I would give the staff here, that I have met, six stars if I could. The new secretaries are so kind and thorough. The nurses are caring, and I cannot recommend Dr Oriaifo more. I can't say much about anyone else because I haven't seen anyone else, but for the secretaries and my doctor, six stars.

Amy Ethridge and her staff gave my mom exceptional care during her 10 yr battle with cancer . They always had medical records and made phone calls to help us navigate this difficult situation. I was very aggressive and demanding and Amy and staff went above and beyond to help . We went to much better facilities and were not as pleased as we were with our local care ! MY NAME IS Ron Hamilton And i have to say these counselors and Staff helped me get over my addiction as of last week I got my 7 month chip for being Drug free And being there for 3 weeks in April I took what my counselors taught me you have to want it and remove your self from people places and things I have to thank Mona , Jeff for believing in me and supporting me and all the counselors and Staff. And awesome thank you to the Chefs and kitchen staff for the awesome meals 5 stars to you all in the kitchen you all made awesome meals and again a big thank you everyone the put up with me in the month of April this year I have been clean living in a sober house in tell city. Wow! I read the last review and I am not surprised in the least! I had an experience with this facility and while the lady was pretty confident that I was going to enroll. I guess you thought I had no other choice. She made it clear that she had control over me and if I was one minute late that would mean that my probation would go on forever and that the facility would profit as much as possible based on any problems getting rides that I don't normally need. Clearly the more dependent you are before this happens the higher your rate of success. If you are independent and you have to find dependence on other people then you are likely to fail. SteppingStone makes absolutely no sense. They are a profit machine that is supported highly by city and that is why they are at the top of their list. If you are ever in a position where you have to use rehabilitative services I highly recommend that you skip over this option. Remember me if you're ever in there and they tell you how big of an addict you are when the truth is you just have a life and you made one mistake.

I’ve been here before with my human! This He’s taking care of his mental health after getting dealt a really bad hand in life. Life hasn’t been kind to him lately, and it shows in the weight he carries every day. Coming back to Brentwood Springs feels like returning to a place that actually gets it. The staff here is compassionate and professional. They create a safe, structured environment where my human can focus on healing. The inpatient and outpatient options give real flexibility, and the therapy groups, medication management, and recreational activities seem to help him start processing things he’s been holding onto for too long. He is involved in the Hope4Hero’s program which helps with Active, Veterans and first responders. This program has been so helpful for him. It’s not easy watching someone you love struggle, but seeing him get the support he needs here brings me some peace. The facility is clean and calm, which makes a big difference when emotions are running high. I appreciate how they treat the whole person—not just the symptoms—and include family/ support system education too. It reminds me that he’s not alone in this, even on the toughest days. If you or someone you care about is facing serious mental health challenges or co-occurring issues, Brentwood Springs is a place worth considering. They’ve helped us and I’m hopeful they’ll help my human find some stability and strength now. Thank you to the team at Brentwood Springs for the care you provide. We recently moved to the area, and when we had a mental health crisis, we called LifeSpring. I cannot express how grateful for the staff in Jasper! While crying out for help and being ignored had become the norm at other facilities, the crisis intervention team and staff at LifeSpring in Jasper began rallying around our family. They built a wall of safety around my loved one who needed care, a showed him (and us!) that we are not alone. They faced many “no’s” when trying to help us find additional critical care, but that did not deter them, even after hours, and they were able to find additional resources to help our family. I truly believe that thanks to their caring, determination and tenacity in ignoring the roadblocks and finding other avenues to take that they saved a family member’s life. They also followed up, after hours even, to make sure that the family member’s life had the support and care they needed. I will always be grateful for this group being put in our pathway. They are true heroes.

This place is amazing for people that are willing to put in the effort, time, dedication, and work into themselves to better their mental health. Be honest and vulnerable with your psychologist to get diagnosed accurately. They only know what they’re told. Work with the staff while being open and receptive to treatment. It’s that simple. I finally got accurately diagnosed, got on personalized medication, talked daily with a therapist so we could talk about strategies to overcome my personal challenges, and I put in the work for myself; this place isn’t a quick solution or a “cure all” by any means, it’s the first step forward you just have to use the opportunity, be consistent with putting effort, love, care, time, and dedication into yourself. BOTTOM LINE: Work With The Staff and Put In The Work to make a better life for yourself. You have to put in the work for you, they can’t fix all of your problems for you: PUT IN THE WORK 💪🏻

Has saved my life many times. The staff has been very respectful and helpful. My treatment team does an amazing job of taking the time to address anything and everything that's going on in my life. I had never sought out therapy prior to being referred here by my PCP. I was placed with a very kind, compassionate and caring therapist who I still see 3 years later here. I have done their PHP program - which was fantastic and very eye opening for myself. Every therapist and social worker there were so supportive and took time to talk to you if you needed to talk, they never made you feel small or unwanted in each group class. I’ve also started EDMR and my therapist has been very gentle with that also. Hands down would return here again if by chance I ever had to quit. I recommend this facility to everyone. You have to be willing to make that change for yourself. These wonderful people cannot do it for you. You have to want it. It’s not handed to you. It’s very hard work. I’m just happy I have Cross Pointe behind me to move forward.

Dr. Rhoton is the real deal and accepts Medicaid Traditional. Fast and friendly service. Front desk is awesome and is good about telling how long the wait is which is generally close to on time. Nurse is also nice. I really miss dealing with this office. I always got more than awesome service. I had to switch to another provider but will always be willing to come back if insurance changes in the future if they are accepting new patients

I’ve been here twice and if I needed to go back I would. I see a lot of reviews about terrible staff and awful nps. Truth is there are people who do it cause they care and people who do it to work. My techs 9/10 were amazing but I also followed rules. I was comforted when I cried by staff that cared. I will say there are people here that are way too old school or just flat out mean. Those are the people I just chose to try to ignore or request someone else. It is an impatient program many people have many different issues. You are going to see things you don’t like and don’t agree with some that even triggered me, that will be everywhere you go. Only thing you can do is be honest and take time in your process.
