Helped me very much through struggles

I have been going here for 2 years, for regular counseling and group therapy. I've been to other places, but this one really has been helping me. Not only are the counselors friendly and educated, but they are up on their resources as well. They gave me a book to read about what I was going through, they have reccommendations for jobs which is how I got my current job. They are really there to help you! But you have to want to help yourself as well.

Very friendly and caring staff and a warm, welcoming environment! They'll do their best to get you connected with someone who fits your needs and can get you the help you need!

I could not find anywhere that could get me in to see a councilor till a friend of mine who goes here recommended me. I called and had an appointment the next day after being on countless wait lists other places. By far the friendliest and caring staff I have ever experienced and I ve been to many places trying to find a place I am comfortable with. I will make the hour and 5 minute drive to this place so worth it! Thank you so much!

Couselers are all wonderful. Dr Pittman is very friendly and listens to paitents. He took time to explain the diagnosis and the best treatment pla . Very happy with all the staff!

I am blessed beyond words that a hospital case worker in Springfield knew about their residential facility and program and encouraged her application. I'm so grateful that the staff accepted my daughter into their program. After almost one year in the facility the change in my daughters behavior, lifestyle, attitude is 100% improved. SPTC now MedMark has been a true blessing for me and my significant other. Every person has a different path in recovery and I m truly blessed to have the support of all the staff (Lindsay, JoAnn, Jill, Darell, Blaine, Jen, and Laurel)on mine. I have gained something from each of them and know there is nothing that would make them second guess the part they play in my recovery. I take my kids there every six months to get their teeth cleaned. They do all three kids in the same day. Very friendly people.

The staff is EXTREMELY nice on the phone , makes me excited to group therapy.I haven't had an in person Visit yet, so far just my phone call/video to get ready for group therapy.It's nothing to be ashamed or afraid of.I look forward to it.

I highly recommend Solutions counseling! I've gone to them three different times over the last 20 years & it's been well worth it; they're the best at what they do! Lance and Tina are great! I think people get frustrated with IL SOS process to get your IL drivers license back, which is out of Solutions Counseling's hands. If you want to get it done right, you go to Solutions. All the reputable lawyers I've had in the Springfield area told me go to Solutions Counseling or they wouldn't help me; there is a reason for that, professionalism and attention to detail. No freebies, you have to put in the work and attend classes.

I wanted to take a moment to say a few things about this establishment. I've been working with the staff here for long enough to to say for certain that they will do everything in their power to help their clients as much as their clients will allow. By saying that I mean that not everyone is willing or ready to seek help and that, in my opinion, is the cause of a number of the negative reviews I've seen.I personally have received top notch, professional and personally dedicated help from this establishment. In fact they went completely out of their way to offer assistance and recommended an excellent attorney that I am completely satisfied with. There is no way I would or could have made as much progress with my case and with my personal demons, without the help of the talented staff here.They have been welcoming and understanding of my situation. I highly recommend A+ DUI services.If you are serious about seeking help, then look no further.

My daughter just finished treatment there a few weeks ago, and I can't rave enough about her counselor, Shannon. She always listened intently to everything my daughter said, helped her understand the issues she was having and assisted her with finding the coping mechanisms and outlets that best suited her. The front line staff were always helpful and courteous from the first moment we walked in to the facility when my daughter was in crisis mode.

They have always been helpful, caring, and compassionate.
