Could not ask for a more welcoming, knowledgeable and EXPERIENCED backed program. Gateway Jacksonville's residential program is at the very top in every aspect. From the curriculum, structure for maximum opportunity, to the amazing dining and living corridors- Gateway takes the cake. Their 90 day sober living is such a blessing, and NOW insurance funded (before was still only $145/mo, which you don't find any place to rent that cheap as far as I'm concerned) but the best part is- EVERYTHING and ALL the help is still right here. Thank you to all involved to make this place so great.

I have been going here for 2 years, for regular counseling and group therapy. I've been to other places, but this one really has been helping me. Not only are the counselors friendly and educated, but they are up on their resources as well. They gave me a book to read about what I was going through, they have reccommendations for jobs which is how I got my current job. They are really there to help you! But you have to want to help yourself as well.

I'll never forget the feeling that I had when I walked into gateway in Springfield il. I was in terrible condition. The moment I walked through the door I had an overwhelming feeling that I was going to be ok and I was just where I needed to be. Mr. James sits at the front door. He's the most polite, well mannered, welcoming, man I've ever met in my life. My heart was so happy to see him. Nicest man I've ever met. From there it just kept getting better. I met Josh Ronan. He truly cared about me. He made me feel like I belonged. I finally belong somewhere. And that is a feeling I can't describe. Then I met James on the men's unit. He is a thors hammer of a man. He was wonderful also. He made my heart happy. My counselor was Rhonda. She went above and beyond to help me with all my needs. I highly recommend gateway in Springfield il to any and all needing assistance. This place helped to save my life. They gave you all the tools you need to recover. But they also give you time to do the real work yourself. Thank you gateway. My heart belongs to you.

My daughter just finished treatment there a few weeks ago, and I can't rave enough about her counselor, Shannon. She always listened intently to everything my daughter said, helped her understand the issues she was having and assisted her with finding the coping mechanisms and outlets that best suited her. The front line staff were always helpful and courteous from the first moment we walked in to the facility when my daughter was in crisis mode.

I could not find anywhere that could get me in to see a councilor till a friend of mine who goes here recommended me. I called and had an appointment the next day after being on countless wait lists other places. By far the friendliest and caring staff I have ever experienced and I’ve been to many places trying to find a place I am comfortable with. Amazing helpful understanding staff including directors, physician, nurses, case workers, house workers, managers and therapist. I am blessed beyond words that a hospital case worker in Springfield knew about their residential facility and program and encouraged her application. I'm so grateful that the staff accepted my daughter into their program. After almost one year in the facility the change in my daughters behavior, lifestyle, attitude is 100% improved. Amazing helpful understanding staff including directors, physician, nurses, case workers, house workers, managers and therapist. I am blessed beyond words that a hospital case worker in Springfield knew about their residential facility and program and encouraged her application. I'm so grateful that the staff accepted my daughter into their program. After almost one year in the facility the change in my daughters behavior, lifestyle, attitude is 100% improved. I highly recommend Solutions counseling! I've gone to them three different times over the last 20 years & it's been well worth it; they're the best at what they do! Lance and Tina are great! I think people get frustrated with IL SOS process to get your IL drivers license back, which is out of Solutions Counseling's hands. If you want to get it done right, you go to Solutions. All the reputable lawyers I've had in the Springfield area told me go to Solutions Counseling or they wouldn't help me; there is a reason for that, professionalism and attention to detail. This place was all about helping others get to the starting point in your life to see there is life out there without drugs if you want it that bad you can have it . Even though I left there and I relapsed 4 years ago that was my choice that I made because I wasn't ready then . Now I'm thriving ,sober ,have my kids back in my life ,and a new baby girl . This place made a big impact on my life that's why I'm writing this review 4 years later after I left. Some of the staffs inspiring stories and words is what got me to where I am today and I'm very thankful for that. Recovery will only work if u let it and it's hard work but yout have to put in the work to get in life you want to go . Don't give up . I would be lieing if I said recovery is easy but one day u will wake up and realize it gets easier u just got to.want it and put 100% in to get it

Although I have not personally needed their services, I have acquaintances who were very fortunate to have been helped by ARCA. I was also lucky enough to have been invited to the premiere of the movie Antagonist. It really opened my eyes to the work they are doing to try and transform the way addiction is handled and better ways to treat it.

Gateway showed me the way to save my life! I'm going to talk about the app. I love it. I have had struggles with having a daily routine my whole life. This app is something I use daily. There have been days when I was struggling that I would just scroll through people's posts and comment on all of them. It would help me get out of my head . I absolutely loved going to the alumni event at Busch stadium. I love that I've got to reconnect with people that I've gone to inpatient with.

Concordance isn't just a place where people come and sit around. It's a place where people come to learn by receiving new ideas and implementing them in their lives. The program is challenging as it should be wild demanding you to be your absolute best. There are no shortcuts and there are no excuses. Howeve, all of this is complimented with a level of care and consideration by staff who understand the human dilemma as they offer their expertise in wisdom to guide you through it. This is Concordance in essence as it is a place that restores value to the human spirit, the individual an ultimately the community at large. And as a graduate, I encourage anyone who is thinking about becoming a part of the program to do so because you'll find your answers when you least expect them.

I have using the VA system since 2016, both JB and JC, both are very friendly and helpful, I have never had any problems at either facility. Every request or question sent by Secure messaging has been answered and responded to promptly and with expertise.
