I love absolutely all the staff that works there, this was my fourth treatment center in two years. The way the facility is structured and how they get you out and about trying new things, going to meetings, getting you accumulated to being sober in the real world was exactly what I needed. They got me into a PHP program following my completion and I’m really happy where I am!! Also shout out to Megan the therapist I absolutely love her and how she tells you how it is In a nice way !! I would recommend her to anyone struggling with addiction and self image. Thank you guys for all you’ve pushed me to do!

We were in a really desperate situation and needed immediate help to find a quality detox program. We had the pleasure of dealing with Kaleb, who was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. He was able to get our loved one a same day assessment and intake. We were very happy with the homey atmosphere and the kind people at Tara. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. The staff were polite and answered any questions I had. The wait for my walk-in appointment was not too bad. The only negative thing I can say about the visit is that they were "not allowed" to turn on the television, the receptions told me that there had been arguments started over it in the past. I'm not sure if they were over the contents of what was being aired or something else. They also had no magazines to look through while you wait. Maybe, someone could make a donation. Not everyone has a phone to stare at while they wait.

Last month, I had the pleasure of attending Harbor Light IOP's Graduation and I was moved in so many ways I truly felt obligated to write a review about my experience. At this graduation, the valedictorian's name was Henry. He read a speech to the members in the audience and after his speech, he read a break up letter to the drug that had him in bondage for so many years. In this letter he reminisced on the good times they experienced, the great times with the women and the important life events he missed while being under the influence of this drug. The saying "all good things, must come to an end" was evident while he read this letter to the crowd. Henry decided that Harbor Light Center was going to be his home to assist him with obtaining and maintaining his sobriety. He thanked the caring and loving staff for they way they made him well welcomed on his first day. The Harbor Light Center is the truly place for New Beginnings, and I was honored to witness that Henry and the rest of his graduating class achieved their New Beginning at The Harbor Light Center. A place filled with love, compassion and support! I will continue to make referrals to the HLC! Please continue doing the rewarding work that you do, as YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE!

I had a great experience at Harbor Light Center, Salvation Army. I was so determined that this place would not help me or me turn my life back around but you know what after detox for a week and a couple of weeks after I started to feel normal again I learned that I could not get better in a couple days. HLC changed my life around it’s been going good and strong for 5 years now I feel amazing I want to thank them. If I could give this clinic 1,000 stars I would! I started taking my Grandpa here a few years ago he would see Nicole Richey and I have never came across someone as kind and caring as her. She is someone who truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond caring for them. It doesn’t stop there every single person there has a heart of gold from the front desk to the nurses the ma’s his dietitian when I say the ENTIRE staff was amazing I mean that! This place is seriously phenomenal beyond ....It took me many and many of years to actually accept that it's OK to not be OK. Thru gallahue I've gained so much support thru my individual therapist In which I'd recommend 10000000% xanadu..I also attend a weekly group thay o my gosh it's been a huge huge help . Even tho I feel overwhelmed with life constantly I do know that I've gained coping skills and strength and healthier ways to manage my struggle......This place has saved my life and I'm beyond thankful for them . Also I must add that the ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing and Dawn o my gosh I know you've been there so so so long and your so dedicated to treating others with kindness and I thank you for always going the extra mile and always smiling..... "I am a client at this program and had a very positive experience with a specific staff member, Paige. Just finding out that she is no longer there, crushed me. We became so very close and was one of my main reasons to go. Our deep, true, sad, and hilarious talks weekly were such a tremendous help for me and for her as well. Her departure can negatively impact the program's effectiveness for clients like me." Paige and Heather ROCK!! Hopefully they don't do the same to Heather. But at least now I can finally hangout with Paige bcuz we have some diving to do! I just don't understand why they always make the good ones go.... We all love you Paigie💜

Paige and Heather have both been instrumental in my life. Today I go in there and am told that Paige has been let go for no reason. This is very triggering and upsetting for me. I guess Heather was not happy about it either. Like how could you guys get rid of Paige? She’s the sweetest. Please let Paige stay, she has been so helpful on my road to recovery is a big reason why I have stayed sober. Honestly I can’t believe they let her go just before the holiday season. Such a shame. She was one of the people who really gave me the belief that I could make it in recovery. It’s not right totally unfair treatment.

If we are required to do a class, for whatever the reason, Curriculum in 2025 should not be videos 20+ years old, This will never relate to a entire class of individual struggles. Up to date, out the box thinking from therapists, who can “TRULY” relate, is a must! A prehistoric curriculum, which at best we can miserably struggle thru, will ultimately not teach anything positive. Thank-you Robert M for breaking a non functional mold. With anyone else, (Sadly) i am just a patient number, Another number for people who's goal is not me, yet what my Insurance will pay.. We are more than your pay check,, some of us may Live or Die from what you teach…. Do it right, or find a job without such consequences.

I have had one of the best experiences with IOP having Robert facilitate. He’s made an environment that has allowed me to open up more than I ever have with any therapist or other support group plus the fact that he has shared his personal experiences in addiction is beyond helpful because I’ve never been more comfortable than I am in his class.

I went to the ER for a dental infection. They did not hook me up to an IV and make me lay down. They asked what I needed and even left the door open so I didnt feel ignored. 90 minutes later, I was outside taking meds for my infection and waiting for my ride. I have never been happier. I've been a patient here for over 6 years and have had some issues here and there but it took me a while to realize how much this place cares about their patients. They have been there for me through everything and never gave up on me or kicked me out of therapy for my behavior, which is improving thanks to my new treatment plan with Dr. Patrick Z. I realize that mental health therapy takes time and not everything is going to work right off the bat. Maybe its a breakthrough i've had while in treatment, or maybe it's me finally growing up. If you're willing to be patient and put the time and effort into your therapy, you'll get alot farther than you would just by taking pills and calling it a day. I'll always recommend this place! Thanks guys

The Staff is Friendly, Professional and Honest. They check to make sure they have the right person with correct chart. I am happy to go there. I had to come home from Spain a few times while I was in the Air Force and wore Civilian clothes for fear of being spit on because of the political unrest at the time. I’ve been coming here for years for check-ups, and I’ve always had a great experience with the staff and everyone. It’s a fantastic place to see your doctor or nurse. The place is very clean and organized. They also have their own pharmacy, and their community room is only open to clients and employees. They do have a check-in tablet, but it’s a bit glitchy, so I’d suggest checking in with the front desk. The atmosphere is quite peaceful before rush hour.

I have 3 doctors at the west side center and I love it here! Everyone here is amazing. The front desk staff are always friendly and eager to check you in. They make you feel more like family not just a patient..And I love my Nurse (she works with Dr. Dryden). She is a great representation of eskenazi. Thats my girl!!! She gives me my weekly B12 injection & I dont even feel it.. Because of her I actually look forward to my appointments.
