulled up and seen the building I said oh God this can't be the place then they gave me tour inside and I said oh God but I made it my 28 days plus got my excellent in recovery certificate and my little Stone only had a couple problems with a few staff members the last week the doctor didn't want to see me and the recovery Coach Guy didn't want to see me for some reason but the head nurse I'll give her four stars

i just graduated hickory 6-26-25. all the staff are respectful and seem like they genuinely care, the nurses are great and know what there doing. honostly i learned alot while i was there. am gonna miss it.

Michelle is awesome. Warm and genuine. I felt respected and truly cared about. Only downside to my first visit was being told I had to go half an hour away to see a psychiatrist to get the same meds I’ve been getting from another Aspire location. I figured out a troubleshoot with my former psychiatrist virtually but I had to figure out on my own that it was a viable option. But overall, good vibes. Which is more than I can say for other places I checked out before Aspire.

Had a great New Patient visit with Mallory. She was very attentive and took the time to listen to all of my issues. She is very understanding of some of my more sensitive history that I usually hate going over in a doctor's office. I'm so pleased to have found her. Everyone here goes above and beyond to help everyone who enters the program. They all have been in the shoes of addiction. The program is life experience, plus some faith (what you chose to believe) and science based. This is the one and only drug and alcohol counseling . They DO care! They do have you write a detailed plan on how to stay true to your sobriety! Anyone who says different isn't trying hard enough to work the program!

This place is seriously phenomenal beyond ....It took me many and many of years to actually accept that it's OK to not be OK. Thru gallahue I've gained so much support thru my individual therapist In which I'd recommend 10000000% xanadu..I also attend a weekly group thay o my gosh it's been a huge huge help . Even tho I feel overwhelmed with life constantly I do know that I've gained coping skills and strength and healthier ways to manage my struggle......This place has saved my life and I'm beyond thankful for them . I wonder why people would write nonsensical comments. Insurance co-pays are listed on your insurance info. The ladies at the front are working and will help you as soon as they can. They are polite and helpful. This people saved my life. I was not in a good place when I started coming here. Dr. Downhour is very professional and Stacy, my therapist, i'd need another page to list all she's done for me. They are not my friends and I don't expect them to be. They can't be unpressional and chitchat and be merry go joly. They deal with mental patients. They are not there to hang out. I wish I could give them more stars.
