I will never ever ever come back to this clinic again. Every time I come it’s so unprofessional they have you waiting out in the waiting room before checking you in while doing nothing but having conversations when they could be doing their job checking you in. So when it’s time for you to get call back for your appointment, the nurse comes out telling you the doctor has left for lunch and won’t be back for hour! Wasting gas driving 25mins to get there! . I don’t know why I came back the next time after the first time we came, the doctor put us in a room with the lights off and didn’t trim them on until he came in, then they couldn’t even poke my son arm to get his blood taken! They constantly moving the needle all around in his arm, so unexperienced and not caring about the pain that they were causing him! we end up leaving because they could not draw the blood! . It’s dirty and feel so unsanitary in that facility.

It used to be a good health center, but today it's too crowded and lacking in human sensitivity. Those of us who come here do so because we're feeling ill, and the care from some doctors is appalling, ignoring the reason for your visit, which is nothing more than to restore your health... but that's true... as soon as the receptionist sees you, the first thing she asks for is payment... a Hollywood movie...

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

Treatments

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

The goal of family therapy in Indiana is to empower family members to effectively support their loved one's recovery. Therapists work with family members to develop the skills needed to manage stress and resolve conflicts successfully. This fosters a positive environment that is conducive to long term sobriety.

Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) is a way of getting nicotine into the bloodstream without smoking. It uses products that supply low doses of nicotine to help people stop smoking. The goal of therapy is to cut down on cravings for nicotine and ease the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal.

other than the very long wait this clinic is so good and everyone is so nice, the bad reviews are from first time visitors and people going for dental. I LOVE DR. RIVERA, and all my nurses shout out to them.

I would leave a 0 star if I could I came in for a yearly physical and I waited an hour in the exam room before the nurse came in and told me I was good to go home. Good to go home? The doctor hadn’t even seen me yet and then when the doctor came in I was out of there within 15 minutes everything was rushed horrible service!!

Llamo y no me dan solución! Solo les interesa el dinero! No te lo recomiendo para nada!
