We called ahead to the Lab / ER because our 9-year-old non-verbal autistic son would resist the scheduled blood draw. I was able to take him in before work, they had a team of 5-7 Hospital staff to help hold him down and get the blood drawn VERY QUICKLY. They were all very nice to him but firm and did what needed to be done. It was a perfect experience, from check in to out the door quickly with my kiddo. :) This could have been an extremely traumatic experience for him, but because the staff was so prepared and good at their jobs it was in and out and I'm very thankful, so I wanted to leave a review.

Thank you for taking great care of me. I couldn't have asked for a better team during my breast biopsy. They made sure I was comfortable, didnt pass out (almost did) and kept me focused on other things during the procedure (even though it hurt super bad not going to lie lol)

I would give the staff here, that I have met, six stars if I could. The new secretaries are so kind and thorough. The nurses are caring, and I cannot recommend Dr Oriaifo more. I can't say much about anyone else because I haven't seen anyone else, but for the secretaries and my doctor, six stars.

I admitted myself for mental health. I was beyond terrified about seeking help that I had so desperately needed. But the beautiful people at ICFR helped me feel comfortable. Centerstone has been one of the best providers put into place for me. I do therapy with Centerstone, have a sober coach that is amazing and also now a peer specialist that are almost like family to me. they make sure that they meet my needs by any means. walking into Centerstone the front desk people are very welcoming and engage with the clients that come through their door.

I would recommend ICFR to anybody that wants to effectively recover. The groups and group facilitators were great and very informative. The nurses were amazing and made me feel very comfortable. Everyone from the case managers, BHT’s, cleaning staff and kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. I made some great connections with people struggling with addiction. The camaraderie I experienced at ICFR was very helpful and very beneficial to my recovery.

MY NAME IS Ron Hamilton And i have to say these counselors and Staff helped me get over my addiction as of last week I got my 7 month chip for being Drug free And being there for 3 weeks in April I took what my counselors taught me you have to want it and remove your self from people places and things I have to thank Mona , Jeff for believing in me and supporting me and all the counselors and Staff. And awesome thank you to the Chefs and kitchen staff for the awesome meals 5 stars to you all in the kitchen you all made awesome meals and again a big thank you everyone the put up with me in the month of April this year I have been clean living in a sober house in tell city. This place pulled me outta a dark spot. I came in feelin’ like death 🤕, but they knew exactly what to do. The detox part? Rough. But they had me in a clean bed , checking on me non-stop. Felt safe for once.They don’t sugarcoat things, but they don’t treat you like garbage either. Just solid care, real help, and a team that actually gives a damn .

Charleston Detox had my back when things were at their worst. The crew there didn’t just treat me like another case — they treated me like a real person. Straight-up support, no judgment, and they kept it honest the whole time.The detox itself was rough, but they made it bearable. Nurses checked on me constantly, and the counselors actually listened. Wow! I read the last review and I am not surprised in the least! I had an experience with this facility and while the lady was pretty confident that I was going to enroll. I guess you thought I had no other choice. She made it clear that she had control over me and if I was one minute late that would mean that my probation would go on forever and that the facility would profit as much as possible based on any problems getting rides that I don't normally need. Clearly the more dependent you are before this happens the higher your rate of success. If you are independent and you have to find dependence on other people then you are likely to fail. SteppingStone makes absolutely no sense. They are a profit machine that is supported highly by city and that is why they are at the top of their list. If you are ever in a position where you have to use rehabilitative services I highly recommend that you skip over this option. Remember me if you're ever in there and they tell you how big of an addict you are when the truth is you just have a life and you made one mistake.

I’ve been here before with my human! This He’s taking care of his mental health after getting dealt a really bad hand in life. Life hasn’t been kind to him lately, and it shows in the weight he carries every day. Coming back to Brentwood Springs feels like returning to a place that actually gets it. The staff here is compassionate and professional. They create a safe, structured environment where my human can focus on healing. The inpatient and outpatient options give real flexibility, and the therapy groups, medication management, and recreational activities seem to help him start processing things he’s been holding onto for too long. He is involved in the Hope4Hero’s program which helps with Active, Veterans and first responders. This program has been so helpful for him. It’s not easy watching someone you love struggle, but seeing him get the support he needs here brings me some peace. The facility is clean and calm, which makes a big difference when emotions are running high. I appreciate how they treat the whole person—not just the symptoms—and include family/ support system education too. It reminds me that he’s not alone in this, even on the toughest days. If you or someone you care about is facing serious mental health challenges or co-occurring issues, Brentwood Springs is a place worth considering. They’ve helped us and I’m hopeful they’ll help my human find some stability and strength now. Thank you to the team at Brentwood Springs for the care you provide. I have never had any issues what so ever and I've been going here for 2 years now. I still am clean going on 5 years total now. Zero relapses. Sophia has gone above and beyond when it comes to my care. even seeing me when I just walked in the door today without an appointment. I've been lucky to have such amazing care. If all Dr.s and Nurses acted like her I think addiction in this country would be almost non existent.
