I would give the staff here, that I have met, six stars if I could. The new secretaries are so kind and thorough. The nurses are caring, and I cannot recommend Dr Oriaifo more. I can't say much about anyone else because I haven't seen anyone else, but for the secretaries and my doctor, six stars.

We are dealing with a health issue that requires a LOT of visits. We have been in several areas and treated by many members of the staff here. They couldn’t be kinder or more helpful to us as patient and spouse. This will always be our hospital of choice.

Our first visit to Memorial was a blessing. We will definitely be back to this hospital if we need care in the future. From the receptionist, to each and every nurse, anesthesiologist, the surgeon, treated us so kindly and respectfully. I loved having Lynnette Matteson as my nurse practitioner, she was like my therapist and second mom. So sad that she is no longer working here. Wished she didn’t leave. So sad to see such a good NP go.

I stumbled (literally) into BOCA Recovery center on February 5th with little hope. I was set to spend 21 days away from all the comforts of Home My family and dog.
My first week of detox was more comfortable than I expected. Assisted with medications that helped me through The Tough days ahead. After I came out of the fog I dove head first into my recovery.
I went to every group meeting. I went to every AA meeting available I participated 100% And was determined to take advantage of every tool I would need to be successful. I learned Skills from so many People that have been there done that
And could relate to what I was feeling honestly feeling.
I didn’t realize I had so many traumas until we started talking about it. I have an addictive personality And the roots run deep through my family tree. With all the professional help I was able to navigate through those tough Traumas.
I realized I was drinking to bury those feelings and forget. They run a tight Shift With an Excellent routine.
They fed us very well.
They really focused on mind-body and soul. I will be forever grateful for the help

I received exactly the kind of care I had hoped for and I am leaving treatment feeling ready to face the world. Much of the staff is in recovery themselves and it really showed in their understanding and lack of judgment when treating me. I really loved my time here.

Christina Seitz is extremely good at her job and takes her role seriously. She is thorough in her approach and her ability to explain the purpose for each task she does. She is an asset to Centerstone and the process of helping to maintain people's mental health!
ICFR answered my call and saved my life. The facilitators thought me how to handle my feelings and emotions and how to change negative thinking into positive thoughts and actions. The staff helped get me what I needed in a timely manner. Therapists are excellent in listening and providing feedback in what I said. Rooms are cleaned daily and the food was great.

I was in a really bad place before coming here. The best way to sum up my visit was that my initial assessments from intake to discharge were drastically different in the best ways. Everyone was so welcoming and kind and the employees all wanted to help at any point. There were a few bumps because when is there not, but I would absolutely recommend this place! Southwestern is an absolutely wonderful place. They worked diligently together with me to grow and enhance my coping skills . They offer guidance and resources in the therapy I needed to be healthy.
Was there just 33 days back in 2021..I learn so much about myself as a person and life skills...These people care and help you in any way possible to get the treatment that you need!!Would recommend this facility to anyone that wants the help to change

The first program to actually work for me. I've been through programs.. so many of them throughout my life, yet this is the one that changed me. There aren't enough stars on the options for me to post publicly for the gratitude I have to the amethyst House and all the people associated. I can only hope that someone out there reading this, can use my personal experience with, and reference to the Amethyst House to save more lives.

I was a resident at the women's house and completed IOP, CBT and aftercare at the outpatient facility...Amethyst completely changed my life for the best. I was finally able to learn how to live a sober life and was given a great support system, even after graduating the program. The people who work for Amethyst truly care about their clients and I am so thankful I was able to be apart of the program.
I am now 15 months clean and sober and I don't think I would have made it this far if I hadn't went through this program.
I went to a meeting there. It was a Women's AA meeting. Everyone was really nice and made me feel welcome!

I'm part of the community where this wonderful house is located. From what I've witnessed they provide help with love and care. They are changing lives every day. It's so nice they are giving second chances to all of these women.

Alyssa Gatz (Director of CRT), and her staff at CRT are by far the most amazing group of people that I have ever encountered. The CRT staff goes above and beyond to help any individual who wants to change their life for the better. The staff is always available and always ready to lend a helping hand anytime out of your 24 hour days. There's never a question that cannot be answered, and if there is the staff again will go above and beyond to get you the correct answer. The 90-day program provides structure and discipline to an individual's life who wants to make a positive change and continue to live a full sober life displaying the best version of yourself. At the end of the 90 day program Ms. Gatz and her staff will provide each individual further recovery by helping the individual who wants to say sober and continue to live with further housing.
I moved to Bloomington in January 2024, I had never stepped foot in Bloomington, Indiana and I knew absolutely nobody. The staff at CRT helped me get all the correct documentations that I will need to get a job, driver's license, birth certificates, any other documents that I needed to further my life and Recovery. After the 90-day program and I moved on to a different sober living being Courage to Change the staff of CRT was still more than willing to help me with any other things that I needed or had questions for. Also after I graduated CRT I used to think the staff on the consistent basis for saving my life. They assured me that I saved my own life and they were just grateful to be able to give me the tools the structure and the discipline to change my life so that I can save my life.
Me myself I can go on and on about CRT about all the wonderful things that they have to offer but I know 100% that there is not enough time in one day to speak on all the great experiences that I had at CRT. I would recommend to anyone out there who wants to make a change in their life and is willing to make the effort to meet CRT at least halfway to contact them you won't be disappointed believe me when I tell you. Again thank you to the staff of CRT I appreciate everything I love you guys and God bless you and your office.

