I would give the staff here, that I have met, six stars if I could. The new secretaries are so kind and thorough. The nurses are caring, and I cannot recommend Dr Oriaifo more. I can't say much about anyone else because I haven't seen anyone else, but for the secretaries and my doctor, six stars.

We recently moved to the area, and when we had a mental health crisis, we called LifeSpring. I cannot express how grateful for the staff in Jasper! While crying out for help and being ignored had become the norm at other facilities, the crisis intervention team and staff at LifeSpring in Jasper began rallying around our family. They built a wall of safety around my loved one who needed care, a showed him (and us!) that we are not alone. They faced many “no’s” when trying to help us find additional critical care, but that did not deter them, even after hours, and they were able to find additional resources to help our family. I truly believe that thanks to their caring, determination and tenacity in ignoring the roadblocks and finding other avenues to take that they saved a family member’s life. They also followed up, after hours even, to make sure that the family member’s life had the support and care they needed. I will always be grateful for this group being put in our pathway. They are true heroes.

I admitted myself for mental health. I was beyond terrified about seeking help that I had so desperately needed. But the beautiful people at ICFR helped me feel comfortable. I would recommend ICFR to anybody that wants to effectively recover. The groups and group facilitators were great and very informative. The nurses were amazing and made me feel very comfortable. Everyone from the case managers, BHT’s, cleaning staff and kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. I made some great connections with people struggling with addiction. The camaraderie I experienced at ICFR was very helpful and very beneficial to my recovery.

I’ve been here before with my human! This He’s taking care of his mental health after getting dealt a really bad hand in life. Life hasn’t been kind to him lately, and it shows in the weight he carries every day. Coming back to Brentwood Springs feels like returning to a place that actually gets it. The staff here is compassionate and professional. They create a safe, structured environment where my human can focus on healing. The inpatient and outpatient options give real flexibility, and the therapy groups, medication management, and recreational activities seem to help him start processing things he’s been holding onto for too long. He is involved in the Hope4Hero’s program which helps with Active, Veterans and first responders. This program has been so helpful for him. It’s not easy watching someone you love struggle, but seeing him get the support he needs here brings me some peace. The facility is clean and calm, which makes a big difference when emotions are running high. I appreciate how they treat the whole person—not just the symptoms—and include family/ support system education too. It reminds me that he’s not alone in this, even on the toughest days. If you or someone you care about is facing serious mental health challenges or co-occurring issues, Brentwood Springs is a place worth considering. They’ve helped us and I’m hopeful they’ll help my human find some stability and strength now. Thank you to the team at Brentwood Springs for the care you provide. I learned so many different skills from the staff and a lot about myself. They really took the time to get to know each individual person and also shared their stories with us. I would never have been able to get through my recovery if it wasn’t for BOCA and continue moving forward in my recovery without their continued support even after leaving the facility. They helped me set up appointments at home for when I left, make sure I had my medications, got me into a program for continuing recovery. A great place to go and have the support to better yourself.

Wish i could give 50 stars, luxury recovery only truly happens at Boca. No state pay system riders at boca, all professional tradesmen, firefighters, athletes, etc.... as far as patients. Staff if is AMAZING. So professional in every aspect. They handle every aspect from medical to mental health in addiction treatment. Legal issues are handled for you so you can concentrate on you. Day to day life is comfortable and you feel like a vip. Rooms have personal tvs and the food is prepared by alternating professional chefs. KATIE KATIE KATIE, She is amazing. I went in for a 7 day detox and her and Leann got my legal issues threw out and I spent month at boca instead in luxury. They offer alumni and aftercare to transition back into society. Alyssa Gatz (Director of CRT), and her staff at CRT are by far the most amazing group of people that I have ever encountered. The CRT staff goes above and beyond to help any individual who wants to change their life for the better. The staff is always available and always ready to lend a helping hand anytime out of your 24 hour days. There's never a question that cannot be answered, and if there is the staff again will go above and beyond to get you the correct answer. The 90-day program provides structure and discipline to an individual's life who wants to make a positive change and continue to live a full sober life displaying the best version of yourself. At the end of the 90 day program Ms. Gatz and her staff will provide each individual further recovery by helping the individual who wants to say sober and continue to live with further housing. I moved to Bloomington in January 2024, I had never stepped foot in Bloomington, Indiana and I knew absolutely nobody. The staff at CRT helped me get all the correct documentations that I will need to get a job, driver's license, birth certificates, any other documents that I needed to further my life and Recovery. After the 90-day program and I moved on to a different sober living being Courage to Change the staff of CRT was still more than willing to help me with any other things that I needed or had questions for. Also after I graduated CRT I used to think the staff on the consistent basis for saving my life. They assured me that I saved my own life and they were just grateful to be able to give me the tools the structure and the discipline to change my life so that I can save my life. Me myself I can go on and on about CRT about all the wonderful things that they have to offer but I know 100% that there is not enough time in one day to speak on all the great experiences that I had at CRT. I would recommend to anyone out there who wants to make a change in their life and is willing to make the effort to meet CRT at least halfway to contact them you won't be disappointed believe me when I tell you. I had never sought out therapy prior to being referred here by my PCP. I was placed with a very kind, compassionate and caring therapist who I still see 3 years later here. I have done their PHP program - which was fantastic and very eye opening for myself. Every therapist and social worker there were so supportive and took time to talk to you if you needed to talk, they never made you feel small or unwanted in each group class. I’ve also started EDMR and my therapist has been very gentle with that also. Hands down would return here again if by chance I ever had to quit. I recommend this facility to everyone. You have to be willing to make that change for yourself. These wonderful people cannot do it for you. You have to want it. It’s not handed to you. It’s very hard work. I’m just happy I have Cross Pointe behind me to move forward.

Dr. Rhoton is the real deal and accepts Medicaid Traditional. Fast and friendly service. Front desk is awesome and is good about telling how long the wait is which is generally close to on time. Nurse is also nice. I really miss dealing with this office. I always got more than awesome service. I had to switch to another provider but will always be willing to come back if insurance changes in the future if they are accepting new patients

I’ve been here twice and if I needed to go back I would. I see a lot of reviews about terrible staff and awful nps. Truth is there are people who do it cause they care and people who do it to work. My techs 9/10 were amazing but I also followed rules. I was comforted when I cried by staff that cared. I will say there are people here that are way too old school or just flat out mean. Those are the people I just chose to try to ignore or request someone else. It is an impatient program many people have many different issues. You are going to see things you don’t like and don’t agree with some that even triggered me, that will be everywhere you go. Only thing you can do is be honest and take time in your process.

I didnt like my therapist at first, she talked to me more as a mental issue then a person, but I ended up transfering to a different therapist because my old one got a promotion and shes the nicest person ever, we actually bond over common intrest rather then just talking about my mental heath and what's going on in my life and I find her very fun and easy to talk to.
