I wasn't thrilled about doing these classes but found them very informative we usually finished class up a little early and they are VERY friendly and quick to get the forms submitted to the court

They provide excellent services. The counselors are very realistic in their approach, they're not all stuffy and stuck up, ans they're all about to empathize with you and your situation. They allow you to do things on your terms and are there to HELP you. I used their services for many months and they were very helpful in getting me where I am today.

Not only are the councilors very good at what they do but I have missed some classes because of personal problems and they reached out to just check in me these group of people are great I can't thank them enough.. they make you feel as if your at home with like your family you won't regret these classes

Very good place I went to it in person a few times for one thing that covered a lot of things and got it cleared up quick then went through a little bit of it on the phone and took care of some more issues really quick

I honestly don't believe any of the negative reviews, those are from people that do not have the ability to be pleased.The facilities are for helping people in need of the resources they supply and the resources are excellent. This location has come along way compared to the way it was before. I’ve been coming here since 2022 and have had better progress and experience than I’ve had with any other facility in my part of Illinois/St. Louis. Although the psychiatric program is horrible and the therapy program would be excellent if you weren’t spending more time getting to know a new therapist every 6 months instead of working on your issues. (so when another job position opens up and pays more these therapist up and leave). For the most part I don’t have anything bad to say about this place my doctor is Kevin Garner and he’s the best primary care Provider that I’ve ever had. He cares and if he can help me with anything he does are points me into the direction I’m supposed to go. I recommend this place for anything from drug addiction to the flu are just getting your meds filled. Just go find a therapist or a psychiatrist somewhere else!!!

Staff is very kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful. Had a great life changing experience here. Would recommend to anyone in similar circumstances.

The staff is amazing and makes me feel comfortable and safe and no one is judging. They have helped me and mean so much to me more then they ever know. I appreciate them so much. I actually miss them since I go just once a month. Love all them and they are amazing people.
