I recommend working with any therapist, they are all friendly and willing to go the extra mile in order to help you succeed. I used to be a part of one of their programs. I would give the staff here, that I have met, six stars if I could. The new secretaries are so kind and thorough. The nurses are caring, and I cannot recommend Dr Oriaifo more. I can't say much about anyone else because I haven't seen anyone else, but for the secretaries and my doctor, six stars.

I am a 72 year old male. I have been using Urology Specialist for approximately 25 years. For the last several years I saw Cassie Memering. In my 72 years I’ve had my share of medical problems and seen many doctors in many towns and different hospitals. I can honestly say none of them treats me with the personal, caring way that Cassie does. When I show up for a visit they are very prompt at getting me into see her. I think a lot of you men could have a problem going to a female for your urology needs, but let me tell you Cassie takes that fear all away. She is the most personable, caring, understanding, medical professional I have ever dealt with. We talk, she listens, she understands, and she advises me on all my issues. I would highly recommend Cassie Memering to anyone needing those types of services.

We called ahead to the Lab / ER because our 9-year-old non-verbal autistic son would resist the scheduled blood draw. I was able to take him in before work, they had a team of 5-7 Hospital staff to help hold him down and get the blood drawn VERY QUICKLY. They were all very nice to him but firm and did what needed to be done. It was a perfect experience, from check in to out the door quickly with my kiddo. :) This could have been an extremely traumatic experience for him, but because the staff was so prepared and good at their jobs it was in and out and I'm very thankful, so I wanted to leave a review.

Thank you for taking great care of me. I couldn't have asked for a better team during my breast biopsy. They made sure I was comfortable, didnt pass out (almost did) and kept me focused on other things during the procedure (even though it hurt super bad not going to lie lol)

5 stars! I have not even been to the Jasper office yet...but seen my new doctor in the Orleans office. There was a misunderstanding, I think with my previous doctor from Orleans leaving a 2 week gap in medicine, I've taken for 29 years! Without hesitation my new doctor at The Jasper office took over right away and filed that medicine! I have genuinely NEVER been cared for by a doctor like that way my whole life! I know I will definitely be at the Jasper office in a few weeks for my appointment and I just appreciate it so much local doctors would have just let me suffer they have before. Thank you so much can't wait to get the treatment I've been searching for at the Jasper Life Springs 🙏

We recently moved to the area, and when we had a mental health crisis, we called LifeSpring. I cannot express how grateful for the staff in Jasper! While crying out for help and being ignored had become the norm at other facilities, the crisis intervention team and staff at LifeSpring in Jasper began rallying around our family. They built a wall of safety around my loved one who needed care, a showed him (and us!) that we are not alone. They faced many “no’s” when trying to help us find additional critical care, but that did not deter them, even after hours, and they were able to find additional resources to help our family. I truly believe that thanks to their caring, determination and tenacity in ignoring the roadblocks and finding other avenues to take that they saved a family member’s life. They also followed up, after hours even, to make sure that the family member’s life had the support and care they needed. I will always be grateful for this group being put in our pathway. They are true heroes.

When the program started in this place I thought it would be a waste of time but in fact, it was the opposite, they were friendly, friendly, caring and compassionate, they are sincerely interested in patients since they come in the door. ★★★★★ I would highly recommend Indiana Center for Recovery. No treatment facility is perfect, and there are a few things I think could be improved, but overall my experience was very positive. In talking with residents who had been through treatment before and experienced relapses, I repeatedly heard this was the best facility they had been to. After my experience, I understand why. The biggest area for improvement is communication. There can be a lot of redirection between staff when trying to get an answer, and expectations aren't always communicated clearly. When someone is already in a difficult place and there to heal, even small communication issues can become frustrating. For example, there's a sign-up sheet for cleaning the lunch area that I didn't know about until I discovered I was on it. It's no big deal—about 15 minutes with several people—but knowing beforehand would help. Mail is another example: you need to check the office after sessions each day if you're expecting something. Small things, but clearer communication would make the experience easier. A few practical recommendations: bring an inexpensive wristwatch because you won't have your phone and clocks aren't always readily available. If you smoke, you can't bring a lighter, although techs are readily available to light cigarettes. A small, dim flashlight is useful for finding things at night without disturbing roommates. A blanket can also help in a cold room or with getting comfortable in a chair. Where Indiana Center for Recovery really shines is the people and treatment. Syndey, Greg, and Dave are excellent facilitators. Classes cover a wide range of subjects and include traditional groups along with activities such as art and music. I learned a great deal about recovery, myself, and how I look at life. They also offer acupuncture and a variety of other therapeutic activities. The staff deserves a lot of credit. Toni, Justin, Sarah, Carter, the nursing staff, and many others do a great job. The atmosphere among both staff and residents is remarkably nonjudgmental and supportive. Everyone has a story and is working through something. The facility has a gym, arcade, and plenty of outdoor areas for walking or sitting when the weather cooperates. Those things matter when you're temporarily removed from your normal life and routine. Treatment isn't easy. Being away from home, without your phone and outside your normal environment, can be difficult. But Indiana Center for Recovery gives you an opportunity to step outside that environment, learn about yourself, work on what brought you there, and figure out what comes next. I especially appreciate that treatment doesn't feel one-size-fits-all. They continually assess where you are, work closely with you, and help determine appropriate next steps for treatment, sobriety, recovery, or mental-health care. There are communication and organizational details I would improve, but they don't outweigh the quality of the people, treatment, support, and overall experience. For someone who genuinely wants help and is willing to participate in the process, I would absolutely recommend Indiana Center for Recovery. It earned five stars from me—not because everything is perfect, but because what matters most about the place is very good.
