Place helped me get my life on track. I met a lot of good people while there. I learned a lot. It's like anywhere there is good and bad. Ultimately I would say the good out weighted the bad. They focus more on income then the wellness of the students. The staff wants you to be a man of character while not following the rules they have in place themselves. They lie about a lot of things especially their success rate. They are always focused on expanding when they need to focus on the men in the program. Working for 10 months at a fulltime job was a little much too. Especially with no pay. They also show favor to certain people as well. It did help save my life. The counselor there is an awesome man that helped me with family relationships and how to cope with stress and anger. The work program helped me to learn how to cope in the work place. I learned a lot of scripture while there. Helped me to become the Christian man I am today. I really enjoyed going to all the different churches and meeting the people I did. They helped me get in compliance with my probation. The intake coordinator made sure that I made it to all of my court dates. I also was able to get my driving permit while there. Today I am 2 and a half years sober. I don't think I would be able to say that if it wasn't for going to the program. You have to truly want it and be serious about it for this program to work. It is hard but it is meant to be. I pray for leadership here and may God bless this ministry.

Other Forms of Payment

Financial aid can take many forms. Centers may have grants or scholarships available to clients who meet eligibility requirements. Programs that receive SAMHSA grants may have financial aid available for those who need treatment as well. Grants and scholarships can help you pai for treatment without having to repay.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Levels of Care

When participating in an inpatient rehab program, you'll reside at the treatment center for the duration of the program. Your housing and meals are provided, allowing you to focus on your recovery without outside triggers, stressors, and other distractions. You'll receive daily addiction counseling, drawing on various psychotherapeutic approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. Many inpatient drug rehabs also offer complementary holistic therapies, such as yoga, meditation, or animal therapy, and creative arts therapy.

Treatments

Alcohol use disorder (alcoholism) can be severe, moderate, or mild. Symptoms include spending a lot of time drinking, wanting to stop but being unsuccessful, and feeling strong cravings that lead to overuse of alcohol. At any severity level, alcohol addiction is treatable through alcohol rehab in Illinois. Most comprehensive rehab programs include medical detox, inpatient rehab, and ongoing alcohol counseling/support (maintenance).

Programs

Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.

Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
