I have been seeing my psychiatrist there for 3 years. Dr. Godbolt is great! She takes her time and has given me a new hope on life. NOW, The after hours answering service is another story! They rarely pass your message to your Dr. They are very disrespectful. I just called the answering service a few minutes ago. I have terrible insomnia and I've been awake for 3 days. I'm hallucinating because I have been up for so long. At first she was not going to contact my doctor because she said they don't do psychiatry after hours.. what is that? Then I told her that I have been awake for 3 days and I am starting to hallucinate and she said hold on came back two minutes later and said you know what just call back at 8:30 in the morning that's all I can do for you. Something just doesn't seem right there

I finally found a great doctor's office...NP Shan Brown is an amazing person incredibly understanding and knowledgeable the nurse that took me to the back is great and the receptionists are very professional and friendly, I've been there twice with no more then a 5 min wait..this place is amazing compared to any other aunt Martha's I've been to!

I had never been to rehab before. I told Myself I would be able to get Myself better by Myself. It doesn't work that way. I went to Branden House and they helped me so much more than I thought I needed. It's hard at first... Discipline and withdrawal. I had a hard time everyday at first trying to not cry but they all welcomed my healing tears. I feel so much better about society today knowing that there is places like this with caring people out there for struggling people such as myself. God bless Branden House.

From visit on 11-17-2025. Pat was an extremely caring nurse, she made sure I got seen very quickly for my trigeminal nerve pain and my abscess. The nurse practitioner was also very kind and compassionate and made sure I had pain medication before I left the ER. My prescriptions were called in promptly. Pat brought the medication right away and made sure I was discharged promptly.

My dad was admitted to Riverside for hallucinations and memory concerns. The nurses, doctors, and other staff members did an amazing job with him. They kept in constant touch with me via phone calls or in person and were very thoughtful listeners when we asked questions. He stayed for about 10 days and he thought his stay was very beneficial. He was in the geriatric unit. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to other elderly people who are having similar concerns as my dad. Thank you, Riverside.

If you know how to follow some simple rules & are genuinely serious about getting off opiates Duane Dean will save your life. It saved mine 17 years ago. Victoria is a fantastic nurse. You have to remember what she's dealing with. Junkies that are always trying to bend rules, manipulate people & drug tests, argue or just act immature. If your serious about recovery go to Duane Dean. If you think Methadone is "withdrawal insurance" don't waste everyone's time, stay on the street.
It's not easy, but if your reading this,, it's probably time. Being a functional Junkie isn't easy either. Good Luck!!

IF you genuinely want help and are going to put in the work this place is a good place with various resources to assist people in various aspects of their lives. They provide the tools needed to live a sober life but YOU have to want it. Someone stated in a review it's an "addicts market", and I will say there are people there who are not serious in treatment and/or might only be there because they are forced and they do use the place to make more connections unfortunately. But again if you want the help and are serious about treatment this facility can and will provide you the tools to succeed. No one but YOU can do the work though. They offer groups Monday - Saturday (Parenting on Thursdays) and the groups are very helpful and beneficial (in my experience). Most of the staff are very professional, supportive, and caring.

My experience here was a learning experience and they have a lot of good hearted people here when I was there in 2011. I didn’t always feel comfortable with talking with certain people. My recovery journey was filled with many ups and downs and was one of the hardest things I actively participated in. If it wasn't for Jacob and the staff over at Banyan I do not believe I would be where I am today. God willing I will celebrate 5 years of sobriety on May of this year. At the beginning of my journey I was a broken individual but the compassion and love I received from everyone at the facility from the admissions staff to the case managers and even the techs on site made all the difference in my success. I know this was something I could not do alone and I am beyond grateful for the resources and information that was so freely given to me. Due to the staff and every one else I met along the way I have peace of mind that is worth its weight in gold. My mother and loved ones no longer have to lose sleep over wondering if they would be reading an obituary for me. Thank you again to Jacob and all of the folks over at Banyan.

My psychiatrist recommended Suncloud because I was going through a really tough time in my life. I was hesitant because I was at another treatment facility and didn't have a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I came to Suncloud because the staff were all so kind and genuinely cared about helping you. Their process groups can be tough but are so helpful in working through your trauma. It's been a year now since I started treatment and I can confidently say that I learned the skills and created an amazing support group that have helped me be in such a better place. Even after you're out of treatment, they have an awesome alumni group with plenty of opportunities to connect with others that have gone through similar things. I highly recommend Suncloud.

This place turned my life around although some people were there using it as a shelter what they were doing was none of my business at that time because the focus was on me. Some questions I have if anyone is kind enough to please answer them for me:
1. Can she bring in a vape pen? (Tobacco)
2. How do phone calls go?
3. How does visiting go? If I don’t have an ID, can I be denied entry?
4. Any helpful advice you have for me to help her adjust when she gets back home?
5. Any tips/ insider info you could give me to tell her to help her stay be more comfortable?!

I went to gateway rehabilitation and the food was good. But the best part of my experience was my counselor. Virginia Garcia was absolutely fabulous. She went above and beyond her duty for me. She made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. She is lovely and kind. Ty Virginia.

When I came to Symetria I was fairly depressed about my abuse of alcohol. I knew it wasn’t who I truly was and I needed the help to recognize positive ways to help me identify what I was doing that put me into a downward cycle of binge drinking. Through the Intensive Outpatient program coupled with Individual counseling and attending SMART meetings I discovered a clear path to follow to stop what I was doing and move forward in life without alcohol. I’m proud to say I’m coming up on 4 months completely alcohol free and it feels amazing! The staff at Symetria absolutely cares about each individual’s success and they put the person first. The Staff at Symetria Recovery ( Deborah, Anna , Maria, Elsa , etc..) all treat their patients like family. They are all so Caring, Loving and Supportive.
