It's about living in your (GIFT FROM GOD) as representatives of The MESSAGE OF LIFE!!! YOU KNOW Great Customer Service when it's presented with concerned and an eagerness to help!!! With no judgement involved. That's what I experienced today and will be forever grateful for these 2 ladies who gave me HOPE that 2nd Chances aren't deserved their given freely like (GRACE AND MERCY!!;) Chestnut Health Services got originals in the house!!! After one year of being on a self pay recovery program where the Dr only cared about money and keeping patients on an extremely high dose to keep them addicted, I was referred to this program. I actually FEEL like a patient instead of a client and there's a HUGE difference between the two. My counselor, Dr, nurses, and the entire team all work together to help you achieve goals to be successful during recovery. Like any program, it only works if YOU want it to. You will only maintain sobriety if YOU want to. No one can force you to get sober, that's a decision you have to make for yourself. This place offers groups, job training, and other resources to make recovery as smooth as possible. Counselors check in with you on a monthly basis but are available for you every day the clinic is open. Wether you just need to talk or increase/decrease your dose your counselor is there to help. The Doctor is very kind and ethical when it comes down to doing what's best for you and your long-term recovery and success working your way through the program. All of the nurses and staff have become like a 2nd family to me, helping me with any andn everything I need. I've never had one bad experience on this program and I feel deeply cared for. If you are considering medical assisted detox/recovery I highly suggest giving Trillium on Rochelle a go! There is a wait list, however it's worth the wait and if you are pregnant I know they will expedite the process of getting you in as quickly as possible. I will soon be finished with the program and it's bittersweet as I've grown so close with everyone but I am extremely confident in maintaining my sobriety with all the tools and coping mechanisms I've learned this past year. In closing is like to thank my (2) favorite nurses (you know who you both are❤️) Doctor, my sweetheart counselor whom I will miss dearly, and my girl at the receptionist counter❤️ You all have played a pivotal role in the success of my recovery and rebuilding my life and each of you have a special place in my heart always. I 🙏🏾 this program continues to receive the funding it needs to stay active for years to come as it is an asset to the community, especially those who are looking for help to recover from whatever they may be struggling with. I had to complete a lot of hours in a not-so-long amount of time, and with their help I was able to do so. Were there a few inconveniences along the way, sure. But ultimately it was my own wrong doing that put me into the situation itself. Kim may be tough at times but overall she is only there to help. Do I ever plan on going back? Well, most likely not because that would invoke that I got in trouble again and that's something I will never let happen again. Overall I am glad it's over on my end for the most part, but I would recommend their services. Just have patience, don't be in a hurry because of your own wrong doing, be polite, and they will help.

I had a great experience here. More restrictive than other places, but if you're serious about recovery I think it's necessary. Staff was great even though they're short a counselor. Everybody there really cares about each and every person.

Dr. Rose and Tina, as well as the nurses and reception staff I’ve interacted with over the years have become an integral part of the health of my everyday life. My best friend had been in and out of treatment facilities one right after another for over a year. She never got the treatment she needed at the other facilities due to overcrowding, time limits on stays or insurance saying they would only allow her to stay for so long even though, we as parents could see she wasn’t ready. Before she even chose to get treatment at New Leaf, the staff was looking out for her well-being and safety. They helped her get the proper treatment before being a client with them.

I just want to say that I came to this facility from out of town, because my state's wait lists were crazy! I successfully completed 60 days, and to this day I am 4 1/2 years sober. I've been coming here for 4yrs. The counselors here are very compassionate and understanding. They treat you like a human being and not a write off of society. My only complaint is that whomever runs the place does not pay the employees enough. I can't even count how many of them have come and gone over the years.

Get ready for this might be lengthy. I have been a client for 2 years and I have mostly good things to say. I have had the same counselor the entire time and she is absolutely fantastic. There are some policies and procedures that I would change but then again that is not my expertise.
I was previously at Rose Medical for 2 years and comparatively speaking Peoria treatment center with his light years Beyond Rose Medical.
If You are in search of medication-assisted therapy then I would highly recommend using PTC. Dr George shattick is it a wonderful human being and he is always willing to work with you to determine what is your best course of action

I love coming to Heartland in Pekin for my checkups and visits for any gynecological things. Dr. Maddie is the best. She gentle, caring, patient and thorough in all of the work that she does. I see a couple people complaining about wait times at this facility. That’s laughable if you have ever been to any other clinic where the lines are out the door wrapped around the building. This is the fastest most efficient clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff works with you on everything, and the only wait time is sometimes early in the morning when there are about 10 ppl waiting at the same time so they can go to work. I’ve never waited longer than 30 minutes and that’s only been a few times first thing when they open and that’s nothing compared to the 2 hour wait times at other clinics I’ve been to. My usual visits r about 10 minutes long. Staff is great, facility is clean, nurses are always quick and thorough and super kind. Anyone who works, will have a hard time going to a doctor office every morning which is why they offer “take homes “ to people who have consistent clean drug screens. Otherwise, you will have to go daily. The program works, if you work the program. Thank you to the awsome staff!!!

To see life can be good. The team as a whole are great the counselors doors are always open you can talk to them about anything with out judgement. Mackenzie is well educated on addiction/ relapse prevention, always runs the class extremely well, is respectful and kind to everyone, & genuinely cares about each person’s problems in her group. I am so grateful for such thoughtful providers. I have been in mental health treatment for anxiety and depression since I was 9 years old but never really felt like I’d gained much from therapy and medication. Insurance requirements meant that at 38, I’d be covered if I went to the Center for both my providers (therapy & medication). I am seeing Jodi for medication and Abby for therapy, and both are really great. Jodi listened really well and helped me sort my thoughts because I didn't even know where to begin. She explained to me that I’ve been battling undiagnosed ADHD, and as she explained further, suddenly the last 30 years of my life made much more sense. Treating my ADHD is resolving depression and anxiety, eliminating the need for medications and improving my overall well-being. I can’t be more thankful for them. Abby is the first therapist I’ve gone to who actively helps me challenge myself. Too many therapists just sit and validate without providing much external feedback. Abby does both - she’s validating but honest. Thank you so much!

I really had a positive, uplifting experience with Countermeasures & Mz. Kim! I was able to be myself and freely talk about my experience with my DUI. Kim was very informative & made me realize things about myself I really didnt know. I admire her for facing such negativity from people on a daily basis. I seen first hand the angry, disgruntled people she had to deal with. But she got through it and did everything she could to help people get through the program successfully! Ten hats off to her & the program!

They have done an incredible job at Countermeasures, making sure everyone gets through the program and gets what they need to get done done. The instructor/director is firm but really wants you to succeed so please be patient with her when you are there. I have never met anyone else in my life that has wanted the people in those classes to succeed and get their lives back as much as she did.

They have helped me tremendously, I’ve had to deal with a lot in life these past few years and finally I found somewhere I feel safe and feel like making progress. I feel like I’ve grown and healed in every possible way, I’m obviously still working to achieve all my goals, but so far I’m very proud of myself and I want to thank True North for all the help.

They were very nice to my son but also us as his parents were nervous for our first appointment. We are looking forward to coming back and gaining skills necessary for our son to be the best person he can be!!!
