Had an atv accident. Went to marion va. Got in wi 10 minutes. RN Brandi put me in the bad boy room. Got me into xray and ct in a very short while. Dr Blackstone Tucker looked me over. The difference between this treatment center and the rest has to do with the exceptional people that work there. They're non-judgmental, compassionate, they're not critical of us when we make a bad judgment call. This is they're statement "Triumphing over opioid addiction by integrating treatment, counseling and COMPASSIONATE PATIENT CARE THAT SAVES LIVES". The last sentence is remarkable, true and they mean it. I've been addicted over 40 yrs. I've wasted an entire lifetime. This is the first TX center that didn't make me feel ashamed, judged and no one working there is anything but special, caring, compassionate and kind. I've never got clean out here before. I'm about to pass up 3 months now. Very excited about this life changer. Thanks to all of you at Cape Girardeau Metro Treatment Center. I enjoy working with my Psychiatrist and Therapist.They are warm and welcoming. I did not feel judge or uncomfortable speaking to them.My only complaint was having to wait a year to start seeing the Therapist, however I was able to start seeing my Psychiatrist right away.Also I use the pharmacy at the CCC, Genoa. The keep track of my prescriptions and will refill them when needed and let me know they are ready to pick up. I never have to work about running out if I forget to get the refill.

I have struggled with addiction for most of my adult life. i have sought help at different times, but the service i get at Restart Recovery seems different. The staff, particularly the manager actually listened to my questions and concerns, instead of telling me what i should do. They were compassionate and spoke kindly. I got a second dui and had to take group classes with ms. Mona. At first I was like anyone else would be " this is lame I Don have a problem." After some time I actually started yo look forward too group and it really did help alot. Ms. Mona is great and does a wonderful job keeping everyone engaged with whatever the topic is that night. It became a lot like a group therapy session. I also work on the boat and would miss class. Ms. Mona and the staff were always awesome in helping me make up classes so that I could complete the course onetime and be able to get back to a regular life again. Definitely would recommend this program to anyone who needs it.
