I loved my experience, you need to realize it is a treatment center and no matter how nice it's a hard thing to do but rac is an amazing treatment facility and the staff from the techs to the case managers to the therapists really do care. I was a patient here a couple years ago and without Stepworks helping me help myself, the staff and therapists working with me I wouldn't be the women I am today. I have rekindle relationships with my family and children. I have regained my confidence. This StepWorks in particular needs to be renamed to STAFFWORKS! This is an AMAZING place for recovery; the staff actually care about us! I am a recovering addict myself.I just got out of the program, I stuck & stayed because I wanted to do better to be better! They helped me find myself confidents again; taught me how to set healthy boundaries with others; set retinue for real life! I have met so many amazing people; both working the program & people who get outta bed each & everyday to come to work to see people, like myself come outta the dark & thick of addiction! 10/10 rating with the departments/therepist I've contacted or been treated by. Now days it's hard to come by psycatrist, therepist or any provider you may be in hands of care with, who seem to care. who actually show any type of care towards your current emotions or past trauma. I will say I've had multiple therapist but I can say there has only been ONE , always given me the upmost sympath etic advice for myself , health & positive thoughts. I Attended the Partial Hospitalization Program At there Facility...Its an Awesome Program With Strict Guidelines and lots of Structure that I needed at The Time to Help me with my Physical, Mental, & Emotional Health and Wellness... I saw a Psychiatrist who saw me and adjusts my meds as needed depending on how I was doing......I attended group therapy and was taught how to Deal with my Emotions in a Healthy Way......They Even had an Emotional Support Dog Named Triton That Came in with our Therapist Ms. Allison Several Days A Week which was the Best part of the Entire Program in My Opinion.... Animals Reduce Stress and Anxiety and Help With PTSD and are proven to power blood pressure and Stress Hormones.....Ms.Candy Bruce helped me throughout the entire process as it was my first time being in that type of Environment.....She's Gifted and passionate at what she Does and "That's Saving Lives"............She will do everything in her power to See that you succeed in Your Recovery and if Your Slacking In Anyway she's definitely gonna call you on It.

My only suggestions would be to offer more diabetic friendly options. I absolutely loved the staff!! I do wish art therapy was done everyday. For those of us that are older with physical limitations gym days are waste other than watching. As for shoutouts to the staff, they ALL deserve a raise. I ve been on 2E, 2W and Military. I haven t had a bad experience with any of them. Can I move in permanently?

I drove by Avenues yesterday and it made me reflect on how far I ve came since leaving there in November. Today marks 160 days in recovery and since leaving avenues, I ve moved into a new place, got a new job, got a new car, started repairing relationships, working on my steps and most importantly, I have all my babies back home. This week is spring break for my kids and I m able to take them on vacation. We re currently in Nashville for the next couple of days and I just get to enjoy my time with them. I know without avenues and all the amazing staff, I wouldn t be where I am today. There were so many awesome staff members that cared and took the time to talk, I know a few times I thought about leaving but glad I didn t and am glad everyone who talked to me. I wish I remembered all their names but I don t. I ve been to another avenues about a year and a half before going to this one and I have to say hands down this one(Clarksville) blows the other one out of the park. From the staff to the food to how the program is laid out, they care and will go the extra mile. I only wish I lived closer so that way I could work there once I hit my year. I will always remember the kind hearts of those that work here. This place got me my life back and I know my kids are thankful for that.

There are some amazing facilitators at avenues recovery in Clarksville who understand what I was going through and helped me understand what recovery was all about. Avenues helped me better understand myself and helped me make an aftercare plan so that i can remain sober. I recomend Avenuse to anyone who is serious about getting sober and staying sober.
