My son is currently receiving care at Harsha, and this facility is an absolute breath of fresh air. For the first time in 11 years, I don't feel dismissed or swept to the side. I feel completely seen and heard. I spoke with the therapist Stacy on Friday, and she took a great deal of time talking with me about her initial thoughts, findings, and concerns. She was knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I have been impressed by each and every person that I have spoken with. My son is happy. I got to visit him in person today, and he said that while he is excited to come home, he is happy here, on the path to healing. I am confident and hopeful, and so is my son. I am very pleased.

Red team and outpatient pharmacy took the time to listen to my dad and ensured his medication needs were met. This small team primary care approach is so refreshing compared to other clinics-keep up the good work!

I didn't catch her name - but on 1/31 at 3:18 pm, an absolute angel of an employee spent 15 minutes of her time talking on the phone with me about my health concern and shared her similar story with me. She was the kindest, most compassionate employee I have ever encountered during my entire scary health experience. She even offered advice on what she did in her case, and I am so appreciative of the time and effort she spent talking to me. I just wanted to share my experience in hopes that it encourages other people to seek out care for their own scary health experiences. In particular, it is clear that Carle on Windsor has some amazing employees who really do care.

I've been here many times and always had a good experience. The medical staff are nice and always listen to my concerns. I'm sorry to see a lot of people have not had good experiences but I've always felt taken care of.

I have never had any issues what so ever and I've been going here for 2 years now. I still am clean going on 5 years total now. Zero relapses. Sophia has gone above and beyond when it comes to my care. even seeing me when I just walked in the door today without an appointment. I've been lucky to have such amazing care. If all Dr.s and Nurses acted like her I think addiction in this country would be almost non existent.

Like I love everyone here been going for years especially my doctors and the nurse that I always get for Janelle Chalmers but for some reason when I call alot of times it does a fax machine noise and I like REALLY need to get through today I tried Friday too.

The staff at the pavilion really helped me understand how to cope with my problems and get a better understanding of everything that was going on and made me determined to get back on my feet thanks to Amy who runs the 2nd floor and all the groups that I went to I appreciate this place for helping me find the will to live again with

The groups were great. I learned a lot about myself & what I need to change for my best life. Staff was great ,very helpful. Loved them all. The Pavilion is a good safe space to get your mind clearer & getting meds adjusted. I’m glad I went, and I pray to never go back! Great group coaches, loved them all, especially the fun ones with games. Beds aren’t very comfortable, but it’s not a hotel & they don’t want you to stay a long time & neither will you. I felt like the 7 days I was there I made great progress, and I’m able to cope with things better, and my mind is clearer. Great job to all on the main floor! The kitchen/ cafeteria however ,was not a good experience. The food was horrible so much salt many things like the lasagna could’ve been really good but somebody put a lot of salt in it. More food was thrown out than eaten, and the kitchen staff was extremely rude. Yelling at patients, refusing to make a sick tray when I was sick & my bp was low. Said need a drs note, which I found out isn’t even a thing there. After my nurses called & told them to make it they were pissed off apparently microwaving soup is very hard to do. RUDE. There’s no reason they can’t make some good homemade healthier meals. They fry food way too much. They have the I don’t give a crap attitude. If I was in charge there I’d clean house of the kitchen staff & start over. If you hate the patients , and your job, and can’t be kind quit! You brought down moral & the yelling is a trigger for many. They are the only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5.
