I travel from Mount Carmel to see my therapist here. I love her and she never makes me feel like a bother. She has helped me in many ways. Sometimes they can't get me in as quickly as theyd like but I know it's because they have an overwhelming influx of patients and not enough therapists to help everyone which is not their fault. They do their best and I am thankful I have the ability to go.

When I wife was seen in the E R for my low blood, severe bleeding and bad pain I had some awesome drs who actually listened to me and didn’t let me leave in pain. I did have an issue a few times once on 5th floor due to bleeding I got three blood clots from the IV the charge nurse knew something wasn’t right so she put in for Dr to see me a ultrasound was schedule I had a Dvt and two superficial blood clots but the so called supervisor said before the ultrasound nothing is wrong even though my arm was swollen red and I couldn’t bend it. The student nurses on 5th floor were very nice and understanding they helped me and etc.. The nurse Sarah up on 5th floor very ignorant and huffs when you have a issue

This hospital provided an exceptional experience. The medical staff demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and presence, consistently remaining in the room. They took the time to explain each procedure, its purpose, and the next steps, ensuring we were well-informed. At no point did we feel like an inconvenience; they readily addressed our inquiries and ensured we had all necessary support. Despite their evident fatigue and heavy workloads, their dedication to my brother's care and our comfort was unwavering, which was truly impressive.

A Transformative Stay at Harsha Behavioral Center!!! Checking into Harsha Behavioral Center was a pivotal moment in my journey with anxiety and depression. This 5-star inpatient mental health facility redefines care through its exceptional programming and compassionate staff. From day one, I was immersed in a structured, yet flexible schedule tailored to my needs, making it far more than a typical hospital stay. The programming at Harsha is outstanding, blending evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT with innovative group sessions and holistic options such as mindfulness and music therapy. Daily one-on-one counseling with skilled therapists helped me unpack deep-rooted issues, while group activities fostered connection and support. The center also offers psychoeducation classes, teaching coping skills that empowered me to manage my mental health long-term. Every session felt purposeful, with progress tracked meticulously to ensure personalized care. Post-discharge, their comprehensive aftercare plan, including virtual follow-ups and resource referrals, ensured a smooth transition. The heart of Harsha’s excellence lies with its Chief Nursing Officer, Adam. Adam leads from the heart, and he has built a team of highly trained, empathetic nurses who are available around the clock. His leadership shines through in the staff’s attentiveness and innovative care protocols, emphasizing patient dignity. I saw him engaging with patients during rounds, creating a warm, supportive atmosphere that elevates the entire facility. My week-long stay was transformative, thanks to Harsha’s robust programming and Adam’s leadership. This isn’t just a hospital—it’s a lifeline for those seeking top-tier mental health care. This is definitely the best hospital I have been to, and I cannot imagine that there is anyplace better.

Honestly, my visit was to just get blood drawn for some labs so I can't really expound on that. However, I've been exclusively going to Regional for about 6 years (when I moved back to TH). I have found all aspects of the hospital to be amazing. This is true eve compared to hospitals in the Atlanta where I previously lived. They have great quality people from custodians to nurses, to the doctors. I have had to visit their ER a few times, but they are so much better than Union hospital that I want to laugh. I have had 20 kidney stones and with my last two I went to the ER at Union in the middle of the night for massive pain from the stones moving. Union wanted to do almost nothing to help thinking I was a drug addict, so after I left I went straight to Regional and they knew immediately the level of pain I was in and how to treat it. They also got me into surgery the next day to remove the stones (Union didn't even do any imaging or X-rays to check on the stones). There are other events where I went to Regional including an issue with my wife. They are so expert at diagnosing and caring for the patient that it makes Union look pathetic.
