When the program started in this place I thought it would be a waste of time but in fact, it was the opposite, they were friendly, friendly, caring and compassionate, they are sincerely interested in patients since they come in the door. I just completed their 28 day stay and it was pretty good. The class's are full with knowledge and tools and coping skills. Most of the staff have your best interests at heart. The food is good and there is alot. Tvs in your room with Netflix, YouTube, tubi, Pluto. You get your phone 2 hours a day everyday. You can smoke, and chew pretty much whenever you want. The nurses will get your meds squared away without a problem. Your counselor will met with you for one on one's all throughout the week. I want to give a shout out to my counselor Lisa White, she really cared about what I was going through and helped me my whole time there. They also provide places you can go to after you complete the program. They have a detox side you can go to when you first get there if you are coming off hard drugs. They have a full size gym with all the equipment and and outside basketball court, volleyball, football, ping pong, cards, and art supplies. You can order stuff from Amazon like hygiene. You can also order nicotine products if you have cash or card or your people can drop them off. I had a easy great time there. You just got to focus on yourself and not worry about what other people are doing. It's easy to get caught up in what other people are doing and if you are going through anything like that just talk to counselor. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get there life headed in the right direction. It's a good starting place. They bill your insurance so it's pretty much free, it dont cost any actual money. Thanks so much recovery village I appreciate the help and I am doing good still.

The lodge has an incredible staff of counselors and techs that absolutely cares about your recovery in a woodsy and relaxing environment that has access to a gym and 24 hour availability to people who can help with any issue that you might be having with recovery and access to food 24 hours a day ( so watch the belt line ) . Although the schedule is demanding they have a way of making seem that it is not over bearing ... They changed and saved my life and I know the staff can do the same for you if you want it ... This is a 5 star facility. The staff, the counselors, & the medical team made this the best experience of my life. I honestly don’t know how they do it. The addiction education and treatment is amazing. I’ve learned so much, this place has changed my entire outlook on life.

Doing the hard work in therapy is the key. I've been through physical and mental therapy, and likewise with both, you get out what you put in. Whether it's psych, therapy, group sessions, a skills coach...as much as you can engage in, dig deep and show up.
My road has been rough and the journey isn't over, and it feels good to have a team under one roof, along with a group of peers I see every week whom can actually empathize with me, because they're going it through it too.
It's a place with real people. Have I had an occasional communication/scheduling blip? Yes, but it's extremely rare. And the environment is appropriate for what the setting is, which I appreciate.
The support staff is friendly and helpful. The practioners that have helped me, including Wyeth, Julie, Lacy, and Alicia, along with the peer group, have been great.
I highly recommend their services.

When I first pulled up and seen the building I said oh God this can't be the place then they gave me tour inside and I said oh God but I made it my 28 days plus got my excellent in recovery certificate and my little Stone only had a couple problems with a few staff members the last week the doctor didn't want to see me and the recovery Coach Guy didn't want to see me for some reason but the head nurse I'll give her four stars

I had never sought out therapy prior to being referred here by my PCP. I was placed with a very kind, compassionate and caring therapist who I still see 3 years later here.
I have done their PHP program - which was fantastic and very eye opening for myself. Every therapist and social worker there were so supportive and took time to talk to you if you needed to talk, they never made you feel small or unwanted in each group class.
I’ve also started EDMR and my therapist has been very gentle with that also. Hands down would return here again if by chance I ever had to quit. I recommend this facility to everyone.

Dr. Rhoton is the real deal and accepts Medicaid Traditional. Fast and friendly service. Front desk is awesome and is good about telling how long the wait is which is generally close to on time. Nurse is also nice. I really miss dealing with this office. I always got more than awesome service. I had to switch to another provider but will always be willing to come back if insurance changes in the future if they are accepting new patients

I called the office of Dr Blanky at Ascension Medical Center and I was told he was working half a day and didn’t have any appointments available. After the receptionist spoke with Dr Blanky, he agreed to see me. He has always been kind, supportive and knowledgeable.

The place over all was terrible , but I managed to stay to see what I could get out of it . Im pretty sure I had jail food better than the food i was served here. VERY POOR communication . One staff would say one thing , then the other would say something different or that they would do something and never would do it. You knew which staff actually truly cared about their job and patients and which staff didn’t ( the ones who sat on the phones texting and watching videos all shift and getting pissy because you asked them a simple question). It just seemed to be a lot of favoritism going around . The therapist and some patients were awesome . That’s about it .

I have been going there for 14 weeks and I am happy to say that my counselor is awesome. Her name is Heidi and she has helped me with some issues I have been dealing with. I strongly suggest this place for more then drug and alcohol counseling but for other issues you might have. Kudos to you Heidi O"Neal !
