I travel from Mount Carmel to see my therapist here. I love her and she never makes me feel like a bother. She has helped me in many ways. Sometimes they can't get me in as quickly as theyd like but I know it's because they have an overwhelming influx of patients and not enough therapists to help everyone which is not their fault. I would give the staff here, that I have met, six stars if I could. The new secretaries are so kind and thorough. The nurses are caring, and I cannot recommend Dr Oriaifo more. I can't say much about anyone else because I haven't seen anyone else, but for the secretaries and my doctor, six stars.

I came here at the age of 14 when they were on strike and had to leave due to a lack of professionalism and consistency but I have to say I am very impressed with how much better they’ve gotten under new management, I don’t necessarily agree with the policies of services and the grounds they have for termination but they are fair and understandable nonetheless.

This is a great place to go if you need to go to take classes for a DUI and Substance abuse. It does cost a little bit of money but it is well worth it. The counselor was very nice to deal with. Sometimes we would leave early, but I really did enjoy going there it was a friendly atmosphere. You do get to learn a lot of things. She helped me a lot to get my driver's license back and I'll never forget that. I'll always recommend this place to anyone.

This place is like no other facility I’ve been to tons of freedom not locked down to a specific hallway. Has a full gym basketball court arcade 2 bowling alley lanes pickleball courts barber and more. Staff is incredibly helpful friendly and most are in recovery as well so they truly understand what we’re going through I recommend ICFR.

I was very pleased w staff and cleanliness and groups. Was disappointed that there were no options for any types of recovery meeting options or an H&I panel. I also had a hard time communicating between different staff members without feeling like I was harassing them. “The squeaky wheel gets the grease.” Overall, my needs were met and it is a great client based care center. Would recommend for recovery.

MY NAME IS Ron Hamilton And i have to say these counselors and Staff helped me get over my addiction as of last week I got my 7 month chip for being Drug free And being there for 3 weeks in April I took what my counselors taught me you have to want it and remove your self from people places and things I have to thank Mona , Jeff for believing in me and supporting me and all the counselors and Staff. And awesome thank you to the Chefs and kitchen staff for the awesome meals 5 stars to you all in the kitchen you all made awesome meals and again a big thank you everyone the put up with me in the month of April this year I have been clean living in a sober house in tell city.
