The front desk staff is very professional understanding and friendly. These people really are there to help without any judgment. Believe me they have seen and heard it all so if you find yourself in a situation where you should see counseling do not hesitate to be open and honest with them. I went in with one attitude and came out a completely different person for the better. Big shout out to Kaitlyn and Jeff. You two are great and thankyou soo much for the clear thinking skills I have gained. I will carry everything I have learned from you two for the rest of my life. 6 stars if I could !!

My son did sober living at this facility and he learned so much and became a responsible adult that no prison or rehab ever gave him! He reaches out for help now. He works and supports himself. I can only say amazing things about how they helped him beat his addiction! Yes he still battles but he has more confidence in his ability to stay clean and sober now. He seeks out meetings that he used to refuse to go to. I am so grateful for Rosecrance❤️❤️ Thank you for giving me my son back❤️❤️❤️

Cory and Lauren we're great. Both very understating, and easy to talk with. Prices were affordable.They helped make an uncomfortable situation comfortable. I have been seeing my psychiatrist there for 3 years. Dr. Godbolt is great! She takes her time and has given me a new hope on life. NOW, The after hours answering service is another story! They rarely pass your message to your Dr. They are very disrespectful. I just called the answering service a few minutes ago. I have terrible insomnia and I've been awake for 3 days. I'm hallucinating because I have been up for so long. At first she was not going to contact my doctor because she said they don't do psychiatry after hours.. what is that? Then I told her that I have been awake for 3 days and I am starting to hallucinate and she said hold on came back two minutes later and said you know what just call back at 8:30 in the morning that's all I can do for you. Something just doesn't seem right there

Sadly the doctor I originally was scheduled to see wasn't there but I had another doctor Dr. Magee. He seemed very relaxed, detailed, he let me sit and explain everything going on wasn't rushed not long of a wait in the morning. They are genuinely pretty cool so far but this was just my very first appointment.

Sophia has gone above and beyond when it comes to my care. even seeing me when I just walked in the door today without an appointment. I've been lucky to have such amazing care. If all Dr.s and Nurses acted like her I think addiction in this country would be almost non existent.

I didn't catch her name - but on 1/31 at 3:18 pm, an absolute angel of an employee spent 15 minutes of her time talking on the phone with me about my health concern and shared her similar story with me. She was the kindest, most compassionate employee I have ever encountered during my entire scary health experience. She even offered advice on what she did in her case, and I am so appreciative of the time and effort she spent talking to me. I just wanted to share my experience in hopes that it encourages other people to seek out care for their own scary health experiences. In particular, it is clear that Carle on Windsor has some amazing employees who really do care.

Riverside is the best medical mental health facility I have ever stayed in in my life. My mother was beaten real bad and I was traumatized very bad. I slept in the bathroom and they were very patient with me. I learned a lot of coping skills with my mental health as well as skills that I still use today. The outpatient team was awesome and if I could put an awareness on people on the staff that were there when I was there. . My dad was admitted to Riverside for hallucinations and memory concerns. The nurses, doctors, and other staff members did an amazing job with him. They kept in constant touch with me via phone calls or in person and were very thoughtful listeners when we asked questions. He stayed for about 10 days and he thought his stay was very beneficial. He was in the geriatric unit. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to other elderly people who are having similar concerns as my dad. Thank you, Riverside.
