Dr Tricia Wright is an outstanding family physician, and we trust her diagnosis and treatments with the highest confidence. Both Drs Tricia Wright and her husband Dr Jason Wright are outstanding examples of excellent healthcare professionals in a small town/rural setting. We are incredibly fortunate to have them in our community.

Dr. Nicole Clark is wonderful. She quickly recognized a potential serious condition and within minutes had me in Cardiology!! I take great comfort in her listening, quickly accessing my condition and promptly getting me the medical attention I needed!

It was a great program and it helped me restore my relationships with friends and family. I've made a whole new group that i can depend. Jeff Lazzaro is a big part of my recovery and the whole staff at First City, these people who work there really do care and will go out of there way too help. I'll always be grateful for First City and all the staff that helped me along the way!

I was only here for two weeks and left on my own, but this place did so much for me in that time and I ll never be able to thank them enough. Is this place perfect? Far from it, a lot of tweaks they will need to make in time. The biggest highlight of the place is the staff, for the most part, just about everyone that works there has been through it, and you can tell they actually care.I can t remember everyone s names, but shoutout to all the techs, Kari and Cameron were wonderful to me, to the nursing staff, Chad and Chantel, The facilitators, therapists, AND THE COOKS! Everyday I was there, I felt spoiled getting to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Mya and Mike were wonderful.My only major gripe about the place is the director of the facility. He needs to hold himself to a higher standard and stop talking to clients the way he does. I feel everyone there has Stockholm syndrome when it comes to that guy and makes all types of excuses for him.Last but not least, thank you to Sarah which is a group leader/therapist. She was the shining star of that establishment. The stuff she has been through and the fact that she comes to work everyday motivated to help the people there is nothing short of admirable/inspiring. I wasn t sure about her at first and she quickly grew to be my favorite. God bless her.This is a great place, and if you read and listen to any review, have it be mine.

I came to First City Recovery Center to get help with my bipolar, BPD and OCD. It has been the greatest experience of my life. The food, the accommodations and everything related to living there was amazing.My case manager, my therapist, the group facilitators, the techs and the chefs were beyond incredible. I highly recommend First City Recovery Center to anyone dealing with mental health issues and drug and alcohol addiction.

The people there are great even the chefs. The groups are great therapists are great. try to take everything in write it down they will give yu a journal nd work the program dont let it work yu. But its a great program been sober for a year and 3 months went to la because of RCA im telling yall its great.

Best rehab I ever have been. Only one I've ever been. Completely applied myself . Took the program serious. Came out eyes wide open. Came out stronger than I have ever been in my life. You guys have been a very important part of my recovery and I must say my experience from the psychiatrist to the therapist and the group facilitator are all wonderful at what they do and I want to move to another state but I don't think I will find the level of care and professionalism I've received at midtown.

Next step has changed my life more than I could explain. I have almost 18 months of sobriety I have Connection with my higher power stronger than ever and my HP is God.All the staff here treat you like family an are awesome people..

As a patient you feel important and cared for. You are listened to and time is taken to understand and provide a pathway to health

Detox is hard, and you are miserable when you first get there. But these people know what they are doing. The staff and nurses are amazing people, some who have been addicts themselves.

This place is amazing if you need to detox from opioids this is the best place . I have been to many rehabs and this place by far was the best for me . The staff is hands down the best in the business they really care about their patients. They try their best to make sure you are comfortable I recommend this place over anywhere. I m going to miss all the nurses that s how nice they was to me . I greatly appreciate everything they done for me . They are angels at that facility. I highly recommend this place to anybody wanting to change their life they will help you get there. Thanks again for everything Fairbanks much love.

It's disheartening to see negative reviews. Nonetheless, My experience from the staff was one of the utmost empathy. They really care. That is the impression I received upon admittance and discharge.

Dr. Zirnheld and Katy N. Are amazing at the Hamilton Center. I don't know how my family could function without them. Dr. Z has worked with my son for almost 3 years and Katy for about a year. The confidence boost that my son has needed comes from the hard work these 2 phenomenal people do. Thank you so much.

I've been a patient here for over 6 years and have had some issues here and there but it took me a while to realize how much this place cares about their patients. They have been there for me through everything and never gave up on me or kicked me out of therapy for my behavior, which is improving thanks to my new treatment plan with Dr. Patrick Z. I realize that mental health therapy takes time and not everything is going to work right off the bat. Maybe its a breakthrough i've had while in treatment, or maybe it's me finally growing up. If you're willing to be patient and put the time and effort into your therapy, you'll get alot farther than you would just by taking pills and calling it a day. I'll always recommend this place! The Willow Center is a great place to get treatment. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the Willow Center to anyone that needs mental health treatment or substance use treatment.

I ve had nothing but positive experiences at the Willow Center. I ve been going there for one on one sessions with Carissa for almost a year now. She has helped me so much in that time and has been very patient with me. You can tell that everyone there truly cares about their client s wellbeing. I also attended some DBT group therapy sessions that I really enjoyed and the material has been very helpful to me. Everyone I ve encountered seems very kind and I feel safe there. All in all a great place that seems to be doing great things.

It's so hard to put into words the gratitude I have for the Willow Center. The love and respect I have for the entire team is unmeasurable !! I started treatment back in January as an addict of 30+ years full of denial , selfishness , guilt and shame . Beat by traumatic events and a street life I was full of unworthiness and pain. Countless programs and rehabs , jails and prisons nothing worked. The journey hasn't been easy but well worth it.The Love and care I've received from my willow family is priceless ! The skills they've taught me have changed not only my life but also my mind and heart. The accomplishments have been tremendous in every aspect of myself and life. I can only imagine what's to come on my continued journey with my Willow family. I wholeheartedly thank everyone at the Willow Center for saving my life !!!!

UPDATE***Dr. smith advocated for me (telling the hospital I didn t want extra test done and got my IV out early) and stuck to my birth plan like I have 3 children and this was THE BEST care and birth I ve ever gotten . Went completely natural and I know I wouldn t be able to do it without her. Then proved extra care to me on top of the hospital staff and Dr. then even the next night came and visited me to see how we was doing . After I healedI immediately made her our pcp and pediatric care provider. Thank you Dr. smith !!!!Staff are all so kind a personal. Started going to this aspire for my pregnancy care and plan to stay for family care and even pediatric care for my kids . Dr. Olivia Smith has impressed me so much with her kind ways and knowledge. And advocated my need in the bigger hospitals about my birth process. The office and bathrooms are always clean . I m so thankful I gave this aspire a chance .

I had a wonderful experience here. Reception, nurse, and Dr. Dwyer was exceptional. I will return, and I will bring my kids and husband here.
