I travel from Mount Carmel to see my therapist here. I love her and she never makes me feel like a bother. She has helped me in many ways. Sometimes they can't get me in as quickly as theyd like but I know it's because they have an overwhelming influx of patients and not enough therapists to help everyone which is not their fault. They do their best and I am thankful I have the ability to go.

I would give the staff here, that I have met, six stars if I could. The new secretaries are so kind and thorough. The nurses are caring, and I cannot recommend Dr Oriaifo more. I can't say much about anyone else because I haven't seen anyone else, but for the secretaries and my doctor, six stars.

My son is on the autism spectrum, and Harsha’s child psychiatrist, Dr. Hinshaw, understood his needs from day one. They made thoughtful medication adjustments that genuinely helped him stabilize, and they approached him with patience, structure, and compassion. He told us more than once that Harsha “felt like a healing place,” which meant everything to us as parents.
He participated in daily coping-skills groups, gym time, and arts-and-crafts therapy, all of which helped him express himself and learn healthier ways to manage difficult emotions. The progress he made in just a short time was remarkable.
I also want to highlight the therapist we worked with, Julia, who helped us create a personalized electronics plan to reset expectations at home. My son is currently receiving care at Harsha, and this facility is an absolute breath of fresh air. For the first time in 11 years, I don't feel dismissed or swept to the side. I feel completely seen and heard. I spoke with the therapist Stacy on Friday, and she took a great deal of time talking with me about her initial thoughts, findings, and concerns. She was knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I have been impressed by each and every person that I have spoken with. My son is happy. I got to visit him in person today, and he said that while he is excited to come home, he is happy here, on the path to healing. I am confident and hopeful, and so is my son. I am very pleased.

When the program started in this place I thought it would be a waste of time but in fact, it was the opposite, they were friendly, friendly, caring and compassionate, they are sincerely interested in patients since they come in the door. I just read a review stating that this place was a joke, but it's beyond the opposite of one. Kind, friendly, caring, compassionate, life saving people right as soon as you walk into the building💞...... unless of course u run into staff in the parkinglot..😮😂

ICFR has been absolutely life changing for me in my recovery. The staff is wonderful; big shout outs to Lily, Sean, Kara Lynn, Jennifer, Macey, Tim, Nikki, Cindi, Scott and Kristina! The rec center and new outdoor track/courts are great for getting the body moving and endorphins flowing - and the extra classes (Grief&Loss, Mysticism, Positive Self Talk) have been more than beneficial.
The best advice for someone coming in: bring your own refillable water bottle, ask lots of questions about your treatment plan, and advocate for yourself. You only get out what you put in! Good luck on your journey!!
