My dad goes there, and i couldn't ask for better doctors for him. The facilities are nice and clean, and my Dad loves his doctors there. We travel an hour to get there and they are usually always right on time! He is 75 and they treat him with the utmost respect! And they have no issues with referrals for things they don't specialize in!

Dr. Phelps is a lucky doctor...and...he deserves this awsome crew! I appreciate his explanations relating to my health concerns.

In my recovery journey I haven’t found a better facility than this. From massages, haircuts, a full gym, round the clock staff, and great food. I felt my needs were more than met and exceeded. I have started going to this treatment place about 2 months ago and I was a addict for 4 years I’m 19 and pregnant with my 2nd baby and this place has helped me get my soberity and find my life back I’m not to far out on my journey but I know they have helped me tremendously Im not yet on a stable dose but of course it takes time to get there also me being pregnant effects the dosing but other then that this place saved me ! Place isn't the worst and isn't the best, but alot better than most other places in Louisville. People get mad because they constantly still get high or get in trouble for taking benzos with their methadone. So they get on here and talk bad. This place has helped me more than anything, now I'm going on 9 months sober from opiates for the first time since I've been an addict from the age of 18.

LAC was great. I participated in the evening groups through zoom, which I originally had reservations about. Even though the meetings were online, they were still very engaging, informative, and personal. The therapist and case manager were incredible. They were both very authentic and supportive, and they were easily available when we needed them. I am very appreciative and grateful for this program.

I felt the difference the first time I called Crossroads and Josh answered. I felt heard and welcomed. I’m so happy I made the change to Crossroads Treatment facility. From the time I walk through the door and saw Alexis’ smiling bright face, to Josh’s open and caring personality. CJ and Renee are amazing and never look or talk down to me. I've been listed, among the homeless, since 2006. The Healing Place, from when it was on Broadway, always made space for us, the homeless. I will have 20yrs, among the homeless, 2026, & I, continue, to be blessed by the discipline, & "No B.S.!" practices.
Some, among the homeless, seem to struggle with what The Healing Place helps - anyone, in need, get away from, yet, it's up to an individual to sign-up.
On the other hand, I'm struggling to keep what, little income I'm allowed to have, as housing wants a percentage - no matter how small, & I can't afford any housing agreement.
The Healing Place give us space to figure things out...in a safe space. Thank you. 🙏🏿☺️

The Dr and staff here are committed to helping people truly change their lives. I have been to other facilities in my quest to overcome addiction and Renew Recovery is by far the best facility I have gone to.

Was very uncomfortable and embarrassed to admit my problem, but was I mistaken. The whole staff was non judgmental and treated me as if I was one of themselves. Can't believe I didn't seek this help years ago.

They literally saved my life ,they are truly concerned about your wellness,I have made alot of mistakes iny life but going here was not one of them the faculty and the doctors really go out of their way to help you I would highly recommend it to anyone going thru addiction

Today (02/24/2025) will be my very first appointment. I've had 2 doctors since I've moved back home. It was not due to me, but I had to now find another facility to seek help. I'm praying for the best. I'm not used to doctor hopping. Will update after my appointment today.

Just left turning point and was very satisfied with.
The program they have very friendly stuff and try their best to do everything they can do for you. They are very loving, including psychiatrist. The therapist the doctors. The nurse's peer Coaches and texts i'm like some amazing people there

I had the best experience at turning point center! The techs, nurses, therapists and case managers REALLY care! I have to give a special shout out to the techs that really took time to pour into each client individually. The food is great and if you come there with just the clothes on your back they will make sure you have everything you need and more. NA/AA meetings are brought into the facility multiple times a week and you are given the option to go to an outside meeting every week day after lunch. It’s a smaller facility so I felt like I was taken care of and beyond! The staff truly cares! Thanks for an AMAZING experience!

I went to the brook because I knew something wasn’t right and I needed help with the mental side of my life! That being said on day one I had zero confidence on while I did this and just thought I would leave wondering why I come! Now every morning I wake up and look forward to learning more about myself and going to group every day Monday thru Friday!!! Had a great time getting sober here and I miss the staff. This is a good place to get sober with great staff that really care about their patients and many of them are addicts themselves in active recovery. Made a lot of great friends there. Fun times!
