Registration was a bit of a circus but smooth transition from there. Everyone, including registration personnel, was very cordial, professional, kind, etc. The examiner I had is a seasoned professional. Had her before. Two things I would suggest is: 1) keep registration in the out patient clinic where exam is performed, 2) bring back the capes for both the patient and the technician. The gown sucks! A waste of time.

I've had to go there on multiple occasions. They were very nice and they tried to help me so much, though I am super stubborn when it comes to therapy, but regardless of how I am. They always try to find ways that'll work best for you when needing something to change for the better. My occasions, that I truly remember, were for major depression and how to healthily cope with it. Sally was my therapist for both times I went, and loved her. The 1 star review below was left by someone who likes to do that to businesses for the hell of it.

This place pulled me outta a dark spot. I came in feelin’ like death 🤕, but they knew exactly what to do. The detox part? Rough. But they had me in a clean bed , checking on me non-stop. Felt safe for once.They don’t sugarcoat things, but they don’t treat you like garbage either. Just solid care, real help, and a team that actually gives a damn .

This is a 5 star facility. The staff, the counselors, & the medical team made this the best experience of my life. I honestly don’t know how they do it. They addiction education and treatment is amazing. I’ve learned so much, this place has changed my entire outlook on life.

I have been client here for over a year and a half. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I see Dana and Kristin regularly and they have helped me so much. Kathy, Lisa and Chris in the office are wonderful. New director Monica is very approachable and helpful. I was a client at Cummins for several years and left because of constant staff turnover and felt like it wasn’t working for me. Grateful for Hamilton Center.

Hello my name is Adam and I have recently spent seven awesome days at the pavilion in Champaign Illinois and I just wanted folks to know that this place is truly incredibly awesome. Not only was the staff awesome but the nurses the doctor and the patients were all good. I would like to extend a great big thank you to Chrissy, when I arrived I was broken and she recognized that as she had the right personality for me. Sincere and incredibly caring, oh I brought just terrific. The other folks that I can remember the names of is Alyssa and Calvin and I'm sorry to those who I'm not remembering but this place is more than a five star rating as far as I'm concerned thank you very very much the pavilion you really helped me a lot.