I went to CRT and my experience is you couldn’t find a better rehabilitation program. The staff truly care, making your stay very individualized. Recovery isn’t a one size fits all we are all very unique and different in the things we need and the CRT staff approach this amazingly. They do a great job at preparing you for the next step in your life. If i could give them a better rating i would. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love the staff here. They are so quick to take care of us veterans. They're always doing nice things for us veterans. I love the canteen starting to carry woman veterans stuff.
3-31-25 the doctor and everyone were very nice and concerned. Asked questions and talked a long time. This was my yearly physical. I did expect to be checked out from head to toe but I guess she did what was necessary

Linda Morse has taken good care of me; listened to my concerns and got me the help I needed. Best provider I’ve had at Bloomington VA. The nursing staff has always been great. Hope Linda has a wonderful retirement and I hope the next provider is as caring as her.

I always feel comfortable and well cared for here. If only all American citizens could recieve this kind of medical care. It's sometimes hard to get through by phone but this may be a system wide VA problem. Don't mean to gripe though, otherwise I'm grateful.
I had never sought out therapy prior to being referred here by my PCP. I was placed with a very kind, compassionate and caring therapist who I still see 3 years later here.
I have done their PHP program - which was fantastic and very eye opening for myself. Every therapist and social worker there were so supportive and took time to talk to you if you needed to talk, they never made you feel small or unwanted in each group class.
I’ve also started EDMR and my therapist has been very gentle with that also. Hands down would return here again if by chance I ever had to quit. I recommend this facility to everyone.
You have to be willing to make that change for yourself. These wonderful people cannot do it for you. You have to want it. It’s not handed to you. It’s very hard work. I’m just happy I have Cross Pointe behind me to move forward.

Dr. Rhoton is the real deal and accepts Medicaid Traditional. Fast and friendly service. Front desk is awesome and is good about telling how long the wait is which is generally close to on time. Nurse is also nice. I really miss dealing with this office. I always got more than awesome service. I had to switch to another provider but will always be willing to come back if insurance changes in the future if they are accepting new patients

My psychiatrist is awesome. Finally, a doctor got my meds right, and I'm doing so much better. Dr. Rhoton is great!
I travel from Mount Carmel to see my therapist here. I love her and she never makes me feel like a bother. She has helped me in many ways. Sometimes they can't get me in as quickly as theyd like but I know it's because they have an overwhelming influx of patients and not enough therapists to help everyone which is not their fault. They do their best and I am thankful I have the ability to go.

I have a wonderful therapist, a wonderful pyschiatrist and they have options for both video appointments or in person. They also have an app that allows you to easily see when your appointments are. :)

LifeSpring Health Systems in Paoli has been incredibly helpful to me. I have found their staff and clinicians to be the MOST caring and accommodating. In my experience, they have gone above and beyond to provide care with understanding and expediency. They are professional, compassionate, and communicative. I highly recommend their services and am so grateful they are in our community.

I just spent 13 days in here not that long ago. I’m using a fake name because I want to. I was on the youth side and i had a very good experience there. There was not one single staff member who I disliked. Everyone seemed like they actually cared about me and my safety. The techs were so so good to me and helped me get through my hard times with humor. Emily, David, Justin, Andrew, and Katie 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐were all very helpful to my healing process and they treated me like I was a human, and not some crazy person. I’ve been here twice and I’ve never had a bad experience. Thank you all for your help!
I see Samantha as a therapist and she’s fantastic. All of the staff is very friendly, and Jenny in DBT (also a individual therapist) is great! I’ve overcome a lot of issues by attending sessions and group here.

I didnt like my therapist at first, she talked to me more as a mental issue then a person, but I ended up transfering to a different therapist because my old one got a promotion and shes the nicest person ever, we actually bond over common intrest rather then just talking about my mental heath and what's going on in my life and I find her very fun and easy to talk to.
As the community mental health center they do their best to meet the needs of those with mental illness and addiction. The staff on the Child& Family team has over 30 years of collective experience and genuinely care about partnering with clients in progressing toward their goals. They celebrate when clients are able to "graduate" from services.
