I've been a patient here for over 6 years and have had some issues here and there but it took me a while to realize how much this place cares about their patients. They have been there for me through everything and never gave up on me or kicked me out of therapy for my behavior, which is improving thanks to my new treatment plan with Dr. Patrick Z. I realize that mental health therapy takes time and not everything is going to work right off the bat. Maybe its a breakthrough i've had while in treatment, or maybe it's me finally growing up. If you're willing to be patient and put the time and effort into your therapy, you'll get alot farther than you would just by taking pills and calling it a day. I'll always recommend this place! Thanks guys

When I first pulled up and seen the building I said oh God this can't be the place then they gave me tour inside and I said oh God but I made it my 28 days plus got my excellent in recovery certificate and my little Stone only had a couple problems with a few staff members the last week the doctor didn't want to see me and the recovery Coach Guy didn't want to see me for some reason but the head nurse I'll give her four stars

I went through their program in the fall of 2017. I had stopped drinking on 08/29/2017 before attending. I had to detox, but once sober, it was the same "white knuckle" experience it had always been. There is no magic wand; you have to want it, but the word "impaired" stuck out to me. I had been living my life impaired. I'm still sober; it will be nine years soon.

They truly serve the community and actually care about people. I believe they do their best to change the world for the better and do a good job at it. I’m thankful for their programs and hard work as I’m sure many others are. They’re experienced, intelligent, caring, and wise. They’re honest and open. If you’re searching to better yourself or someone you care about, I highly recommend them and their programs. The gym is awesome also, lots of top end equipment.

The program is life experience, plus some faith (what you chose to believe) and science based. They provide tools to change you permanently, IF you listen and apply that knowledge to every day of your life. I am truly thankful for Don, Angie and staff for their commitment to helping others. I have 3 doctors at the west side center and I love it here! Everyone here is amazing. The front desk staff are always friendly and eager to check you in. They make you feel more like family not just a patient..And I love my Nurse (she works with Dr. Dryden). She is a great representation of eskenazi. Thats my girl!!! She gives me my weekly B12 injection & I dont even feel it.. Because of her I actually look forward to my appointments.

My daughter is 16yrs old and I've been going to Westside since before she came in to this world. They're not what they used to be. My kids still have the same doctor and she is great that is what my 2 stars are for but before we see her or even try to get appointment with her, it is a fight everytime I call for an appointment. Update- since my last review things have changed and staff have changed as well. The front desk staff has improved greatly. How they receive their patients and how they talk to them as well. Nurses have been way better and I would definitely recommend. I still have the same doctor for my kids now for 25 yrs.

my name is niya Ellington, I went to resource August 5th 2025 discharge may 22nd 2026. my experience at resource was something im forever gonna be grateful for. the higher ups do an amazing job advocating for youth. they also do a great job making sure staff are good people. i am a completely different person from when I stepped foot into the facility to now. the clinical team is amazing, they ensure safety of residents. they get youth out the building alot to give them motivation even if they don't have family to take them out. they are very good at making sure kids are comfortable despite there background weather it's LGBT,ethnic,or different/less common beliefs. Youths needs are met within guidelines. they have an amazing discipline system definitely hold youth accountable and process issues. many activities provided to the kids as rewards for good behaviors. they teach youth many life skills for current situations and future. some youth are even offered aftercare following discharge. youth are treated with respect and when they feel disrespected they mend to their concern allowing kids to advocate for themselves through " situation reports" and more.they do a great job making sure appropriate boundaries are maintained during treatment.there are many amazing authority figures you can count on such as miss qtylor, miss Kelsie, miss amber, miss Caitlin, miss Elaine, mr jack, mr jhon, mr tim, and I could go on for hours. overall amazing treatment/program. resource saved my life, I definitely recommend

It is very important for every patient to take some real time to seriously contemplate the extremely difficult, constantly demanding, emotionally exhausting, almost always thankless, yet crucial, work the courageous young women of this office do each weekday.
