I would give the staff here, that I have met, six stars if I could. The new secretaries are so kind and thorough. The nurses are caring, and I cannot recommend Dr Oriaifo more. I can't say much about anyone else because I haven't seen anyone else, but for the secretaries and my doctor, six stars.

Amy Ethridge and her staff gave my mom exceptional care during her 10 yr battle with cancer . They always had medical records and made phone calls to help us navigate this difficult situation. I was very aggressive and demanding and Amy and staff went above and beyond to help . We went to much better facilities and were not as pleased as we were with our local care ! We called ahead to the Lab / ER because our 9-year-old non-verbal autistic son would resist the scheduled blood draw. I was able to take him in before work, they had a team of 5-7 Hospital staff to help hold him down and get the blood drawn VERY QUICKLY. They were all very nice to him but firm and did what needed to be done. It was a perfect experience, from check in to out the door quickly with my kiddo. :) This could have been an extremely traumatic experience for him, but because the staff was so prepared and good at their jobs it was in and out and I'm very thankful, so I wanted to leave a review.

Thank you for taking great care of me. I couldn't have asked for a better team during my breast biopsy. They made sure I was comfortable, didnt pass out (almost did) and kept me focused on other things during the procedure (even though it hurt super bad not going to lie lol)

I was here in 2020 and stayed about a week, the place fore the adults was nice had a roo to myself with no roommates which was good. The had a sensory room for adults and asked to go in there cause one if the patients there was screaming and throwing things causing me to go into a meltdown judt like covering my ears and stuff I asked to go in cause i wasnt liking the noise and the staff was kind enough to let me be in there until things settle down. There was this one nurse who was with me when I was ready to be picked up I cant remember his name but he also enjoyed My hero academia when I told him about it so that made my day. Im just one of the few wbo enjoyed being here to get away from it all.

We recently moved to the area, and when we had a mental health crisis, we called LifeSpring. I cannot express how grateful for the staff in Jasper! While crying out for help and being ignored had become the norm at other facilities, the crisis intervention team and staff at LifeSpring in Jasper began rallying around our family. They built a wall of safety around my loved one who needed care, a showed him (and us!) that we are not alone. They faced many “no’s” when trying to help us find additional critical care, but that did not deter them, even after hours, and they were able to find additional resources to help our family. I truly believe that thanks to their caring, determination and tenacity in ignoring the roadblocks and finding other avenues to take that they saved a family member’s life. They also followed up, after hours even, to make sure that the family member’s life had the support and care they needed. I will always be grateful for this group being put in our pathway. They are true heroes.

Went in for Appendicitis. They had me in surgery a few hours later and got my appendix removed without any complications. The only bad part was dealing with the bill. I had no insurance and had to utilize Indiana Medicare. That experience was awful. Took almost a year to straighten out.

When the program started in this place I thought it would be a waste of time but in fact, it was the opposite, they were friendly, friendly, caring and compassionate, they are sincerely interested in patients since they come in the door. I just read a review stating that this place was a joke, but it's beyond the opposite of one. Kind, friendly, caring, compassionate, life saving people right as soon as you walk into the building💞...... unless of course u run into staff in the parkinglot..😮😂

I admitted myself for mental health. I was beyond terrified about seeking help that I had so desperately needed. But the beautiful people at ICFR helped me feel comfortable. The group facilitators were well beyond amazing. They have taught me so many skills that I can now take out into the world and continue my journey of mental health recovery. MY NAME IS Ron Hamilton And i have to say these counselors and Staff helped me get over my addiction as of last week I got my 7 month chip for being Drug free And being there for 3 weeks in April I took what my counselors taught me you have to want it and remove your self from people places and things I have to thank Mona , Jeff for believing in me and supporting me and all the counselors and Staff. And awesome thank you to the Chefs and kitchen staff for the awesome meals 5 stars to you all in the kitchen you all made awesome meals and again a big thank you everyone the put up with me in the month of April this year I have been clean living in a sober house in tell city. This place pulled me outta a dark spot. I came in feelin’ like death 🤕, but they knew exactly what to do. The detox part? Rough. But they had me in a clean bed , checking on me non-stop. Felt safe for once.They don’t sugarcoat things, but they don’t treat you like garbage either. Just solid care, real help, and a team that actually gives a damn .
