This is a 5 star facility. The staff, the counselors, & the medical team made this the best experience of my life. I honestly don’t know how they do it. The addiction education and treatment is amazing. I’ve learned so much, this place has changed my entire outlook on life.
Shout out to employees TAYLOR, GENESIS, LINDSAY, JUSTINE, SHANIA, KARA. You guys are phenomenal. Please keep doing what you’re doing, you guys don’t get paid enough for the work you do. If I could I would rate a 0. The staff were from the beginning condescending and judgemental. One of them even said rude judgemental things about drug addicts being desperate to do anything. Treated patients differently with a lot of favoritism. Have never heard of a detox facility that doesn't understand that people coming in may not be able to sleep and are hungry. The admissions lady that did my insurance and paperwork was the worst. I ended up leaving due to the staff talking about me in a racist way. Very uncomfortable and super rude and no bedside manner or proper etiquette on how to treat a human being let alone a patient at a treatment center they work for. Many times I had to ask out loud, "Where are we" hoping that would snap them back to the reality of the situation bur unfortunately I was walked out by 3 ladies that work there that made me feel unsafe and completely uncomfortable at 3:00 AM.

This place is not somewhere you want to go. They are complete and total liars. As a new person to this whole system they did not explain anything we asked and they held our child against our wishes. They kept telling us we could possibly get him and then they would not release him. They did not give us reasons why they were holding him there. He was clearly ready to leave. This place made it worse for him. The nurses are ignorant and most of the workers are not sympathetic. You are better off dealing with your issues elsewhere!!

Entered with a high level of apprehension, low expectations and uncertainty. My experience here exceeded my expectations. The group of individuals and the process help build a very stable foundation for me. The psi leadership group st all levels weee outstanding. While the results are yet to unfold I left a better person and a solid vision of the future my group associates many have continued the connection through our journey.

I just completed their 28 day stay and it was pretty good. The class's are full with knowledge and tools and coping skills. Most of the staff have your best interests at heart. The food is good and there is alot. Tvs in your room with Netflix, YouTube, tubi, Pluto. You get your phone 2 hours a day everyday. You can smoke, and chew pretty much whenever you want. The nurses will get your meds squared away without a problem. Your counselor will met with you for one on one's all throughout the week. I want to give a shout out to my counselor Lisa White, she really cared about what I was going through and helped me my whole time there. They also provide places you can go to after you complete the program. They have a detox side you can go to when you first get there if you are coming off hard drugs. They have a full size gym with all the equipment and and outside basketball court, volleyball, football, ping pong, cards, and art supplies. You can order stuff from Amazon like hygiene. You can also order nicotine products if you have cash or card or your people can drop them off. I had a easy great time there. You just got to focus on yourself and not worry about what other people are doing. It's easy to get caught up in what other people are doing and if you are going through anything like that just talk to counselor. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get there life headed in the right direction. It's a good starting place. They bill your insurance so it's pretty much free, it dont cost any actual money. Thanks so much recovery village I appreciate the help and I am doing good still.

im 17 ive been with this area for a long time-- but now on to the staff!- they cant treat their own staff right- reasons i know when i never worked there-- the staff would always complain to me about it(was 15-16 when they non stopped said things about their work place )- even when i got a new person to talk to-- they tried giving me pills that im allirgc to and it says that on my record the those pills cause really bad things-- they will NEVER EVER EVEN IF IT COST YOU YOUR LIFE WILL CALL BACK EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY DO- they force you out in everyway---- there is no saving it just turn the building to a place for homeless people bc they made the entrence that already-

When I first pulled up and seen the building I said oh God this can't be the place then they gave me tour inside and I said oh God but I made it my 28 days plus got my excellent in recovery certificate and my little Stone only had a couple problems with a few staff members the last week the doctor didn't want to see me and the recovery Coach Guy didn't want to see me for some reason but the head nurse I'll give her four stars

And to the people on here complaining about what did or did not happen for them...
You have to realize these people have guidelines they have to follow and with a little patience and ingenuity on your part is helpful. If you'll work with them they'll do everything they can for you but you have to put in some time and effort if you want results. I've been with these people for years and yes there's gonna be some disappointments but for the most part they have helped me. Just remember be patient and kind. It goes a long way when you're in need of their help. They have feelings too.🕊️

I have been going there for 14 weeks and I am happy to say that my counselor is awesome. Her name is Heidi and she has helped me with some issues I have been dealing with. I strongly suggest this place for more then drug and alcohol counseling but for other issues you might have. Kudos to you Heidi O"Neal !

Horrrible services horrible therapist for my fiancé. He has Asperger syndrome and ADHD in terms he has autism the therapist is very disrespectful. most therapist are usually supposed to be friendly and nice and understanding and wanting to help but his therapist however, was very disrespectful towards him every session just wanted to get him out of there because she wanted him to have his medicine and just be done she wouldn’t be friendly. She wouldn’t talk to him nicely. and would not keep her word on things he was sent to the hospital because, she gave him too high dosage and said that it was normal on what he was feeling with the medicine and then he was put in a hospital two days ago and she told him if the medicine was causing problems she would lower the dosage and she never did that after he was sent to the hospital i could’ve serious lost him do your job and we told her multiple times about the reaction ! Do your research and look at his medical records before giving to a person , but she refused that after she said she was going to. Also The lady at the front in the office wasn’t even helpful when I said that he was going through something because the dosage was wrong. She told me to call the hotline. She wasn’t helpful at all. please don’t go here I went here years ago and they diagnosed me with something that was not even true and they also gave me the wrong medicine , please go somewhere else because there’s no guarantee that they’re going to treat you and i’m pretty sure if they are doing it to my fiancé are doing it to other people. SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL.

My conditions are quite severe; as I say so myself. I have been in and out of psychiatrists and therapists since 1990 (age 3). Countless diagnoses, countless disappointments. I admit I can be a lot to handle, I push all buttons I can when I am having an episode.
However, this office and ALL of its staff (including the crisis line) is more than qualified and caring to help even the most severe cases.
Every time I’ve been in the office, spoken in person or on the phone, they show nothing but respect and empathy. Even in moments when a regular person would yell back, they stay calm. They even provide help in between visits! I’ve never had a facility that accepts state aid be so amazingly helpful.
32 years old and this office must have been sent from heaven; because in 24 years of being mentally ill, I have finally find doctors who genuinely want to see their patients get better.
