I travel from Mount Carmel to see my therapist here. I love her and she never makes me feel like a bother. She has helped me in many ways. Sometimes they can't get me in as quickly as theyd like but I know it's because they have an overwhelming influx of patients and not enough therapists to help everyone which is not their fault. They do their best and I am thankful I have the ability to go.

I recommend working with any therapist, they are all friendly and willing to go the extra mile in order to help you succeed. I used to be a part of one of their programs. I would give the staff here, that I have met, six stars if I could. The new secretaries are so kind and thorough. The nurses are caring, and I cannot recommend Dr Oriaifo more. I can't say much about anyone else because I haven't seen anyone else, but for the secretaries and my doctor, six stars.

These women and men are unbelievably in touch with the recovery process. There's no doubt that they have and are still pouring their all into helping others in their recovery process. I get a moment to speak not just about the process, but also I'm given time to just let any and everything on the table...minus any judgment. Ashlee and Lora are two women I would go to bat for. I was here in 2020 and stayed about a week, the place fore the adults was nice had a roo to myself with no roommates which was good. The had a sensory room for adults and asked to go in there cause one if the patients there was screaming and throwing things causing me to go into a meltdown judt like covering my ears and stuff I asked to go in cause i wasnt liking the noise and the staff was kind enough to let me be in there until things settle down. There was this one nurse who was with me when I was ready to be picked up I cant remember his name but he also enjoyed My hero academia when I told him about it so that made my day. Im just one of the few wbo enjoyed being here to get away from it all.

Harsha Behavioral Center doesn't get enough credit for the work they do. Every employee that I interacted with was kind, despite being heavily overworked. We've got no idea what goes on in the background but I'll tell you 100% that if you want to do the work and get better, this is the place to be. They don't control anything other than your schedule and meds, so it's up to the patient to better themselves. It wasn't where I wanted to be, but it's where I needed to be in that moment. Always grateful for their help.

When the program started in this place I thought it would be a waste of time but in fact, it was the opposite, they were friendly, friendly, caring and compassionate, they are sincerely interested in patients since they come in the door. This place is like no other facility I’ve been to tons of freedom not locked down to a specific hallway. Has a full gym basketball court arcade 2 bowling alley lanes pickleball courts barber and more. Staff is incredibly helpful friendly and most are in recovery as well so they truly understand what we’re going through I recommend ICFR.
