This would be my second time at river bend , When faced with the decision on which place I would seek treatment at , The only place I truly knew I would get help at was river bend . The staff there are so kind and respectful. They truly understand that no one wants to be there so they do their best to make it a better experience for everyone. I spent Easter at river bend and I am so thankful for the staff who truly cared and found ways to make the day a good one. Shout out to Corey for always be a good staff and making my experience at river bend a positive one and to Mindy (not sure how to spell names) for being an awesome staff and hiding Easter eggs for us and of course Ali for being an excellent nurse and advocating for me! Staff turn-over is frequent. Difficult when one has to use their appointment time updating a new health care provider. Have to call the Crawfordsville office repeatedly to get Rx refills. Disorganized and difficult to get accurate information. Dr. Dale Crowder needs to retire.

I have been client here for over a year and a half. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I see Dana and Kristin regularly and they have helped me so much. Kathy, Lisa and Chris in the office are wonderful. New director Monica is very approachable and helpful. I was a client at Cummins for several years and left because of constant staff turnover and felt like it wasn’t working for me. Grateful for Hamilton Center.

The Indiana Center for Recovery in Bloomington, Indiana literally saved my life. A lot of people say treatment for drug abuse saved their life but when I walked into the treatment center on Dec 2, 2025 my blood pressure was at stroke levels and I had no idea. I had literally been walking around with hyper tension for several years and combined with my drug abuse I made bad decision after bad decision after bad decision. I thought I was going in to detox or to reset myself but I realized after a couple weeks that it was a life changing event. The nursing staff got me on high blood pressure meds to stabilize my health and the therapists and facilitators got me into recovery. By practicing meditation, yoga, therapy, group sharing, exercising and eating right I have regained not only my health but my crystal clear clarity. I am now in recovery for three weeks and have about another week to go in the program. Colin Troy and his staff was instrumental in getting me into the program and my therapist Meghan Miller has helped me tremendously along with all the staff at the recovery center and even with a week left I feel like I have a new lease on life. I used to say that I was built for this, in regards, to my drug abuse, but now I have flipped that saying into I am built for recovery. And it's all down to the Indiana Center for Recovery and their amazing staff and program. Highly recommend for those that are serious about their recovery. Wonderful compound, living conditions, with an amazing gym and recreation center. Staff is accommodating, thoughtful, and professional. Plus they use holistic practices like mediation, yoga, art and music therapy, and acupuncture to go along with the traditional therapy and twelve step program education, with the added addition of a Recovery Dharma leaning. After being here I can see why they are now rated number 1 nationally for treatment and recovery centers.

The receptionists lie! My son is 100% disabled, his health situation doesn't change. It is a constant battle to get through to Dr. Braswell to manage my son's medications. He always runs out, ends up in the local hospital because the receptionists don't give a flying flip about the patient and their current need to get their meds refilled. This office needs a major personnel overhaul!!

Professional yet warm staff, Incredible Drs. who really take the time to listen. They understand that each person has a different experience when detoxing and do their best make an individualize treatment plan. The entire detox floor is kept immaculate and the food is nutritious and is good. I would recommend this detox floor to anyone needing help. Many nurses are in recovery of some sort.

I’ve never written a review like this before, but Belinda at Regional Health absolutely deserves it. She is, without exaggeration, the sweetest and most genuinely caring person I have ever dealt with at any establishment. I’ve never even met her in person, yet she has treated me with more kindness, consistency, and dedication than most people you meet face-to-face.
Belinda goes above and beyond in every way. She helped me find an amazing doctor, made sure my medications were taken care of, and anytime she said she would do something, I knew for a fact it would get done. No doubts. No chasing. No stress.
There were days she even made late calls just to make sure everything was handled for me, then followed up to confirm things went smoothly.
It’s rare to find someone in healthcare who brings this level of compassion and follow-through. She has made my life a million times easier, and I’m genuinely grateful for her. If every healthcare system had a “Belinda,” the world would be a much better place.

I have been seeing my psychiatrist there for 3 years. Dr. Godbolt is great! She takes her time and has given me a new hope on life. NOW, The after hours answering service is another story! They rarely pass your message to your Dr. They are very disrespectful. I just called the answering service a few minutes ago. I have terrible insomnia and I've been awake for 3 days. I'm hallucinating because I have been up for so long. At first she was not going to contact my doctor because she said they don't do psychiatry after hours.. what is that? Then I told her that I have been awake for 3 days and I am starting to hallucinate and she said hold on came back two minutes later and said you know what just call back at 8:30 in the morning that's all I can do for you. Something just doesn't seem right there

I finally found a great doctor's office...NP Shan Brown is an amazing person incredibly understanding and knowledgeable the nurse that took me to the back is great and the receptionists are very professional and friendly, I've been there twice with no more then a 5 min wait..this place is amazing compared to any other aunt Martha's I've been to!

first of all shout out to my OB Cecila Powless, she was amazing the whole time. She thoroughly informed me of everything she could & during labor, she kept such positive energy & had me laughing in the middle of contractions. She did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable and happy. She was very respectful of my choices and decisions.
Then all the nurses i had the whole time were just the sweetest. Such beautiful souls who truly seem to love their job. Thank you for the experience & making it the best most comfortable stay ever.

I had never been to rehab before. I told Myself I would be able to get Myself better by Myself. It doesn't work that way. I went to Branden House and they helped me so much more than I thought I needed. It's hard at first... Discipline and withdrawal. I had a hard time everyday at first trying to not cry but they all welcomed my healing tears. I feel so much better about society today knowing that there is places like this with caring people out there for struggling people such as myself. God bless Branden House.

Although I was in the schedule for my surgery the times I was getting was 12pm,then 5pm, then 7pm. My surgery didn’t start till maybe 6pm but I was prepped at 8-9am long time to wait huh. Well I was a little frustrated but I got over it after I finally was getting told I was goin back. I got to meet my little girl downside of the whole thing was they were always short staffed on labor and delivery floor so things were either slow or just never came but other than that you guys did a great job i was done with my surgery very quickly, the anesthesiologist talked me thru everything to reassure not was I comfortable but ok before anything became a issue the music selection for my surgery was tea🤏🏾🤏🏾 I got to song along for my surgery which was a 10/10😫😊&& my Ob/doctor was amazing real big shoutout to her!!!! My daughter is healthy and I got to choice when I wanted to go home😊🤞🏾

My brother went to your Indianapolis RCA for help with substance abuse (alcohol) and mental health treatment, depression since his wife of over 50 years passed away he has been struggling the last three years.
I received a call from Brian Cloud stating RCA could help him. Brian was the only good thing I have to say about RCA. He was there anytime I reached out and called or texted him. He tried his best to help me.
As far as my brother’s care is concerned that facility in Indianapolis is horrible. It’s run down and the staff is not qualified to be treating people. They talk about having a nice outdoor area with gazebos and a pond but barely let anytime outside to enjoy it.
My brother couldn’t leave his floor unless he was going to a meeting. I could never reach a live person the entire time he was there I just had to leave a message. It’s more like jail!
Brian Stephens called me while my brother was there to let me know insurance would no longer cover my brother’s stay. When I asked for a number to speak with someone he refused stating they can’t speak to patients families or they would get nothing done and hung up on me.
My husband and I drove the two and a half hour drive to get my brother the next day. He was in worse mental health than he was when he went in your facility. Your staff is horrible and does not treat the patients with kindness and care.
I would never recommend your facility to anyone. All you are out for is how many clients you can cram into your facility and how much money you can make off these poor people that really need help. It’s inexcusable!! I would tell anyone looking for help look somewhere else don’t send your loved ones here!
