I travel from Mount Carmel to see my therapist here. I love her and she never makes me feel like a bother. She has helped me in many ways. Sometimes they can't get me in as quickly as theyd like but I know it's because they have an overwhelming influx of patients and not enough therapists to help everyone which is not their fault. They do their best and I am thankful I have the ability to go.

I came here at the age of 14 when they were on strike and had to leave due to a lack of professionalism and consistency but I have to say I am very impressed with how much better they’ve gotten under new management, I don’t necessarily agree with the policies of services and the grounds they have for termination but they are fair and understandable nonetheless.

When I wife was seen in the E R for my low blood, severe bleeding and bad pain I had some awesome drs who actually listened to me and didn’t let me leave in pain. I did have an issue a few times once on 5th floor due to bleeding I got three blood clots from the IV the charge nurse knew something wasn’t right so she put in for Dr to see me a ultrasound was schedule I had a Dvt and two superficial blood clots but the so called supervisor said before the ultrasound nothing is wrong even though my arm was swollen red and I couldn’t bend it. The student nurses on 5th floor were very nice and understanding they helped me and etc.. The nurse Sarah up on 5th floor very ignorant and huffs when you have a issue

When the program started in this place I thought it would be a waste of time but in fact, it was the opposite, they were friendly, friendly, caring and compassionate, they are sincerely interested in patients since they come in the door. I've had to go there on multiple occasions. They were very nice and they tried to help me so much, though I am super stubborn when it comes to therapy, but regardless of how I am. They always try to find ways that'll work best for you when needing something to change for the better. My occasions, that I truly remember, were for major depression and how to healthily cope with it. Sally was my therapist for both times I went, and loved her. The 1 star review below was left by someone who likes to do that to businesses for the hell of it.

I loved having Lynnette Matteson as my nurse practitioner, she was like my therapist and second mom. So sad that she is no longer working here. Wished she didn’t leave. So sad to see such a good NP go.
