I travel from Mount Carmel to see my therapist here. I love her and she never makes me feel like a bother. She has helped me in many ways. Sometimes they can't get me in as quickly as theyd like but I know it's because they have an overwhelming influx of patients and not enough therapists to help everyone which is not their fault. They do their best and I am thankful I have the ability to go.

All of the ladies we have encountered here has been AMAZING! So sweet & helpful!!!!

Was asked by my employer to stop in to do a random DOT drug test. All of the staff from the ladies in the front to the medical side, working in the back were super awesome and very professional! Thank you

I've been to other V.A. clinics and this us the best. I drive 45 minutes to get there and there is one 10 minutes from me. This one is the best.

Helps me with my problems

First time at the clinic it was easy to get to a the service was great going to see if I can get my primary care transferred to here.

The staff is always kind and understanding and does what it best for each individual.

I have been going there on and off for 6 years now. That is an awesome place. They have drug rehabilitation groups, drug classes, and their therapists are wonderful. They are kind and respectful, and to top it all off They take your problems and issues seriously!! They also have doctors you can see there as well. They have both mental and physical doctors!

I was there once. I got appointment, fill in the forms,they are accept my emergency insurance. Dr.Bacala was great, she is help me, listen all my problems. I give a four star, because I m await my appointment about 3 weeks. Too long,cause I had a injury of my elbow joint. But another sides of that clinic are positive.

I came here at the age of 14 when they were on strike and had to leave due to a lack of professionalism and consistency but I have to say I am very impressed with how much better they’ve gotten under new management, I don’t necessarily agree with the policies of services and the grounds they have for termination but they are fair and understandable nonetheless.

Brenda does a very good job working with your schedule and making sure understand the process of getting your license back. Along with that she also prepares you to get back on the road by giving you the knowledge and understanding of how to live a more sober life. Highly recommend!

Yes I am a past client we are moving back too Plainfield and we need family counseling I know Paul Schiender there and Dr. Z my husband and I and my son we need counseling services and my husband needs to see a psychiatrist there his anger issues is out of hand . I can't keep putting up with it my last name was different then I have known you for years when Marsha Carr was a counselor . Shame she isn't still there I been very quiet now I had anger issues but since I been loving in Hamilton county it's been an awlful experience living up here. We need someone who is nice and understanding and who doesn't take sides I have put up with this at all the counseling centers we have been too that is one thing I won't put up with that. A good therapist doesn't take sides you can't tell my husband nothing he is right your wrong you will see I still say something happen too him when he was little abuse that went on in the home . Can't wait too get back there and come there too see someone.

While it's not anything fun to review, upon completion, I'm glad that I chose this place to report to. Allan is a good guy. He's not judgemental at all and this experience was not nearly as painful as I had originally imagined.

My daughter had to come here for counseling and was able to receive really good treatment. They were kind and understanding. So nice to know that some people's main objective is to help people whenever they can.

Regardless of how u happen to arrive at (new way of life counseling) be it by choice or court ordered u r treated equally.Mr Hayden is always professional,kind, respectfull,and mindful that we r individuals,he shares professional, personal,knowledgeable, tools to give his clients what it takes to be an asset to there selves, families, there community's..... comfortable and welcoming ( Never a problem only a solution ) life just go at it in a new way 👍

I went abbcon for alcohol counciling after my dui , Amy was very good to work with , she respected everyone's time ,she did not intend that anyone would leave without learning something. The entire staff that I met was very courteous, and I like to think I'm more educated on alcohol use/abuse since I decided to attend their classes

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is extremely kind and willing to work with everyone. They carry a lot of knowledge and typically have an answer to any question you may have. The clinicians truly want to see each of their clients succeed. There is no place in Evansville comparable to New Visions.

I have never been in therapy and I have been here for about a month now. I get excited for my next visit. Heather is such a sweet and caring woman and she can really put a smile on your face. The receptionist's I don't want to misspell her name. She is always working very hard but she will make sure you feel right at home and comfortable. Oh she gorgeous to so don't be to nervous. She gets me Everytime she speaks. I would give them more then 5 stars if I could.

I have been going to New Visions for a little over 2 years and Aly has helped me see life in a whole new light! Coming from a background of childhood abuse, sa, and domestic violence, she has helped me regain confidence in myself and has helped guide me through the everyday challenges I face!
