Way better than riverside by a long shot started out rough in the er tell I got a good grouple of people the guy doing the cr scan this time should get a raise cause he found out I had appendicitis thank the world he found that and I just definitely would recommend st Mary s over riverside riverside was terrible they would have just let me die honestly the billion dollars a year riverside gets should go to st Mary s just everyone in st Mary s is great fantastic group of people did everything they could for me

I had never been to rehab before. I told Myself I would be able to get Myself better by Myself. It doesn't work that way. I went to Branden House and they helped me so much more than I thought I needed. It's hard at first... Discipline and withdrawal. I had a hard time everyday at first trying to not cry but they all welcomed my healing tears. I feel so much better about society today knowing that there is places like this with caring people out there for struggling people such as myself. God bless Branden House.

SunCloud is fantastic! From intake to graduation the team is there to support you in whatever type of recover you need. Staff is kind, caring and adaptive to your needs. Dedicated doctors on site. Post treatment support and groups. Would and have recommended to family and friends.

I was scared and unsure going into this process but after the Community welcomed me with open arms I knew I was in the right place. Staff went above and beyond my expectations with how devoted their are to taking care of us. I felt safe and comfortable to start my healing process. The psychiatrist is the best doctor I have ever worked with. I am forever thankful for this wonderful place in giving me a second chance at life.

I found SunCloud by Googling different outpatient treatment centers Per the request of my therapist and went with them because of their ratings. I did not know what to expect when coming into SunCloud, but as soon as I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. I was in the Naperville location, and they have both an adolescent and adult side, which includes all ages. SunCloud provides food M, W, and F for lunch, which is highly convenient as it removes the stress of figuring out what you will eat and saves you money. The therapists, front desk, and RN staff are exceptionally kind and supportive. They all want the best for every person there and recognize even the most minor accomplishments. There is a daily 1.5-hour process group where it truly feels so safe and comfortable to share whatever is on your mind/you are going through.Peers provide feedback or listen if that is what you need. The therapists are good at prompting if you need them and always allow patients to choose whether they want to share. There are psych. Ed. Groups after lunch where we learn different DBT skills or play games to engage in mindfulness. You also meet with a therapist and psychiatrist once a week one-on-one in addition to groups. I have met some of the best people at SunCloud. There is nothing like being in a place full of people to recover or better themselves and accept each other with non-judgment and love. I created lifelong friendships, and being there even inspired me to get my masters in social work. I never wanted to leave. Whether you are struggling with substance abuse, grief, eating disorders, or complex trauma, the community is SO important. The support is unmatched. Once you graduate from the program, there is an alum and outpatient group, so the support never stops. I miss coming in every day! Thank you so much SunCloud!

The Staff at Symetria Recovery ( Deborah, Anna , Maria, Elsa , etc..) all treat their patients like family. They are all so Caring, Loving and Supportive. That makes the road to recovery that much easier. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone thats struggling with any kind of substance abuse.A. Short

Absolutely love this place and all of the staff- Maria, Debbie & Debbie the receptionist as well, Bianca, Zoey, Elsa - everyone. This placed saved my life and my sobriety. The therapy, knowledge, empathy & atmosphere- all amazing. So grateful to for all of it.

Symetria creates an environment where people feel safe, supported, and valued. The morning IOP group supported me through the hardest part of my life and I will forever be grateful for the amazing people I met. I think each one of us in the group looked forward to our time together in that healing place. Our counselor Brian is an expert in his field. He led our group through many difficult topics and conversations and did so with enormous compassion. Individual sessions with Brian were always insightful. Brian has a unique way of making each of his clients feel good about themselves. If you struggle with addiction and are looking for a place where you can start to make changes, I highly recommend Naperville's IOP program. Thank you for helping me change my life.

I am so grateful for the entire staff of Heartland. At some of my families toughest moments, they were there to help support in all the ways that they would. I have had the unfortunate need to seek treatment for a family member and this is the place I would always recommend for any family I know. Heartland has completely transformed my life. I came as a client seeking a change, and I was met with open arms by a team full of love, understanding, and compassion, free of judgment. Jaime, Jeanie, Molly, Germaine, Travis, Laura, and Jen each one of them is unique and passionate about helping people. I've never felt so cared for. My gratitude is endless, so much so that I joined the Heartland team full-time. There's truly no place I'd rather be.

This was a great place to clean up, and make positive changes. It was a safe clean place, which is more than I can say for other similar institutions. Special shoutouts to Rachael my therapist, and Maggie my caseworker. Loved Megan the nurse, she was instrumental in helping with making sure I had a good plan for discharge. I ve read a couple reviews, from people that seem to have unrealistic expectations for what happens at treatment. Clean safe and people who really do there best to help make sure you are setup for success. 10/10 would recommend if you or a loved one are looking to make a change.
